Abstract

This article aims to explain the results of the author's analysis of the implementation of halal certificates on food products sold online, inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of halal certificates to food sold online, and the impact of Sharia economic law on the haleness of food products sold online without halal certificates. The results of the 2021 survey on e-commerce statistics show that the types of goods and services sold the most online in Lampung are food and beverage groups, totaling 40.86 percent of all businesses sampled by e-commerce. The rapid progress of buying and selling food online has become an additional task for halal certificate implementation agencies in providing security and comfort, especially for Muslim consumers in Indonesia, so they can consume halal food that is traded online. The research methodology that the author uses is qualitative in terms of the type of research documentation, interviews, and observations. The author goes directly to the field to conduct observations and interviews with primary data derived from the results of interviews with the BPJPH task force and LPPOM MUI. The results of the study show that there are no special strategies for food sold online. Supporting factors include the existence of institutions assisting the halal product process for MSME business actors. The inhibiting factor is that there is no direct regulation of cooperation with online business application server managers, a lack of public understanding of halal certificates, Analysis of Sharia Economic Law on the haleness of food products sold online: the haleness of products sold online or offline without MUI halal certificates are categorized as syubhat. Abstract

This research will comprehensively answer, describe, and explain in detail the context of problems that occur in musyarakah contracts. Therefore, this research will reveal the veil of understanding by focusing on the anthropological view of the implementation of musyarakah contracts, both in terms of the application of the contract and sharia principles, as well as the problems that often occur in musyarakah contracts in the operations of sharia financial institutions. This research is a type of normative-empirical research, which is an anthropological approach. The data used are primary and secondary data which are then analyzed using argumentative analysis techniques. The results and conclusions of this research are that musyarakah exists as a method for practicing and implementing Islamic religious values, where this also includes the concept of hifdz mall (maintenance of assets) which is essentially part of the objectives of sharia itself. Although problems often occur in the musyarakah contracts carried out intentionally by the parties or unpredictable force majeure, these musyarakah contracts can be maximized again by using good and correct solutions by Sharia financial institutions. With the concept of the musyarakah contract, Sharia financial institutions have a mission to fight ignorance, poverty, tyranny, evil, and injustice in economic activities to achieve al-falah (prosperity in this world and the hereafter).

Abstract

Technological sophistication is overgrowing to make it easier for humans in all their activities. One sector that takes advantage of technological sophistication is financial services. P2P lending refers to the provision of financial services that bring together lenders and loan receivers in the context of engaging into loa and borrowing agreements cia an electronic system that uses the internet network. The ease of the P2P Lending service offered by this online loan is very tempting for users. However, many Muslim people are still unwilling to do so. This study purposes to establish the principle of benefits and online loan agreements from an Islamic economic perspective. This research type is descriptive qualitative research using a systematic literature review. The research data is from 6 journals related to online lending from the perspective of Islamic economics published in 2020-2022. The study results show that online lending, or P2P lending, is a form of financial service utilizing technological sophistication. Online loans are permissible according to Sharia, but with various conditions that do not violate Sharia rules by MUI Fatwa No.117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. The principle of the benefits of giving loans in Islam is permissible to people who need debt to fulfill their needs based on mutual help in good matters. According to the Islamic economy, online loan transactions are classified as accounts payable (Qarḍh). In Islam, qardh is valid if the parties fulfill the conditions and pillars. If one of the conditions and pillars is not fulfilled, the qardh contract becomes invalid. Thus, the debts are considered to have occurred if the pillars and conditions of the debts themselves have been fulfilled.

Abstract

In traditional economics, money serves as a universally accepted medium for exchanging goods or services. However, in today's ultramodern economy, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin have emerged as widely accepted means of payment, wealth accumulation, and value measurement. Despite their potential for simplifying transactions and fostering trade, these digital currencies are viewed cautiously in some contexts. Indonesia, while legalizing Bitcoin and crypto assets, restricts their use as a payment method due to concerns about preserving the value of its national currency and the prevalence of existing e-wallets and mobile banking systems. From an analytical standpoint, investing in cryptocurrencies is recognized as highly volatile, carrying unpredictable risks of value fluctuations. Furthermore, in Islamic Sharia law, such transactions are considered haram lighairihi due to their speculative nature. This research delves into the legal and economic aspects of digital currencies, particularly Bitcoin, highlighting their implications within Indonesia's economic framework while acknowledging their risks and regulatory considerations.Top of Form
