Abstract

This study aims to: Know the factors that affect farmers in patchouli farming in the Village The purpose of this research is to analyze the amount of profit and value added that resulted in the processing of tuna fish abon in household industry "Dzakiyah Permata Kendari" in Kelurahan Mata. Sample determination is done intentionally. The analytical method used is value-added analysis using Hayami method. The results showed that the added value created from the processing of abon fish creates added value of Rp 184,485 / kg value added ratio to the value of the product of 89.8% and profit Rp 163.353 / kg with the profit rate of 88.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the marketing channel in Sindang Kasih Village, secondly to know the influence of marketing channel to rice price in Sindang Kasih Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. The analysis used in this research is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that marketing channel in Sindang Kasih Village There are 2 marketing channels that is first Farmer - Grinder - Merchant - Consumer and second is Farmer - Grinder - consumer, Here are two marketing channels used for Rice distribution from farmer to consumer. There is a significant influence of marketing channel variables (X) and rice price variables (Y). This is evidenced by the results of t test calculation of 3.912, while ttable is 1.304 at the level of significance of 10% which means that Ha is accepted. It also obtained regression equation Y = 0,824 + 1,011X. In other words accept Ha namely: There is Influence of Marketing Channel Against the price of rice in Sindang Kasih Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency, and reject Ho, that is No Effect of Marketing Channel on rice price in Sindang Kasih Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1. Know the large income of farmer on corn farming in Lambiku Village, Napabalano sub-District Muna District. 2. Know the corn farming contribution to ward the farmer’s household income in Lambiku Village, Napabalano sub-District of Muna District. 3. Know the factors that affect the income of corn farmers in Lambiku Village, Napabalano sub-District Muna District. The population in this research is the entire corn farmers in Lambiku village, Napabalano sub-District Muna District as many 190 KK. The number of respondents was determined using slovin formula and the respondents were selected using simple random sampling method with error level 10%. So the total respondents were 65 farmers. The result of this research showed that the average income of corn farmers in Lambiku Village per planting season was Rp 4.204.944. The large of farmer income contribution to the total of household income is about 42,81% and the income contribution of non-farming is amount 57,19%. The factors affected income were age, farming experience, labor and capital.

Abstract

This study aims to recognize (1) the cost incurred in the marketing of young coconut in Kendari City, (2) income earned on young coconut marketing business in Kendari City and (3) R/C cost efficiency at young coconut marketing business in Kota Kendari. This study uses Qualitative method. The population of this research is all sellers of young coconuts in Kendari City.  Determination of sample in this research is using census method. The results of this study show that (1) the average cost incurred in the marketing of young coconut is Rp 6,831,584/month, (2) while the total cost of revenue is Rp 59,547,827 per month with the average value of Rp 4.253.416 per month and (3) cost efficiency R/C ratio on marketing of young coconut is 1.6 means greater than 1 in the sense that young coconut marketing business is profitable and feasible to Developed.

Abstract

This study aims to: Know the factors that affect farmers in patchouli farming in the Village Lawada Sawerigadi District West Muna. The population in this study is all patchouli farmers in Lawada Village Sawerigadi District West Muna Regency as many as 275 families. The sample in this research use arikunto formula that is simple random sampling with simple error rate 15%. So the overall sample amounted to 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate Factors affecting farmers in patchouli farming include variable land area, capital, advice friends and family, extension of extension, the number of farmers who have patchouli farming and the availability of input simultaneously / jointly significant effect on the production of patchouli. Partially, only the variable of capital, the recommendation of friends and family and the extension agent that significantly influence the production variables while the land area, the number of farmers in patchouli farm and the availability of input have no significant effect on the production veriabel. Then the relationship between production to income that affects income variables include production variables simultaneously / together significant effect on income vareabel and Partially (alone), production variables also have a significant effect on income variable.
