Abstract

In the course Askeb I (Pregnancy) Academic Year 2013/2014 , in which 112 students on subjects Askeb I which has a value of A and B is at least 35 people (31.25%) . This illustrates clearly that 68.75% of the students in the course Askeb I have a level of understanding that is only limited by graduation . The researchers used an alternative model of learning that can improve student learning activities in the course Askeb I (pregnancy) through a cooperative learning model CIRC aimed at improving student learning activeness in Prodi DIII Midwifery STIKes Minang Padang 2015 .This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) undertaken by researchers directly , which is done by 3 cycles . Each cycle consists of four activities namely : planning, action , observation , and reflection . Samples were students Prodi DIII Midwifery STIKes Minang Padang in 2015 the number of students 11 people . An instruments using documentation , questionnaire , and observation .Based on the results of learning activities of students in the first cycle (56.36%) medium category , in the second cycle (65.45%) medium category , and the third cycle (89.08%) higher category . It can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning model CIRC can improve student learning activities .The researchers suggest to lecturers to use cooperative learning model CIRC one alternative for further learning in other subjects such as Askeb III , Askeb V , Documentation Obstetrics , and Reproductive Health , to improve the learning activities of students and can be submitted as reference and consideration of reference for subsequent studies

Abstract

The development of health reproduction in education institution is a precise strategy, considering most of student’s time are spending in the school. The researcher already did early observation with student and teacher, 60% student state Biology subject only talk a little about health reproduction, while 75% of Biology teacher state that in learning Biology, whwn talking about reprodution, student love to laugh and think that learn about reproduction is taboo. The aim of this research is to describe health teenager reproduction learning through Biology subject did by Biology teacher toward student class XI SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The method of this research is qualitative with descriptive type. The technique in collecting data is through documentation, interview and observation. Analyzing data through data reduction, data presentation ang conclusion. The methode of taking informant in this research, is based on purposive sampling, which is Biology teacher that teach health production in class XI SMA N 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The result of this research are: 1) in Biology subject class XI are found 7 RPP about health reproduction, 2) health reproduction learning is held with various method and learning strategic, 3) evaluation learning found that 20% student get outstanding marks, 60% student get excellent marks and 20% get good marks. In conclusion, health reproduction material already exist in Biology subject, the implementation of learning already did and evaluation learning with daily exam. Suggestion for school is to increasing extracurricular activity that related with the knowladge about health reproduction, give health promotion to student by appropriate speakers that related with health reproduction material and notice the factors that influence health reproduction and give impect to the students auch as envinonment, family, etc.

Abstract

Permasalahan evaluasi akhir perkuliahan selama ini pada program studi Teknologi Pendidikan adalah belum adanya bank soal yang terdokumentasikan secara terstruktur. Sehingga memberikan persoalan pelaksanaan ujian yang tertunda apabila dosen yang membina tidak dapat melaksanakan ujian. Disatu sisi hampir sebagaian besar soal yang diberikan berupa essay yang belum melalu proses analisis kelayakan. Sejalan dengan visi dan misi program studi Teknologi Pendidikan sebagai perekayasa pembelajaran, maka semestinya dengan ketersediaaan labor komputer yang lengkap memiliki satu program evaluasi yang menggunakan komputer atau CBT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pelaksanaan evaluasi berbantuan komputer atau biasa dikenal dengan Computer Based Testing (CBT) yang sesuai dengan kriteria kelayakan media dan materi pada mata kuliah MKK program studi Teknologi Pendidikan melalui validasi beberapa ahli dan uji coba produk. Model penelitian pengembangan ini adalah model prosedural. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, format penilaian dengan kriteria yang meliputi aspek isi materi berupa Tes Pilihan Ganda dan aspek media, kemudian angket yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan uji coba untuk melihat kemudahan bagi subjek coba menggunakan produk CBT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produk CBT berada pada kategori Sangat Baik (89%), memiliki jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,4 (skor maksimum 5). Untuk aspek isi termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik (96%) jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,8 (skor maksimum 5). dan dari aspek media termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik (83%) jumlah rerata skor sebesar 4,1 (skor maksimum 5). Selanjutnya, hasil analisis berdasarkan uji coba produk CBT berada pada kategori Sangat Baik (94%) dengan rerata 4,7. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk CBT ini layak digunakan sebagai media alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan evaluasi yang dirasakan oleh dosen dalam mata kuliah keahlian khususnya dalam hal ini pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Director pada mata kuliah Komputer Multimedia di Jurusan KTP FIP UNP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan metode Research & Development dengan model pengembangan prosedural. Subjek penelitian adalah 4 orang responden, yang terdiri dari dua orang validator ahli media dan dua orang validator ahli materi yakni 2 orang dosen UNP. Sedangkan subjek ujicoba yaitu mahasiswa jurusan KTP FIP UNP yang berjumlah 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif dengan aplikasi macromedia director pada mata kuliah Komputer Multimedia sudah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Eeffort improve result learn student by using map media and Picture at subject of IPS in SDN 02 Muara panas of the fifth class, bukit sundi subdistrics in solok regency. Media very needed study to especially study of IPS do not monotone and drag on. Picture and map represent one of the media study of which can used to water down student comprehend Lesson of IPS. Pleasant study will generate separate fascination to student so that/ to be study take place better and can reach the target of which is expected. problems which is raised in this research is do usage of map media and picture can improve result learn student at subject of IPS in struggle items all area figure fight against colonization of Dutch and Japan at student class V SDN 02 Muara panas of the fifth class, bukit sundi subdistrics in solok regency. research which is writer use is method research of class action that is a study done/conducted by research which also as class teacher to improve; repair performance in order to improving result learn which with quality, this research procedure is done/conducted in two cycle, every cycle divided to become four activity type that is planning phase, execution, and observation of reflex. in activity of research of writer cooperate with collage as observer.

