Abstract

Efforts to avoid the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women The Ministry of Health of theRepublic of Indonesia has made a program of giving fe in pregnant women. Health data inRiau Province in 2010, found anemia nutrition in pregnant women by 48%. This study aims todetermine the relationship of fe tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnancyat Sipayung Rengat Public Health Center. The research method used is Analytical method withCross Schealal design. The result of the research was obtained from 46 respondents about theconsumption of fe tablet showed 24 respondents (52,17%) consumed fe tablet and 22respondent (47,83%) did not consume fe tablet. The incidence of anemia in the respondentsthat 22 respondents (47.83%) had anemia and 24 respondents (52.17%) had normal Hb levels(not anemia). The result of bivariate research with Chi-square test result (x2) obtained p value= 0.001 means that p value is smaller than a value (0.05) so ho rejected it is concluded thatthere is a significant relationship between consumption of Fe tablet with anemia incidence withOdds Ratio OR) = 0.125. The conclusion of this study, There is a significant relationshipbetween the relationship of consumption of Fe tablet with the incidence of anemia at SipayungRengat Public Health Center in 2016.Keywords: Fe tablet consumption, Anemia, Pregnancy

Abstract

Data Profil Kesehatan tahun 2014 Dinkes Sumatera Barat cakupanASI Eksklusifsebesar62,6%. Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2016 memiliki cakupan ASI Eksklusif 67,8%,Puskesmas Kinali memiliki persentase cakupan ASI Eksklusif terendah 45,04%. Cakupan ASIEksklusif dapat ditingkatkan jika Ibu Nifas yang bekerja bisa menerapkan ASI Perah. Tujuanpenelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penyuluhan tentang ASI Perah terhadap Pengetahuandan Pelaksanaan ASI Perah Pada Ibu Bekerja di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kinali KabupatenPasaman Barat Tahun 2017.Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre test-post test onegroup design. Populasi seluruh Ibu Nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kinali sebanyak 816orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampelsebanyak 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuisionerpre dan post test.Pengolahan data dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yang dilakukan secarakomputerisasi menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan danpelaksanaan ASI Perah sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan tentang ASI perahdengan nilaip=0,001 (p < 0,05) dan menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan efektif terhadap peningkatanpengetahuan setelah pemberian penyuluhan.Disimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan tentang ASI Perah efektif terhadap peningkatanpengetahuan dan pelaksanaan ASI Perah. Diharapkan kepada semua pihak untuk aktifberpartisipasi dalam mengikuti penyuluhan dan sosialisasi yang diberikan oleh tenagakesehatan agar Ibu dapat memberikan ASI Eksklusif terhadap bayinya meskipun bekerjadengan cara memberikan ASI Perah.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Pelaksanaan, ASI Perah, PenyuluhanPENDAHULUANBerdasarkan survei BPS tahun 2013, jumlah wanita bekerja terus meningkat

Abstract

Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study was to find the influence of organizationalcommitment to employee performance Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. The population in thisstudy were all employees of Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi as many as 58 people. Sampling inthis study conducted by census. The analytical tool used by using structural equation modelPartial Least Square (PLS) .From the results of the analysis found that the relationshipbetween organizational commitment has a positive relationship with the performance of 0626,organizational commitment is a variable that needs to be improved to achieve the performanceof employees in order to provide services prima on a Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. Based onthe results of this study in an effort to improve employee performance. Leaders and employeesof Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi can do and enhance the organizational commitment(affective, normative, continue1) which aims to reduce turover with employees so as to createa good working atmosphere and instill a sense of belonging to the company.Keywords: Organizational, Commitment, Employee, Performance

Abstract

The judge's verdict becomes the most decisive part of the criminal procedure series or inthe operation of the criminal justice system. The judge's verdict is very important because ithas enormous consequences for both convicted person and society in general. In that case,growing disparities in law enforcement in Indonesia.Based on the above description, this study is based on the curiosity of researchers withinthe scope of factors causing the disparity of sentencing. Therefore, this study aims todetermine and analyze the factors causing the disparity of sentencing. The type of this researchis normative law research. The nature of this research is descriptiveThere are 3 (three) factors causing criminal disparity based on the source, that iscriminal disparity that comes from the legal system and the philosophy of punishment, thecriminal disparity that comes from the judge, and the criminal disparity sourced from thedefendant. Therefore, the policy makers in the criminal law should make a guideline for thecriminal prosecution of judges in order to make it easier for judges to determine theirpunishment.Keywords: Judge Verdict, Disparity of Sentencing, Criminal Law Policy

Abstract

Immunization programs in infants expect each baby to get all five basic immunization types.The success of a baby in getting 5 types of basic immunization is measured through a completebasic immunization indicator. Negative impact for children who are not fully immunized is thatthe child may be at risk of contracting or contracting preventable diseases by immunizingtuberculosis, Diphtheria, Polio, and Measles. Full immunization coverage based on healthoffice in Indragiri Hulu district is still found 32.1% immunized but not complete, and 87.1%are never immunized, for various reasons. The purpose of this research is to know therelationship of mother knowledge about basic immunization with completeness of givingimmunization to infant at kampong village of working area of puskesmas kambesko in 2016.The method used is analytical method with Cross Sectional design and sampling technique isTotal Samplin. The result of the research shows that 76 respondents have enough knowledge of42 respondents (55,3%), and from 76 respondent majority give complete immunization as 56person (73,7%). Results by using chi-square obtained p value <0.05 (p = 0.03). Conclusionthere is a relationship of mother knowledge about basic immunization with completeness ofimmunization at baby in village of Kampung Island working area of Puskesmas Kambesko2016.Keywords: Knowledge, basic immunization, completeness of immunization

