Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia can also be known from the Human Development Report, which states that the Human Development Index for 2004 Indonesia position is ranked 111th out of 177 countries surveyed. Teachers play an important role in the progress of education quality. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to master and control changes with science and technology insights. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to run the competencies they have. Four components of the competency standards that teachers must possess are: Personality competence, Pedagogic competence, Professional competence and social competence. The development of professionalism of elementary school teachers can also be pursued through a system called educational supervision, certification, with a professional teacher coaching system (SPP-Teacher) and learning tasks. The coaching program is useful to improve the quality of teachers so that a positive impact on the success of education

Abstract

AbstractThe main function of BUS / UUS is not much different from conventional banks that collect funds from the public and then channel them back (intermediate). In practice, Islamic banks channeling funds it received in the form of financing, both venture capital financing as well as for consumption. Financing is providing facilities for provision of funds to support the planned investment is based on an agreement between the bank and other parties who require the financed party to return the money or the charges after a certain period of time in exchange or for the results. This study aims to determine the effect of gross domestic product to finance the BUS / UUS. The data used pooling is data. Data pooling with the category of 5 years and 9 sectors studied. analysis is the result of estimation fixed effect. The results showed PBD affect the financing BUS / UUS. , the effect on the GDP amounted to 95.68 percent financing. As well as the remaining amount of 4.32 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The most high-elasticity sector financing is LGA sector (electricity, gas and water), while the lowest elasticity IDS financing is a sector (manufacturing industry)Keywords: pooling data, sharia banking, financing, GDP

Abstract

Pemahaman matematis mahasiswa terhadap konsep-konsep yang diberikan masih rendah serta mahasiswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi apa yang diketahui dari soal yang diberiukan.. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman matematis mahasiswa dalam matakuliah matematika ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan fungsi peawaran dan permintaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman matematis mahasiswa untuk matematika ekonomi dengan materi mengambarkan fungsi penawaran dan permintaan masih kurang. Kemampuan pemahaman untuk soalr satu hanya mencapai 42,5% mahasiswa berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik dan Soal nomor dua hanya 37,5%. Hal ini disebabkan kebanyakan mahasiswa tidak paham untuk menentukan yang diketahui dari soal cerita yang diberikan tentu menunjukkan kurang pemahaman mahasiswa untuk mengkoneksikan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Jadi ini menunjukan indikator pemahaman matematis yaitu koneksi masih lebih rendah sibandikang dengan kemampuan pemahamam komputasi.

Abstract

Mahasiswa sebagai generasi yang akan melanjutkan pembangunan harus memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Sehingga dapat diaplikasi dalam dunia kerja nantinya. Namun kebanyakan mahasiwa masih memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang rendah. Matematika ekonomi adalah salah satu mata kuliah yang dapat mengasah kemampuan berpikir tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat hubungan  minat belajar dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan koreasional dengan menggunakan sebanyak 38 responden. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan minat belajar dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada mahasiswa Program studi Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Jika ingin meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa maka sebaiknya kita menumbuhkan minat belajar pada mahasiswa sehingga tertarik dengan materi yang diajarkan.