Abstract

Teacher’s performance is a sicnificant variable in gaining the school goals. Moreover, it is a means for measuring teachers and the school have reached educational aims. Based on a peli minery study, it is found out that the primary school teacher’s performance in the sub district of Bukit Sundi still low. The impact of this condition could be seen in their student’s achievement. One of the indicator is that their student’s average mark on the final examination is always in the lowest position compared of all of the scools in other sub districts in Solok Regency. A lot of variable might have affected the techer performance. Therefore, the objective of this study is to reveal how prominent the contribution of self concept and achievement motivation toward the primary school teacher’s performance in theses subdistrict of Bukit Sundi Solok Regency. The hypothesis of this study are : 1) self concept contributes toward teacher’s performance. 2) achievement contributes toward teacher’s performance. 3) self-concept and achievement motivation contribute simultanesusly toward teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This research is done at elementry school No 06 Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang Kabupaten Solok regency, that the competence of teacher got difficult in planning and doing learning process in the classroom. The action research toward to the teachers elementry school No 06 Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang by observing class in klinis suvervition. To improve teachers ability in doing learning process. Through two circles. The step are planning, teaching and observing and reflection. Tow achieevement teacher ability in teaching learning process. To improvement we can see to teacher of class 1 to vi. From the result of the mark from the students. So this action research we can conclude that observing classroom in clinical suvervision is very effective to increase quality of learning process.

Abstract

This paper to aim at desription about teacher’s leadership in accomplishment their task in class which analyse from education function and instructional function. Teacher’s leadership in educate can be performed by ways (a) give motivation to studens; teachers have to motivate studens in their’s behavior change process to better and better behavior. (b) To Guide studens; Teachers have to guide studens which behave are’t reconcile with norms. (c) To direction ; Teachers must be controll and direct studen’s activities, so that studens will not behave that to collide with norms. Teacher’s leadership in intructional can be performed by (a) give motivation to studens; teachers have to motivate studens in instructional process by technics select and use variation instructinal methods. (b) To Guide studens; Teacher must to guide student increase their achievement by technics direct training and assistance in exercises , (c) To direction; Teachers must be can to direct students in instructional process clearly, so that easy to be understood.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problem that had been found in SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang where the learning method that applied by the teachers are still dominated by lecturing method and unstructured discussion which give impact on competency of biology learning of the student. Therefore, authors apply by cooperative learning with use Talking Stick Type. The aims of this research is to know, how far cooperative learning with use Talking Stick Type can improve students learning activity and the result in biology lesson. The type of research is action class at XIIPA3ofSMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. The implementation consist of 2 cycles are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Techniques data analysis is carried out using the formale techniques proportion. Result of the analysis first cycle and second cycle show students learning active ty has increased for all indicators that is actively discussing increased 77,6 % in first cycle to 82,9 % in second cycle, hearing activity increased 79,6% in first cycle to 86,2 % in second cycle, to answer the questions increased 30,3% in first cycle to 43,4 % in second cycle, responding questions increased 19,1% in first cycle to 34,2% in second cycle, taking the duty in group increased 68,4% in first cycle to 74,3% in second cycle, cooperation on group increased 62,5% in first cycle to 76,3% in second cycle, Doing the duty in group increased 40,8% in first cycle, to 50,7% in second cycle. Collecting the sheet increased 53,9% in first cycle to 64,5% in second cycle. The result of evaluation the students that passed the examine increased from 22 students (57,79%) in first cycle, to 33 students (86,84%) in second cycle The result of the research learning model through Cooperative learning with use Talking Stick Typecan increase student learning activities and the result in biology class at XIIPA3 ofSMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. So this method can applied as aneffort to increase student learning activities, because there is no methods most superior from the existing method, each of them has weaknesses and advantages.

Abstract

This research was caused by thematic learning at grade in the third class of Elementary School 34 Cupak district of Gunung Talang Regency of Solok has not been reach optimally yet. So, the purpose of this research was to improve the thematic through Cooperative Learning model NHT Type. This researchwas classroom action research is the repair process of learning. The finding of this research showed that the use of Cooperative Learning model NHT Type can better improve the thematic learning at grade in the third class Elementry School. The students could be abel to have a good cooperation, response to another people idea’s, responsible, and respect to their friend’s ideas.
