<![CDATA[This study aims to assess the scientific work it in and Mandar culture pappasang relationship with moral development of society , qualitative descriptive study design. That becomes assessment data is the phrase / sentence that contains / contain moral messages Mandar. Sources of data for the assessment is a written record of books related to Mandar pappasang moral and oral data sources obtained from informants . The data collection ( 1 ) Seeking Informants and knowledge to provide inputs for the author , (2 ) carefully and thoroughly read books and research results that are relevant to the study. ( 3 ) Conducting interviews with informants who have extensive knowledge of the cultural background of Mandar , especially pappasang Manda. The results showed that the moral is contained in pappasang ethics or rules and advice ancestral grow and thrive in the midst of Mandar people, that need to be adhered to and heeded anytime and anywhere. This means that the noble values contained pappasang , not only applies to the past but also still relevant to be applied to people's lives mandar now.]]>

<![CDATA[Polewali Mandar has a wealth of tropical forests,to the extent of reaching 72.814 ha. As a forest ecosystem, it plays a very important role for human development and health.Therefore, a healthy forest is needed that can support human life.Human growth and development, has provided various negative impacts on forest ecosystems.Forest management that has been applied has not been able to maintain the optimal function of forests, the more damaged forests.Many economic interests dominate the implementation of forest management.In order to maintain and restore forest functions optimally from various threats that increasingly necessary reorientation to change the practices of forest resource management and the environment wisely, so that the crisis destruction of forests and the environment can be controlled.To the community and various parties related to the management of forest resources and the environment needed awareness to embody the moral and ethics of the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Transfer of Agricultural Land Function into Settlement Area in Polewali Mandar District Polewali District. Increasing the number of residents indirectly affects the amount of housing demand. The construction of housing areas in Polewali Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency has increased along with population growth. For these activities, developers often utilize and convert agricultural land. In this case the Regional Government through the RTRW Regulation No.2 of 2013 concerning the 2012-2032 Polewali Mandar District Spatial Plan has a role in regulating and controlling the use of agricultural land. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study the results showed that the conversion of agricultural land to the construction of residential areas was regulated in the establishment of spatial patterns for residential areas, while the percentage of agricultural land diverted to housing was 2,091 ha with uneven distribution in all Polewali Mandar Districts.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to kuwing the skill level of SMA Negeri 3 Polewali students when they are writing short story by applying draft Maping Method where in this research will discribe and explain the mastery of writing skill short story, a bout pre writing step, writing short story step, revision of writing step and the mastery writing short story skill using aplication draf Maping Method. Kinds of research is class action research using subjek research are 32 students. Data are needed is first siclus action and secoud siclus action, observation interviwier, reseorching instrument and documentation by descriptive statistic and quality approach. Research result shoving that skill level writing short story at X class of SMA Negeri 3 Polewali Mandar by applying Maping consept are; (1) in first all aspect are payed attention every student is active it’s the same at the second siclus, but in the second siclus thera are some revision it’s not there in first siclus (cycle), (2) in the evaluation step of student skill in writing short story are increasing very significancy where in the first siclus only 20 student or 62, 5% ore passed (completenness) an 12 aren’t passed or 37,5% and text evaluation by teacher there are 22 student in good answered or 68,75% and 10 students aren’t passed or 31,25, and the end of second siclusthere are some increasing or 87,5% and 4 students aren’t in creasing or 12%. <![CDATA[Relating absentee land ownership, the rule refers to the implementation of Law No. 5 of 1960 on the Basic Principles of Regulation Agraia (BAL) The government passed Law 56 Prp 1960 on Hold Size Determination Farms with implementation of PP No. 224 of 1961 on the Implementation of Land Distribution and Compensation Division, in article 3, paragraph (1) PP 224 of 1961 in conjunction with Article 1 PP 41 of 1964 stipulates the prohibition of land ownership In Absentee, which states that "ownership of agricultural land by people who live outside the districts where geography is prohibited, namely that farmers actively and effectively in work on his farm land so that productivity can be increased. This study used a sociological juridical approach through qualitative descriptive analysis is an approach that is conducted to analyze the extent to which a rule / law or the law being applied effectively. The results showed the ban on absentee land ownership in the District Binuang has yet to be implemented effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[Takabonerate region has great potential, but there are still many obstacles faced in developing the region. This study aims to determine the priority development strategy in the Takabonerate Selayar. The research method is survey. The approach in this research is qualitative and quantitative approaches to describe the responses of respondents toward tourists and the local community based on questionnaires given object. The obtained data were processed and analyzed using IFAS-EFAS analysis and SWOT. According to the research, based on SWOT Strategy priority is SO Strategies (Strength-Opportunity), a strategy using the strengths and opportunities, while the strategy is Optimizing the management of nature tourism, marine tourism and cultural tourism in the area, improve the coordination with local governments and parties Related to gain support in the development of the region and addressing harassment / threats to the security of the region and build a functional system combined with community elements.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how students position in Islam and how to view a few theories about human potential and how the concept of nature as a potential base. This type of research is literature. Based on the results of studies which have shown that education as a business builder and personal development of human physical and spiritual aspects, and therefore the development of new growth can be achieved when underway towards the ultimate goal of development and growth. There are multiple streams or theories in education related to the likelihood or traits among the students in the flow of nativism which assumes that human development has been determined by factors under human from birth. empiricism flow states depending on the child's development environment, while the carriage is not important: because at the time of birth of a child is still clean, and assume that the flow convergence pambawaan and environment are equally important and have the same effect . <![CDATA[Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis used, obtained the regression equation, Y 20,091 0,441X. <![CDATA[This research is a qualitative descriptive study. by collecting descriptive data as outlined in the form of reports and descriptions. Data is obtained by approaching or documenting archives, documents, records or everything needed for this research. Then the data will be analyzed with qualitative analysis. The data that has been obtained will be validated by using the triangulation method, which is checking data from various sources in various ways, and at various times. There are two triangulation techniques namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research conducted at BPRS HIK Makassar showed the mechanism for calculating the profit sharing system used using system revenue sharing with a ratio of 70:30. The revenue sharing system applies to the bank income that will be distributed calculated based on gross income. In BPRS HIK Makassar the Revenue sharing system mechanism is used by way of sharing the benefits of fund management carried out by the Bank before deducting operational costs or profit sharing calculated from gross profit / total income and using mudharabah mutlaqah and mudharabah muqayyadah contracts. So the revenue sharing system at BPRS HIK Makassar is in accordance with the National Shari'ah Council fatwa No: 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 regarding the general provisions of savings based on Mudharabah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine 1 ) whether they ( parents and teachers ) have a clear understanding of the free education policy 2 ). How their perceptions about the meaning of " free " in the administration of education services as well as the role and responsibility of government stork , parents and other stakeholders in the implementation of free primary education policy . 3 ) How do they think about the model of implementation of free primary education policy , including the role of society in overseeing the program. (FGD - Focus Group Discussion ) is used as the primary method to achieve the objectives of this research . Parents of students and teachers realize that education is the main factor and the needs of future asset depan.Biaya important as education becomes a major factor when parents want to send their anaknya.Terutama of families of middle economic strata , feel experiencing difficulties with respect to the cost of education is getting more expensive . This is due in addition to the rising prices of basic needs is also the need for additional school expenses necessary to improve the quality of education of children, also there is still performed peraktek school tuition fees .