Abstract

Students from the Islamic Economics Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Padangsidimpuan, must be careful in choosing choices from various cosmetic brands that have good quality and brand image. Female students must be able to distinguish cosmetic products that are officially labeled halal and unofficial halal labels from the Indonesian Ulema Council for consumption. The formulation of the problem from this study is whether brand image and halal label have a partial and simultaneous effect on wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions on Islamic economics students from the faculty of economics and Islamic business at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of halal brand image and label partially and simultaneously on wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions on Islamic economics students from the faculty of economics and Islamic business at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The discussion in this study relates to the field of marketing. In this connection the approach taken is theories relating to brand image, halal label and purchasing decisions and certain parts of the science. This research is a quantitative study that uses data calculations using statistical calculations with the help of SPSS version 22. Population in this study are all the number of students in Islamic economics majoring in Islamic Economics and Business IAIN at the level of 788 people and a sample of 89 people. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of the research obtained partially have an effect on the brand image of cosmetic purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of t count t table (4.497 1.663). For the halal label variable also has an influence on cosmetic purchasing decisions as evidenced by tcount t table (2.970 1.663). Based on the simultaneous results obtained by the value of Fcount Ftable (20.583 2.37), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the variable brand image and halal label on cosmetic purchasing decisions, with the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R2 value of 0.308 or 30, 8%, indicating the brand image and halal label variables influence purchasing decisions and the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other factors beyond the research conducted by the researcher. Keywords: Brand Image, Halal Label, and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstrak,Rendahnya kinerja sebagian pegawai ditandai dengan penyelesaian pekerjaan yang tidak tepat waktu dan sering terjadi kesalahan pegawai dalam menjalankan tugasnya, baik di kantor maupun di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan etika kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan data skunder. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai BPBD Padangsidimpuan yang berjumlah 54 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung untuk disiplin kerja sebesar 3,515 sedangkan t tabel diperoleh 2,01 ini berarti thitung ttabel (3,515   2,01) maka disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Etika kerja mempunyai nilai  thitung sebesar 1,087 dan ttabel adalah 2,01 ini berarti thitung ttabel (1,087 2,01) maka etika kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Disiplin kerja dan etika kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung adalah 7,387 dan F tabel sebesar 2,730  sehingga Fhitung Ftabel (7,387 3,18). Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Etika, Kinerja, Pegawai   Abstract,The low performance of some employees is marked by the completion of work that is not on time and employees often make mistakes in carrying out their duties, both in the office and in the field. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work ethics partially and simultaneously on the performance of Padangsidimpuan BPBD employees. This research is quantitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. The study sample was employees of BPBD Padangsidimpuan, amounting to 54 people. The results obtained by the value of tcount for work discipline is 3.515 while t table is obtained 2.01, this means thitung t table (3.515 2.01) then the work discipline affects the performance of employees at BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Work ethics has a tcount of 1.087 and t table is 2.01, this means tcount ttable (1.087 2.01) then work ethics does not affect the performance of employees at BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Work discipline and work ethics have a simultaneous influence on the performance variables of BNPB Padangsidimpuan employees. This is indicated by the value of Fcount is 7.387 and F table is 2.730 so that Fcount Ftable (7.387 3.18). Keywords: Discipline, Ethic, Performance, Employee

Abstract

Abstrak,Transaksi jual beli online semakin berkembang, tidak terkecuali di kalangan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan dan harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Terdapat pengaruh kemudahan dan harga secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Kemudahan, Harga Abstract,Online buying and selling transactions are growing, not least among students. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ease and price partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of clothing products online case study online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. This type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. Research samples were 40 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an effect of ease on purchasing decisions of clothing products online case studies of online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. But there is no price effect on the purchase decision of clothing products online in case studies of online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Abstract

Mathematics can be applied in many fields of study, one of them inEconomics. Many problems in economics can be explained by means ofmathematics both in numbers, and formulas so it can be measuredproperly. If we understand about mathematic and can think somethinghow to solve problem with mathematic, so we have mathematical ability.Mathematical ability is the ability to think in accordance with theprocedures of mathematics. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent pada mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi syariah fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis islam IAIN padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket dan observasi untuk kelengkapan data pada penelitian ini. Analisis dengan menggunakan statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22. Hasil analisis koefesien determinasi (R) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai r = 0,727 artinya korelasi antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian terjadi hubungan yang kuat. Nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,507 atau 50,7 % menunjukkan variabel kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan atribut produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan sisanya 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent dengan nilai thitungttabel(5,111 1,663). Variabel harga ada pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent dengan nilai (1,670 1,663). Variabel promosi ada pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent dengan nilai (1,755 1,663). Variabel atribut produk ada pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent dengan nilai (4,552 1,663). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi pepsodent pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Padangsidimpuan.
