The results of the analyze show that the regression equation Y=3.39440.509x1+0.524x2. In addition, the F test result of 59,89 was bigger than F table it was 2.77. The T test results of the variables organizational culture and leadership style was bigger than t table and has a significance less than level significance that is 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded the independent variable organizational culture(x1) and leadership style (x2) has a positive dan significant influence toward employee work discipline (y) both partially and simultaneously. The most influence variable is leadership style (x2) with highest regression coefficient is 0.524. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment procedures, the appeal of physical working environment, and the appeal of compensation toward motivate job applicants operator PT Pan Brothers Tbk and Group. The data that were used was primary data from 100 respondents, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to estimate the influential factors. According to data analysis result, the multiple linear regression was Y = 12.665 + 0.384 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.313 X3, the coefficient of F test = 0.000 (<0.05), which means that all independent variables simultaneously had significant influence toward dependent variable. This research used 5% significant level, the coefficient of T test for the recruitment procedure (X1) = 0.011, physical work environment (X2) = 0.008, and compensation (X3) = 0.038, the significant value for all independent variables < 0.05, it means that the recruitment procedures, the physical working environment, and compensation partially has significant effect toward the motivation of job applicants operator. While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0337, or 33.7%, it means that the recruitment procedure (X1), physical work environtment (X2), and compensation (X3) contributed 33.7 % to the motivation of job applicants operator (Y), while the remaining 66.3% were determined by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of product price, promotion expense, and coal export price on Hydraulic Excavator PC200-8M0 sales volume by simultaneously and also attempt to how many contribution of each variabel. This research used secondary data in the form of time series data monthly, starting from January 2015 until December 2017. Analysis methods of this research is multiple linier regression wich completed with classic assumption test (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocollinearity and linearity test) and goodness of fit model test (coefficient determination, t test, and F test). The classic assumption test shows that there is no trouble with all of those variables. The result of structural equation is Sales Volume = 4.707.869.796 – 8,022 Product Price + 86,828 Promotion Expense + 10.454,693 Coal Export Price. The result of F test shows that there is a simultaneous influence among product price, promotion expense, and coal export price on sales volume of Hydraulic Excavator PC200-8M0 Based on the coefficient determination of adjusted R square, the product price, promotion expense and coal export price given 74,9% influence while 25,1% is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control of products is conducted at PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk by using statistical methods, determine the type of failure dominant products and identify the factors that cause product failure which include small bobbin, over turn yarn (OTY) and broken filament. The data collection method in this research is by direct observation at PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk by using techniques such as interview, observation, and documentation. This observation took place in March 2015. Analysis of quality control is done by using statistical methods contained in the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) such as check sheets, histograms, p charts, pareto charts and causeeffect diagram. Check sheet and histograms are used to present the data in order to make it easier to understand the data for further analysis. P Chart analysis results indicate that there are five days which are still experiencing irregularities. The defect were found on 12th, 19th, 25th, 27th, and 31st of March. Based on Pareto diagram, it is seen that failure mostly caused by small bobbin with 72.3 %, then OTY 15.1% and broken filament 12.6%. From the analysis of cause-effect diagram, it is also seen that the factors causing the failure of the products derived from human factors / workers, machinery production, working methods, materials / raw materials and work environment.
