Abstract

AbstractVillage administration as the smallest government in the community, is required to provide excellent service to the community. Village officials are expected to be able to work quickly, effectively and efficiently for the community and well served. This needs to be supported by the ability of human resources to be able to take advantage of existing technology that is computer to accelerate and simplify its work. This training and mentoring activity was held in Plosogeneng Kecamtan Jombang Village in July 2017. This type of activity is in the form of Microsoft Office training for village officials. Implementation of the occult is a team of writers assisted by a staff STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang.From the results of the activity, the benefits of improving the administrative capacity of village officials are very helpful in completing administrative tasks in the village.Keywords: Training, Microsoft Office, Administration, Village

Abstract

Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  adalah  untuk  memberikanpelatihandan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank kepada para pedagang UMKM di Pasar Tradisonal Suwawinatan.    Permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi adalah banyak pedagang atau pelaku UMKM tersebut yang mengeluhkan mengenai ketidaktahuan atau ketidakpahaman mereka tentang proposal pengajuan kredit mikro ke bank. Mereka juga kurang tahu bagaimana pengembangan usaha dan manajemen permodalan yang  baik.  Hal  ini  dikarenakan latar  belakang pendidikan dan  kurangnya informasi yang mereka terima.  Prioritas  permasalahan yang akan dipecahkan solusinya adalah melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank. Disamping itu, memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pengembangan usaha dan manajemen permodalan. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank bagi para pedagang yang juga sekaligus pelaku atau pemilik UMKM Pasar Tradisional Sukawinatan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Walaupun hasil tingkat pemahaman dan praktik dari 16 peserta aktif masih dalam skala 71%-80,99%, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dinyatakan “cukup baik” dan tersedia 4 proposal pengajuan kredit bank dari hasil kegiatan pendampingan.

Abstract

AbstractPandan Blole village located in Ploso district of Jombang district is famous for its production of pumpkin (waluh) or latinnya name cucurbita moschata. During this time, the abundant agricultural products are only sold as fruit or vegetables without being processed into more value-added products. Therefore, the authors team perform various assistance activities as an effort to improve the economic community Pandan Blole Village, through the diversification of food products made from pumpkin. Training and mentoring activities are also equipped with business management training, financial recording and marketing process. From the results of the activity, the people of Pandan Blole village have been able to create snack foods until yellow pumpkin cake and able to market until out of Pandan Blole region.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution mandates that the prosperous prosperity be the prosperity of the people and not the prosperity of individuals or the prosperity of the enterprise; therefore, the form of business entity in question is a cooperative. Women's Cooperative (Kopwan) Bunga Harapan in Ceweng village is not only engaged in savings and loans, but starting in 2016 has started to expand its business in the provision of household goods through the unit of shops / war stalls (waserda). The activity has been running for more than 1 (one) year, however, the management of the cooperative has not been able to present the transaction record in the shop unit according to the accounting standard, so the board has difficulties in knowing the business development of the shop. To that end, the counterpart team conducts training and mentoring of financial reporting and record keeping for store / waserda units, which start in March and end in May 2017. From the training and mentoring results, shop staff / shopkeepers are familiar with the recording of daily transactions as per accounting standards for a trading company.Keywords: Cooperatives, shops, waserda, recording transactions.

Abstract

AbstractThe mentoring activity conducted in January - March 2017 in Carang Wulung village, Wonosalam Jombang, is aimed to help the economic empowerment of the community, especially processed chips with basic ingredients of banana and taro. This activity involves 2 (two) partners who have the will and are willing to become partners. Types of mentoring include coaching in the areas of: a) Training & Assistance of Business Management, b) Training & Assistance of Packaging, Branding, & Labeling, c) Training & Facilitation of Banking Capital Access, d) Training & Mentoring. At the end of the activity, the two partners have been able to absorb and practice what has been delivered by the counterpart team so that the efforts of both partners to be better.Keywords: Assistance, processed foods, banana chips, taro.
