Abstract

This research is motivated by how the social criticism contained in the poetry essay "Abortion in Palippis" by Syuman Saeha. The purpose of this research is to find out the social criticism in Syuman Saeha's essay "Abortion in Palippis". The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method to describe data in the form of mental elements and social criticism in the poem essay "Abortion di Palippis". Shuman Saeha's work. The research technique used is document analysis, namely the poetry essay "Abortion di Palippis" by Syuman Saeha and interviewing the resource person, Syuman Saeha, as the poet of the essay "Abortion di Palippis".The research results obtained were the inner elements of the essay poetry "Abortion di Palippis" consisting of theme, taste, tone of atmosphere and message. The social criticism obtained is in the form of criticism against the government, contractors and the community. Social criticism of the government has 4 points, against contractors 3 points and against society 3 points. Of the three targets of criticism, the government is seen as the party most responsible for creating social problems as is the social criticism obtained in the poem Shuman Saeha's "Abortion di Palippis" essay.

Abstract

This research have a purpose (1) to know the existence of influence which [is] Professionalism signifikan with performance learn SMP Country District of Mapilli; (2) to know the existence of influence which [is] signifikan Motivate with performance learn SMP Country District of Mapilli; (3) to know the existence of influence which is observation signifikan with performance learn SMP Country District of Mapilli; and (4) to know the existence of influence with which is signifikan between Professionalism, Motivation, and observation with performance learn SMP Country District of Mapilli. Population in research is teacher of SMP Country exist in District of Mapilli with amount of its population equal to 50 teacher. In this research of sampel the taken is entire/all teacher of SMP Country District of Mapilli, so that this research of meruapakan research of population. Technique analyse data by using Multiple Regression Linear of Analys: Tabulation of data, Assumptions of Multiple Regression and Examination of Hypothesis Research. Result of data analysis is: 1) professionalism level have an effect on postitif to make-up of teacher performance.This matter of indication that high lower him mount professionalism had unidirectional with yielded performance storey;level 2) Motivational level have an effect on postitif to make-up of teacher performance 3) Mount observation have an effect on postitif to make-up of teacher performance. This matter of indication that high lower unidirectional done/conducted observation intensity him with performance storey; level which is yielded. 4) Professionalism, observation and motivation by simultan have an effect on to make-up of teacher performance.

Abstract

School being a source of stress among students seems to be a reality that all circles need to anticipate. As a formal educational institution, school has to have a friendly nature, both friendly to children and friendly to the environment, so that they can have a positive effect on children's socio-emotional development. The purpose of this research is to reveal how the contribution of Child Friendly School (SRA) in the socio-emotional development of children at SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative and the research method used is descriptive-inductive method. Data are collected and described through in-depth observations and interviews, while the data analysis method applied is Cresswell's qualitative data. The results show that the Child Friendly School (SRA) has a contribution in the socio-emotional development of children at SD Negeri Ngupasan Yogyakarta. The stages of the Child Friendly School Program include: 1) Anti-violence policies; 2). Implementation of the curriculum; 3 Educators and education personnel trained in child rights; 4). Facilities and infrastructure; 5). Student participation; and 6) Parental participation. The contribution obtained from the implementation of the Child Friendly School program in socio-emotional development is that students could respect others, more able to control emotions, responsive, bound by parental figures, care, imitate their friends, play games that use rules and create them, following an event, confident, tolerant, cooperative and responsible, and tend to spend time with friends.

Abstract

This research is a software development research that aims to develop learning aids software for hardware subjects based on PHP (Perl Hypertext Preprocessor) in the Computer and Informatics Engineering Study Program, Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Makassar University. The design of instructional media is carried out by collecting learning materials then designing the software and the necessary database. The learning media that has been created are then validated by two media experts. The objects in this study were 37 students of class 04 class 2012 Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Department of Electrical Engineering Education Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University, as many as 37 people who program hardware courses in the even semester of the 2012-2013 academic year. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire given to respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the views of PTIK JPTE FT UNM students on the implementation of PHP learning media in the Hardware course are in the good category or equal to 91.89%.

Abstract

This study aims: to explained the marketing strategy by manager of hot water tourism Sulili Waterboom Pinrang Regency to development of tourism destination potency in Covid 19 Era, and to implementation the marketing strategy by manager of hot water tourism Sulili Waterboom Pinrang Regency to development of tourism destination potency in Covid 19 Era. The analytical method used: the quantitative and qualitative method which source from primary and secondary data. The technique of data gathered include interview, observation, library research and documentation. Data obtained it to arrangement and preparation and analysis with used of qualitative descriptive such as the explained then to analysis and naration. The results of this study indicate: the manager of hot water tourism Sulili Waterboom Pinrang Regency applied of marketing strategy STP as the important strategy to increasingthe local and national tourism visiting come to Pinrang Regency for holiday and recreation which have contribution to increased the regional income. The pandemic Covid 19 era the total tourism visiting to decreasing, cause it require to applied of seriously attempt from management parties to commitment applied of marketing strategy STP which reorientation to increased the segmentation of local or national tourist, with marketing target for general visitor from all of ages and to become the positition of Waterboom Tourism Destination as the main of tourism visiting in Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

This article discusses to find out how the Role of the Education Office in implementing process standards in vocational high schools (SMK) West Sulawesi, and at the same time to find out the obstacles or obstacles (weaknesses) faced by the Education Office in implementing process standards in vocational high schools (SMK) West Sulawesi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The reason the researcher uses a qualitative approach is because he wants to get real experience from the meaning under study, meaning that he wants to know the situation of certain factors as actors who carry out certain jobs, certain situations, in certain places, so that researchers can understand the specific situation that is the object of research. This is very important in the analysis which will be used as the basis for making conclusions from the research. This research is focused on describing the implementation of process standards and revealing the role of the West Sulawesi Provincial Office. Based on research in the field, it shows that the role of the provincial education office, in this case the supervisor in implementing process standards at Vocational High Schools in West Sulawesi, has carried out his duties and functions of mentoring.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which aims to find out the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes through the theory of apos learning in class VIIc students of MTs Husnul Khatimah. The subjects of this study were the students of class VIIc MTs husnul khatimah, totaling 21 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. The work procedure of each research cycle takes four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observation, (4)reflection. Data collection is done by providing test results of learning and observation trough observation sheets. Data collected were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that mathematics learning outcomes have increased trough the theory of apos learning class VIIc students MTs Husnul Khatimah. This is shown by : (1) the increase in the average score of students mathematics learning outcomes is 76,35 in cycle 1 to 86,06 in cycle II; (2) the increase in the percentage of students who complete learning is 71,42% in cycle 1 to 95,23% in cycle 2: and (3) the increase in student activities that are in accordance with learning from cycle 1 to cycle 2 while student activities that are not in line with learning are decreasing.
