Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Elementary School (ES) students through the implementation of Children Learning in Science (CLIS) in grade V SDN 1 Sudimampir Regency West Bandung (KBB). The research design was conducted using experimental research design. The study population is 60 students divided into two classes. Data collection techniques used include: tests, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were prerequisite analysis test consisting of: normality test, homogeneity, and final analysis using t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis test data learners learn that the value of t count of 2.941 and t table of 1.677 (t count > t table), so Ho rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of CLIS proved effective against the learners' learning outcomes in science learning material changes in the properties of objects.

Abstract

This study is based on student learning activities when learning takes place only a few students who pay attention. The results of the mathematics exercise and repetition of students also always get a low score. The use of carton media can help students understand abstract mathematical concepts and can make students more activities in the learning process. This method of classroom action research takes the form of a cycle that will last more than one cycle depending on the success of the target to be achieved. The use of carton media can improve student learning outcomes, either individually or in groups. This is evident from the results of student learning initial data percentage of 35.71%. However, after applying the use of carton media students' learning outcomes increased by 71.42% and in the second cycle reached 92.85%. In addition, the value of the group also increased, the first cycle was 85.71%, and in cycle II reached 100%

Abstract

The research entitled Improving Students Writing Skill Through Hands On Activity Method In Class 3 SDN 1 Sukaraja Sukabumi was motivated by the decrease of children's ability in writing due to the lack of teacher's attention to students' writing ability. In addition, learning strategies used by teachers are still there weaknesses and shortcomings. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method by comparing the learning outcomes of children before and after treatment. This research was conducted at SDN 1Sukaraja in Sukabumi area. The result of this research is the increase of children writing ability as much as 73%. It can be said that Hands On Activity method can help improve the literacy ability of children especially in writing ability

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve the learning outcomes of science materials in the Human Senses SDN Ciampel. The implementation of CAR is done through two cycles where each cycle consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Data collection techniques are done at the end of the cycle using tests, observations, and documentation. The success indicator of this CAR is the learning outcomes of learners who achieve the Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria (MEC) is greater than 60 as many as 80% of learners, as well as the appearance of teachers in learning above the score 80. Results of research obtained from the assessment of learning outcomes of learners class IV in cycle I that is: average class 51,95; with mastery learners learn 69,56%; the value of teacher performance 88.07%. Learning outcomes in cycle II are: average class 77.83; with learners learning completeness 91,30%; the value of the teacher's appearance is 91.20%. The conclusion of this research is that the learning of TGT can improve the science learning result of the students of the human sense tool material in the fourth grade students and can improve the performance of teachers in the learning at SDN Ciampel.