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of academic supervision andimplementation of pedagogy aspect toward teaching performance of kindergarten teacher inLuak, Limapuluh Kota district. The hypothesis are; 1) academic supervision has significanteffect toward teaching performance, 2) implementation of pedagogy aspect has significanteffect toward teaching performance, 3) academic supervision and implementation of pedagogyaspect simultaneously have significant effect toward teaching performance.The sample of this research are 50 kindergarten teachers in Luak, Limapuluh Kota district.This research uses multiple regression technique with software SPSS to examine the relationand effect of dependent and independent variables.The result shows that academic supervision has significant effect toward teaching performanceof kindergarten teacher, the implementation of pedagogy aspect has significant effect towardteaching performance of kindergarten teacher. Simultaneously, those variables havesignificant effect toward teaching performance of kindergarten teacher, the percentage is68,10%. Both of variables have important role and contribution toward teaching performance, but there are other factors that not discussed in this research. The teaching performance ofteacher can be rised by upgrading academic supervision and implementation of pedagogyaspect effectively.Keywords : supervision, pedagogy, teaching performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership behavior and workingsatisfaction toward teacher performance in Lareh Sago Halaban. The hypothesis of thisresearch are 1) the leadership has significant influence toward teacher performance, 2) workingsatisfaction has significant influence toward teacher performance, 3) the leadership andworking satisfaction have significant influence toward teacher performance.The sample of this research are 51 kindergarten teachers in Lare Sago Halaban. To examinethe relation and influence of dependent and independent variables, the date is analyzed byusing software SPSS.The result shows that the leadership behavior affects teacher performance, working satisfactionaffects teacher performance, and simultaneously the leadership behavior and workingsatisfaction affect teacher performance.This research support Herzberg’s theories (1990) and this discovery also give understandingabout the important role of leadership and working satisfaction toward teacher performance.Keywords: leadership, working satisfaction, performance

Abstract

The influences of rapid changes in the tourism and hospitality industry, particularlythe hospitality problem, require rapid reactions to hotels in the face of changes, cultural valuesshifts, social conditions and business globalization as well as economic growth on a micro andmacro scale.The hotel as one of the supporting tourism activities in the service aims to meetthe needs of the guests who come and want a place to stay (accommodation), eat, drink andother services contained in the hotel.As a company engaged in services, a hotel trying to realize the maximum profits, forit is required to prioritize the quality of service to its guests. If we provide good service, thenthe guests will also be a good promotional tool for the hotel. And ultimately the hotel canmake a profit with the arrival of new customers. To achieve these objectives then as a hotelemployee should be required to become a professional manpower. Basically the hotel is inneed of a professional workforce that has the expertise, skills and high discipline.To obtain professional staff, at this time has stood many tourism institutions thathave majors Hospitality majors, as well as many established professions courses that havemajors. To become a professional workforce, in addition to obtained from the science incollege, also obtained from On The Job Training (internship) in star hotels, thus can practicethe direct knowledge gained in college. Nevertheless, the services in the Front Office still needto be upgraded and there is still much to keep in mind, both from within the Front OfficeDepartment itself or in connection with the services of guests or with other departments in thehotel.Basically, guests will feel very happy and satisfied if they get the best service, wherethe service especially the Front Office is its own impression and the main for them so that themain factor to determine whether they will stay, extend the length of their stay at the hotel andof course the most expected one day they will certainly come back to stay at the hotel bybringing more members of the group.For that the first impression when first arrived at thehotel obtained from the front office in welcoming their arrival is a factor that determines thesatisfaction of guests in making decisions.Key Word : Hotel, Service,Employee and Facility.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of incentive and school organizationclimate toward working motivation of kindergarten teacher. The hypothesis in this researchare; 1) incentive has significant effect toward working motivation of kindergarten teacher, 2)organization climate has significant effect toward working motivation of kindergarten teacher,3) incentive and organization climate have significant effect toward working motivation ofteacher.The sample of this research are 73 kindergarten teachers. To examine the relation andinfluence of dependent and independent variables, the date is analyzed by using softwareSPSS.The result of this research shows that giving incentive for kindergarten teacher has significanteffect toward working motivation of kindergarten teacher. It can be seen that workingmotivation of kindergarten teacher in Akabiluru is better. The organization climate hassignificant effect toward working motivation of teacher. And simultaneously, giving incentiveand organization climate affect working motivation of kindergarten teacher.This discovery supports Herzberg’s theories. And this discovery also give understanding aboutthe important role of incentive and school organization climate toward working motivation ofkindergarten teacher.Keywords : incentive, organization climate, motivation

Abstract

In the science of law and constitution, interpretation is a method of legal discovery(rechtsvinding). The discovery of the law is a process of concrete jurisdictional decisionmakingthat directly poses legal consequences for an individual situation. In a sense, thediscovery of the law is a reflection of the formation of the law.This research is based on the curiosity of researchers in the scope of interpretation as amethod of legal discovery. The scope is limited to several interpretation methods commonlyused by judges (courts). Therefore, this study aims to know and analyze interpretation as amethod of legal discovery commonly used by judges (courts). The type of this research isnormative law research. The nature of this research is descriptiveSome of the interpretation methods commonly used by judges as part of the method oflegal discovery are: 1) grammatical interpretation or interpretation by language; 2)teleological or sociological interpretation; 3) systematic or logical interpretation; 4) historicalinterpretation; 5) comparative interpretation; and 6) futuristic interpretation. The method ofinterpretation to be chosen and used by the judge in the face of his legal cases, ultimately turnsto the judge. Judges in this context have the freedom to choose based on their legal beliefs.Keywords: Interpretation, Invention of the Law, Verdict of Judge
