Abstract

Abstract, The program of Zakat and Waqf Management at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Padangsidimpuan experienced a decline in the number of students from 2018 to 2020. As a study program with a field of science that is currently trending nationally and globally, there should be an increasing number of enthusiasts, but on the contrary actually decreased. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy of increasing the interest of prospective students of the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the number of informants is 333 people, namely senior high school students and students from Islamic boarding schools in Padangsidimpuan City, South Tapanuli Regency and other surrounding cities/regencies. The results of the study indicate that there is some academic and non-academic information that must be added to various existing promotional media. Promotional media that must be maintained are direct selling (official websites), social media (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube, advertisements (brochures), personal selling (promotion teams to schools).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan produk pembiayaan Bank Aceh dan pengaruh produk pembiayaan Bank Aceh setelah dikonversi ke sistem Syariah terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian gabungan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan sampel 101 orang dari jumlah nasabah Bank Aceh. Hasil penelitian memnyimpulkan bahwa,pertama, Bank Acehtelah mempunyai produk-produk pembiayaan murabahah (produk pembiayaan multi guna, konsumer, pembiayaan pensiun, pembiayaan mikro); pembiayaan musyarakah (pembiayaan rekening koran syariah, pembiayaan kontruksi dan pembiayaan mikro) dan pembiayaan mudharabah. Kedua, eksistensi Bank Aceh setelah dikonversi menjadi bank syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh. Selain itu, produk pembiayaan murabahanmerupakan produk yang paling banyak diminati sebanyak 64%, nilai ini berbanding terbalik dengan akad kerjasama produk lainnya. Namun, nilai positif yang diberikan kepada Bank Aceh menunjukkan bahwa produk murabahah dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Aceh meskipun banyak masyarakat berminat terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah dan qardul hasan. Abstrac The purpose of this research is toknow Aceh Bank financing product development and to explore Aceh Bank financing product after converting to the sharia system for Acehnese prosperity.Thi research is a combination research with qualitative research approach by 101 sample. The research result shows that, first Aceh Bank has had murabahah financing (multifunction financing product, consumer, pension financing, micro financing); musyarakah financing (sharia bank statement financing, islamic real estate financing, and micro financing); and mudharabah financing. The second. This research also found that Aceh bank Existence after converting has become a bank which has given a positive influence for Acehnese prosperity.Furthermore, murabahah is the most widely used financing product at 64%. However, the given positivity to Sharia Aceh Bank shows that murabahah product has resulted in Acehnese prosperity even though a lot of people prefer to take mudharabah and qardul hasan financing product.

Abstract

AbstractThe rise of the Home Industry business in Paninggaran District shows that the MSME sector is growing very rapidly. Paninggaran Village is one of the villages where community income is obtained from the sale of usek crackers. So it's not surprising that Paninggaran village is  known for its typical usek crackers. Usek crackers are known as sand crackers because during the frying process they use heated sand. The purpose of this study is to find out from an Islamic economic perspective about production management and marketing to branding of usek crackers at home in order to increase the economic value in Paninggaran Village. This study uses a type of field research (field research) and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research in the field show that the management of usek cracker production in Paninggaran Village is in line with Islamic law, although there is no labeling permit or brand marked as halal. This business is able to provide an increase in the economy of the cracker entrepreneur family and can reduce the unemployment rate for the community in Paninggaran Village.

Abstract

Abstract Street vendors are an alternative to businesses in the informal sector with relatively small capital to support their needs. In meeting our daily needs, we definitely need income or income. therefore, we need a job which is to support our needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of street vendors in the perspective of Islamic business ethics and to describe the socio-economic conditions of relocation of street vendors before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used is descriptive discussion. Data were collected by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the behavior of street vendors is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. The impact of the socio-economic conditions of street vendors has recently undergone many changes due to the implementation of relocation. The income of traders has decreased on average, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, and even then some of them have changed their profession.

