Abstract

Menurut WHO (World Health Organization) jumlah kejadian mual dan muntah mencapai 12,5% darijumlah kehamilan di dunia (WHO,2013). Di Indonesia terdapat 50-90% kasus mual dan muntah yangdialami oleh ibu hamil. Ketidaknyamanan pada Ibu Hamil trimester I, terdapat perasaan mual danmuntah, hal ini dikarenakan kadar hormon estrogen yang meningkat. Tidak jarang dijumpai adanyagejala mual muntah pada bulan pertama kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiEfektifitas Accupresure Pericardium Dan Inhalasi Aromaterapi Lemon Terhadap Frekuensi Mual DanMuntah Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Hiper Emesis Gravidarum Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung PatiKab 50 Kota Tahun 2018Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain metode Quasi Experiment dengan desain penelitianadalah rancangan Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Wilayah KerjaPuskesmas Tanjung Pati pada bulan April - Mei tahun 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibuhamil TM I yang terdiagnosis hiperemesis gravidarum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Pati tahun2018 sebanyak 22 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Datadikumpulkan dengan observasi dengan memberikan ibu hamil terapi accupresure pericardium danmemberikan inhalasi aromaterapi lemon. Analisa ini dilakukan dengan Uji T dependen (paired t test).Berdasarkan hasil peneltian didapatkan, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata- ratafrekuensi mual muntah sebelum dan setelah diberikan accupresure pericardium pada ibu hamil yangmengalami hiperemesis gravidarum dengan nilai p value=0.0000. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikanantara rata- rata frekuensi mual muntah sebelum dan setelah diberikan inhalasi aromaterapi lemon padaibu hamil yang mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum dengan nilai p value=0.0000. Terdapat perbedaanyang signifikan antara rata- rata frekuensi mual muntah setelah diberikan accupresure pericardium daninhalasi aromaterapi lemon pada ibu hamil yang mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum dengan nilai pvalue=0.0000Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan sebagai data dan informasi serta bahanpenyuluhan bagi masyarakat tentang pengobatan non farmakologis untuk mengatasi mual dan muntahpada ibu hamil hiperemesis gravidarum melalui pemberian accupresure pericardium dan inhalasiaromaterapi lemon.Kata kunci: Accupresure Pericardium, Inhalasi Aromaterapi Lemon, Mual Muntah, Hiper Emesis Gravidarum

Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of the use of IMCI chart book to the increase of thestaff in the Community Health Clinic of Belimbing in 2018. The type of the research usesanalytic using pre-experimental design and One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach.Processed January 29 until February 5 in 2018. The population of the research is all staffin Community Health Clinic of Belimbing in 2018 with the total 45 people and 18 peoplefor sample using purposive sampling technique. Tools of the research are questionnaire.The writer uses a univariate data analysis to know the average of knowledge increasebefore and after treatment, bivariate analysis using non parametric test statistic of MannWhitney test with Convidence Interval which its value is 95% (95% 05). The result of thisresearch is the effect of training on the use of IMCI chart book to increase the knowledgeof staff before and after being given treatment at Community Health Clinic of Belimbing inPadang in 2018 with p value = 0,028.The use of IMCI chart book influences thenowledge of the staff. It is expected to- arrange the management of local goverment clinicof Belimbing related to the facilities and infrastructures an review the tasks which wereassigned to the staff, also prepare the training uses effective methods seen from its timeand budget. It is important to have coordination with Health office to conduct the facilitiesof IMCI so that the IMCI service implementation could be better.Keywords : The Use of IMCI Chart Book, Knowledge

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of the mathematical concepts ofstudents in the of SMK 1 Batang Peranap, students have not been actively involved in thelearning process, some students have not fully mastered the material that has been taughtby teacher, student mathematical thinking ability is not fully developed. The method usedin this study is Quasi Experiment Design with shapes Subjects Randomized Posstest OnlyControl Group Design. Analysis of the data used in this test using normality test,homogeneity test and t-test. Based on the calculation of the t-test (hypothesis test) showeda significant value Sample class is smaller than α is 0.009 <0.05. Based on these results itis H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Understanding of mathematical concepts using SnowballThrowing learning model is better than the students' understanding of mathematicalconcepts using conventional learning class X SMK 1 Batang Peranap.KEYWORDS: Model Snowball throwing, Concept Training

Abstract

The Study of administrative structuring of Village Government aims to find the things that need tobe addressed about the administration, especially administrative administration related to thesmooth administrative process of both General Administration, Population Administration,Finance Administration, Development Administration and other administration related to theactivities of Village Consultative Agency as well as those related to the activities of otherCommunity Institutions in Balai Makam village, Mandau Sub-district, Bengkalis District, and theadministration of the Government concerning the strengthening of the Village Institution, thedelegation of authority to the village and the Village Allocation Fund.The results of the administrative study concerning public administration in general are quite goodwith the availability of complete administrative books although there are some things that need tobe addressed regarding the procedures, records and archiving as authentic documents and proofsfor the benefit of development, regulation and quick service to the community . For that the thingsthat must be done, among others, complement the facilities and infrastructure required for theactivities of Administration of the business, the guidance of the village head against the villageapparatus about the procedures and the implementation of administrative activities according totheir respective duties and functions. As for the implementation of village governance concerningthe strengthening of the Village Institution is good with the functioning of the VillagePermusyaratan Board as a partner of the Village Government, but there are things to note in orderto carry out their duties in accordance with existing procedures and laws and regulations, bothnational, preferably in the filling of institutional positions, the village selectively conductsrecruitment by selecting persons with capabilities and relevant to the village governance issue.Keywords: Administrative Structuring, Village Government
