Abstract

The current study was conducted to increase of our understanding of factors performance-based modeling measure of service quality (SERVPERF) can improve the orientation of consumer behavior towards. An extensive review of the existing literature was used to identify 33 factors that affect to consumer behavior. The sampling technique used in this study is the accidental sampling method in this case, namely Go-Jek consumers in Semarang City. While for the number of research samples were 109 samples from a total of 123 samples. This research technique will use two approaches:  1). Confirmatory factor analysis, on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results from both the qualitative and quantitative phases of the current study demonstrated that 33 factors that affect to consumer behavior can be clustered into eight basic process and 10 hypothesis were accepted. The model output in this study can provide a positive contribution to Go-Jek drivers in an effort to be able to realize Service Quality Performance (SERVPERF).  The sectors in which the Go-Jek consumers in Semarang City were not completely representative of reviews their demographics and geographical region. The findings suggest that, in order to increase of service quality (SERVPERF) of Go-Jek, Then focus on mastery of special perceived of Quality the most dominant variable that can affect the Customer Value, This is a strength study service quality (SERVPERF) of Go-Jek, then the advice and recommendation is to maintain and emphasize the element of access, which relate directly and indirectly to the mastery of service quality (SERVPERF). This study contributes to the body of knowledge on the value of the Service Quality Performance (SERVPERF).

Abstract

Polines get bigger challenges and responsibilities to get better. The word "better" is of course measurable and measured by users or stakeholders, not by those who create and operationalize the program. This study suspects that there is room to be observed and investigated about the application of academic information system (SIA) Polines. The fundamental question to be answered is whether the Academic Information System (SIA) Polines includes a technology model that is good of fit (accepted) by users / stakeholders. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Customer Satisfaction (CS) are two approaches that should be used to measure the performance of SIA Polines. Because in the end TAM will bring up Policy Acceptance Model (PAM). Sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling method in this case that is Stakeholder ie student, lecturer and administration user of SIA Polines in Semarang and surrounding. As for the number of sample research is 100 samples. This research technique will use two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The outline of the model in this research can give positive contribution for SIA Polines in an effort to realize Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), both in the form of suggestions of managerial implications and the formulation of the marketing and technology science. Managerial suggestions are directed to SIA Polines in formulating a Policy Acceptance Model (PAM) policy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how is the implementation of quality control products conducted in PT Apparel One Indonesia by using statistical methods. The data collecting method in this study is direct observation conducted in August 2015. Analysis of quality control is done using statistical methods contained in Statistical Quality Control (SQC) such as check sheets, histograms, p-charts, pareto charts and cause-effect diagram. C Chart analysis results indicate that there are four days which are still experiencing irregularities. Data on the number 14 (August 21th) and 16 (August 25th) has passed the lower limit which means percentage failure is good enough to close to 0. However the data number 13 (August 20th) and 18 (August 27th) the failure has passed the upper limit where the failure is reach 7.60 % and 8.14 % indicates that the process is in a state of uncontrolled or still experiencing irregularities. Based on Pareto diagram, it can be seen that the failure is mostly caused by skip at 30.4% followed by puckering 20.4 % then cleanliness 18.4 %, caused by broken 17.5 % and measure 13.3 %. From the analysis of cause-effect diagram, it is also seen that the factors causing products failure is derived from human factors, machinery production, working methods, materials/ raw materials and work environment. In order to prevent failure, the company can take preventive and corrective measures to reduce the level of product failure and improve product quality, such as training the worker, doing maintenance regularly, and inspection on the material quality.

Abstract

Calculation of the cost of goods at first applied in manufacturing companies, but in its development calculation of the cost of service has been adapted by the service company, which is called the cost of services. The cost service have a very important role in determining the price of services. If calculation the cost of services is too low indeed will attract consumers, but led to the sale of services can not cover the cost of production of services, and otherwise, if the cost of services is too high, then the resulting selling price is too expensive, it will result in product and services less attractive to consumers. This study aims to determine differences in rates Unloading International Container if calculated by the conventional method and the Activity based costing system method, The conventional method imposes a costs arising from rates International loading unloading using the basic costs allocation of volume services production. while the ABC method is a method of determining the cost of using the activity and cost driver as a means to calculate the cost of International loading unloading. The research result for Unloading unloading International Container FCL 20’ and Container 20' using Conventional methods are respectively $ 80.68 and $ 60.69. Whereas calculations using the ABC method has a tariff of $ 74.80 and $ 56.27, while rates by the company is also around $ 80 and $ 60. The results Shows, Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang (TPKS) does not charge rates too far from the cost, which means that although TPKS has been using its own method in determining the service rates loading unloading of containers, but it already covers the entire needs of the cost of loading unloading. However, by using the ABC method, TPKS can appropriately plan budget in detail. ABC method can also provide information of production costs that is more accurate and informative.