Abstract

Abstrak The Qur'an, as a direction and guide for humans, requires Muslims to understand the verses of the Qur'an. The Qur'an has set rules for humans in seeking sustenance, one of which is by way of muamalah or trading (buying and selling). Trading should not be done with the will of vanity. Allah forbids humans to eat other people's property and harming others in a vanity way. Trading or buying and selling are required to be based on an-taradin' or the willingness between the two parties. This study aims to analyse the concept of 'an-taradin in online buying and selling, which refers to the interpretation of Al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is a qualitative study. The data were analysed using a literature study. According to Shari'a rules, the results showed that 'An-taradin or mutual consent in Surah An-Nisa' verse 29 is the willingness between the two parties. Mutual willingness must be following the limits of sharia. Online buying and selling transactions are required to have open ethics and trust in the transaction to avoid the detrimental of both parties. Honesty and benefit can be the basic principles in conducting online buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Abstrac Research on the use of productive waqf land is directed at the first three components to people who need funds for their daily needs, the third free education, free health services. Waqf is part of an economic system that can help promote goodness and human values from back. Utilization of the results of productive waqf land management has a positive impact on the lives of Muslim communities in Medan City, North Sumatra.  Abstrak Penelitian tentang pemanfaatan tanah wakaf produktif ini diarahkan pada tiga komponen pertama kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana untuk kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, pemberian pendidikan gratis ketiga, layanan kesehatan gratis.Wakaf merupakan bagian dari sistem ekonomi yang dapat membantu mengangkat kebaikan dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dari belakang. Pemanfaatan hasil pengelolaan lahan wakaf produktif berdampak positif bagi kehidupan masyarakat muslim di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah kota Padang Panjang dalam mengawasi takaran dan timbangan di pasar Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang  digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa dokumen, arsip dan hasil  wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) pengawasan terhadap takaran dan timbangan di Kota Padang Panjang hanya merambah dari segi keabsahan dan kebenaran alat-alat ukur, takar dan timbangan yang dipakai para pedagang, tidak merambah pada perilaku dan cara pedagang mempergunakan alat alat tersebut, (2) dalam hal pengawasan, dilakukan oleh tenaga UPTD provinsi yang juga melakukan pembinaan dan peneraan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai , dan (3) pedagang pasar Padang Panjang cukup paham dalam menggunakan takaran dan timbangan yang benar sesuai dengan ekonomi Islam.   Abstract This study aims to determine how the rolr of the Padang Panjang city government in overseeing the measurements and scales in the Padang Panjang Market. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. By collecting data in the form of documents, archives, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are: (1) monitoring of measurements and scales in the city of Padang Panjang only penetrates in terms of the validity and correctness of measuring instruments, measurements and scales used by traders, not encroaching on the behavior and ways of traders using these tools, (2) in terms of supervision, it still uses provincial UPTD staff which basivally also conducts guidance and illumination. In this case, human resources is indeed an issue, and (3) Padang Panjang market traders are well-versed in using the correct measurements and scales in accordance with Islamic economics.

Abstract

Abstract This is very important in today’s challenging environment for the company to survive and win the competition in the market. A company is required to have a strategic business plan that is supported by human resource planning, and one of the important functions of the Human Resources (HR). Many companies position the HR function only as personnel administration and in addition, the professional resources (human resources) also did not have enough understanding of how to maximize their effectiveness of their role in the company. The question is what HR roles required in order to provide support, useful, and maximize the potential and value of the company. Case study focuses on industrial companies etrochemical. This study found that all companies doing HR human resources planning and continuous where the HR function in the role they play equally balanced in four roles and accompanied by a balance of incentives. Abstract

Hijab merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok sandang kaum muslimah. CV. Rabbani Asysa merupakan salah satu produsen hijab Indonesia dan merupakan merek yang terkenal secara nasional. Pada tahun 2015, hijab merek Rabbani merupakan peraih topbrand award yang menduduki urutan pertama namun pada tahun berikutnya 2016 dan 2017, mengalami penurunan dan berada di posisi kedua. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti melakukan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian hijab Rabbani. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas dan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani pada CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Padangsidimpuan secara parsial dan simultan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang harga, kualitas, merek dan teori keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani pada CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat/ konsumen dari hijab merek Rabbani pada CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling dan untuk metode penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan pendapat Gay dan Airasian dalam Umar (2013). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 23. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linieritas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani thitung ttabel (2,185 1,989), kualitas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani thitung ttabel (2,571 1,989), dan merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani thitung ttabel (10,953 1,989). Secara simultan harga, kualitas dan merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani pada CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Padangsidimpuan yakni thitung ttabel (85,141 2,72). Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahui bahwa 75% harga, kualitas dan merek memengaruhi keputusan pembelian hijab merek Rabbani pada CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Padangsidimpuan, sedangkan 25% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Since the appliance of UU no.7 1992 about Banking, the Dual Banking System is apply too. All institutions need to adjust their activites with the new paradigm. Central bank, bank of community credit (BPR) need procedure which set in banking constitution and procedure of licence from the start up, ownership, management until controlling is set by Indonesia Bank as central bank. However, the bank which run syariah pinciple will also controlled by Indonesia Bank accompanied by DSN and DPS.
