Abstract

Factors that affect the achievement of one of them is the work motivation. Extrinsicmotivation is an encouragement that makes a person more enthusiastic in completing ajob. RSUD Petala Bumi still has a high percentage of incompleteness, this is due to the lowperformance of medical record officers and health workers who are suspected as a resultof low motivation of work. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation betweenrelationship of extrinsic motivation of health officer performance to incomplete filling ofoutpatient medical record file at rsud petala bumi riau province. This research method isQuantitative research, with sample of research consist of 34 people. Instrument ofresearch by using questioner. Data processing techniques used are statistical techniques,data analysis ie univariate and bivariate analysis. The result of research for workperformance relation on performance there are 16 respondents (84,2%). Relation ofcompensation to health officer performance, Compensation is not good there are 16respondents (80,0%). The relationship of supervision to the performance of healthpersonnel. of respondents who supervise is not good there are 17 respondents (77,3%)with performance of health officer is not good. Conclusion of research, There is relation ofwork performance to health officer performance in RSUD Petala Bumi Riau Province.There is a compensation relationship to the performance of health workers in RSUDPetala Bumi Riau Province. Abstract

Toilet training in children is an attempt to train children to be able to control theconduct of urination and defecation. Toilet training can take place on the stages of life ofchildren, ages 18 months-2 years. In doing exercise urination and greater in childrenrequires preparation both physically, psychologically and intellectually, through thepreparation of the expected child is able to control bowel or small individually.This type ofresearch is analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 250respondents in early childhood Cerliana Islam. The sampling technique using samplingtechniques random. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, data analysisunivariate and bivariate.The results were tested statistically by chi square test at 95%confidence level using computer program. The results showed. There is a significantcorrelation between mother's knowledge with toilet training (Pvalue = 0,001 <a (0,05)),and there is no significant correlation between maternal education with toilet training in3-5 year olds (Pvalue = 0.07 <a (0,05)), and there is correlation to Patterns of Custodywith the implementation of toilet training in children aged 3-5 years (Pvalue = 0.001 <a(0,05)) in PAUD Se-Town Pekanbaru Year 2017.It is expected that mothers should beexpected to inform mothers about the implementation of toilet training and provide insightinto the implementation of toilet training and the benefits of toilet training with regard tochild self-reliance.Keywords : Knowledge, Education, ImplementationToilet Training.

Abstract

Planning (human resources planning) is planning work force effectively and efficiently tomeet the needs of companies in helping the realization of the goals and the planning isdone by setting the program staffing, planning in public health will be achieved when thereis an element of an’s management, Money, Material, Machine, Method. Sungai SirihPublic Health Planning have not been implemented optimally. The registration does notuse queue number, registration in the betel river health centers are still manual, and theabsence of an educated Planning based on elements of Management in Sungai Sirih publichealth district Kuantan Singingi Year 2018.This research is descriptive research usingother types of qualitative research, carried out in April in the betel river health centers.Informant this research amounted to 3 people. The technique of data collection byobsevation and interviews, data processing using triangulation, while qualitative analysisused analisi.Of research results, based on elements of Man had a medical record officersare set to high school education and medical ricord all tasks concurrently, based onelements of Money Heads of clinics have never make the budget for the medical record,based on the material elements are readily available if needed. Based on the elementsbased on SOP the Registration, storage, reporting.Planning based on elements of the Manhas not been in accordance with the Health Human resource Planning. Based on theelement of Money does not yet have the budget to use the computer, based on the elementsof the Material is readily available if need. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadapkepuasan dan loyalitas pasien klinik peserta BPJS. Untuk jangka panjang, penelitian inidiharapkan bisa menjadi bahan masukan (input) bagi pihak manajemen klinik untuk menentukanstrategi yang tepat, dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien pelanggan klinikmereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan jumlah pasien pelanggan klinik mereka akan semakinbertambah yang selanjutnya akan memberi keuntungan secara finansial dan prestise. Dari pihakpasien sendiri, diharapkan akan merasakan kepuasan dan kenyamanan saat berobat. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dari limabuah klinik anggota BPJS di kota Padang, yang telah menjadi pelanggan klinik tersebut minimaldua tahun terakhir. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilansampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian diukur dengan ujivaliditas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dananalisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketingberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0,631 dan signifikansit sebesar 0,000. Experiential marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan regresi0,631 dan signifikansi t sebesar 0,000. Secara tidak langsung experiential marketing berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan regresi 0,088 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kepuasanpelanggan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan regresi 0,140 dan signifikansi tsebesar 0,123.Kata kunci : Experiential Marketing, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas

Abstract

Provision of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) early is the provision of food ordrink given to infants < 6 months. Based on preliminary studies in Puskesmas GarudaPekanbaru 2016 of 10 mothers with babies aged 0-6 months 7 states that the mother hadgiven complementary foods such as bananas, rice porridge, honey and milk formula. Thepurpose of this study to determine the factors that influence early complementary feeding.This research method is analytical observasional with cross sectional approach. This studywas conducted in March-April in Puskesmas Garuda Pekanbaru. The population in thisresearch is all mothers with babies aged 0-6 months. The sampling technique used wassimple random sampling with a sample of 67 mothers with babies 0-6 months. Analysis ofthe date used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test.From the result of thisstudy indicate the factors that have a significant relationship to the provision of earlybreast milk is the knowledge (p=0,004), occupation (p=0,001) and confidence (p=0,003).While the factors that there is no significant relationship to the provision of early breastmilk are factors support health care workers (p=0,181). The final conclusion is thatknowledge, work, and trust has a significant connection to the provision of complementaryfeeding early, while health support has no significant relationship to the provision ofcomplementary feeding early. It is advisable to increase the role of health workers,particularly section maternal and child health through health promotion to mitivatemothers in exclusive breastfeeding and improve the mother’s knowledge about the righttime to give breast milk and explain the impact of complementary feeding prematureinfants < 6 months.Keywords: Early complementary feeding, Factors

Abstract

SIMRS is a series of activities that cover all hospital services starting from data collection,data processing, presentation of information and analysis therefore the HospitalManagement Information System must be carried out by each hospital in the delivery ofservices, therefore the need for officer competence includes knowledge, skills , attitude andbehavior in the use of SIMRS. Mandau District Hospital in the implementation of serviceshas been using SIMRS but is still constrained in its implementation so that it slows downthe service process. The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in polyclinicofficer competency in the use of hospital management information systems (SIMRS) beforeand after training at the Regional General Hospital of Mandau District in 2018. This typeof research uses analytical quantitative methods with pre post test with controls, andinterventions from each variable by conducting SIMRS training. Data analysis was carriedout by univariate and categorical pairing with marginal homogeneity test. The results ofthe study were differences in knowledge (P = 0.000), skills (P = 0.002), attitudes (P =0.000), behavior (P = 0.000) and competence (P = 0.000) before and after training inMandau District Hospital. In this study, the researchers concluded that there weredifferences in the competence of polyclinic officers in the use of SIMRS includingknowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior after SIMRS training. It is suggested the need forthe development of material and technical training for SIMRS, and monitoring andevaluating the competency of officers in the use of SIMRS.Keyword: Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behavior, Competence, SIMRS

Abstract

Caring nurse behavior is one of the behavior of organization members that influenced theorganizational culture of an institution. Hospital with caring behavior of low nurses results in lowpatient satisfaction. And the patient's interest to return to the Hospital is reduced. This study aimsto analyze organizational factors related to caring behavior of nurses in Inpatient Room of RSUDPetala Bumi Riau Province 2017.The survey was quantitative cross-sectional observationalanalysis using chi-square test, followed by multiple logistic regression test at 76 implementingnurses.Bivariate analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between risk taking,Cooperation, and training and development, with caring behavior of nurses, while Communication,decision making is a factor counfonding to caring behavior of nurses and rewards withmanagement practices are variables that are not related to caring behavior nurse.The mostdominant variable is related to caring behavior of nursesis risk taking with OR 14,013.For thatsuggested Hospital trying to increase confidence of nurses in providing services, especially forjunior nurses. That is, by making SOPs about caring behavior and incorporating caring elementsinto the assessment of nurse's performance, then the role model of senior nurse in caring behavioris needed.Keywords : Caring nurse behavior, organizational culture, communication, reward, decisionmaking, risk taking, development training, cooperation, management practice.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiana ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman dan kompetensi terhadapproduktifitas kerja pada PT Karya Murni Sentosa. Dari uraian latar belakang masalah, pokokmasalah, dan tinjauan pustaka, maka rumusan hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah” Pengalamandan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas kerja pada PT. KaryaMurni Sentosa”. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dilakukandengan menyebarkan kuesioner.Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman dan kompetensi terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawanpada PT. Karya Murni Sentosa adalah menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Darihasil analisis diperoleh persamaan Y’ = a + ????1????1+ ????2????2. Tujuan dari analisis regresi bergandaini adalah untuk menguji seberapa besar pengalaman dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikanterhadap produktifitas kerja pada PT. Karya Murni Sentosa. Selanjutnya juga diuji seberapa erathubungan dari pengalaman dan kompetensi terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Karya Murni Sentosa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini didapat hasil bahwapengalaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja dengan nilai koefisien regresisebesar 0,661, begitu juga dengan kompetensi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitaskerja dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,616 pada PT. Karya Murni Sentosa Cabang Sumbar.Sedangkan keeratan hubungan dari kedua variable terhadap produktifitas kerja adalah sebesar0,898 sangat kuat dan kontribusi kedua variable terhadap produktifitas kerja 0,897 sangat besarbegitu juga dengan variasi-variasi dari masing – masing variable cukup bervariasi., Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Karya Murni Sentosa berjumlah 15 orang.Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel adalah 15 orang juga dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilansampel total sampling. Diharapkan kepada seluruh karyawan untuk dapat menambah pengalamandan meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatiahan-pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaandengan tujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja perusahaan.Kata kunci : Pengalaman, Kompetensi dan Produktifitas kerja

Abstract

Making thematic maps of professional dissemination of PMIK is one of the effective andefficient ways to analyze and visualize data and information, it will be easier for PORMIKIRiau DPD or local government to present more interesting and active information.Because the data is put in the form of maps, and it is very easy to read and understand itfor the local government in making a decision in its Settlement, PMIK in every healthservice facility in the district / city of Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to provideinformation relevant to available data (GIS). The research method used is descriptivequalitative. This research was conducted medically and information about health in RiauProvince in 2016 was 197 people. Data analysis conducted in this study was spatialanalysis (Reclassify). The results of the study show that the distribution of professionalmedical recorders and health information (PMIK) based on the work area of 12 regencies/ cities in Riau province stood 294 people spread out unevenly where the highestdistribution was Medical Recorder and Health Information (PMIK) districts in pekanbarucity It is located in 176 people, while the Professional Distribution of Medical Recordersand Health Information (PMIK), which has a small area in the archipelago, is one of thepeople in the Meranti archipelago which is not included in the Riau provincial province ofthe Riau archipelago.Keywords: Making Thematic Maps, Medical Recorders and Health Information Basedon Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
