<![CDATA[Kompetensi guru adalah seperangkat penguasaan terhadap pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku yang harus dimiliki oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik dan pengajar sehingga akan tercapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Guru dikatakan profesional, jika guru tersebut mampu memahami dan menguasai berbagai kompetensi sebagai seorang pendidik. Supervisi akademik adalah kegiatan kepengawasan yang ditujukan untuk memperbaiki kondisi-kondisi dan keadaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan maupun segala fasilitas yang memungkinkan terciptanya situasi belajar mengajar yang lebih kondusif demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Diharapkan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru dan supervisi Akademik terhadap Kinerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) Mengetahui pengaruh antara kompetensi guru dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru SDN Kecamatan Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling sehingga menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil deskripsi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompetensi guru (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5.770 > t tabel sebesar 2.04841. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel supervisi akademik (X2) terhadap variabel kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.552 > t tabel 2.04841. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompetensi guru dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 356.785 > F tabel sebesar 3.35. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kompetensi guru dan supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SDN di Kecamatan Pamulang]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to investigate the students’ errors in speech production, to know the types of errors and the dominant errors that the first semester English Department students did in interpersonal speaking class. The research method used in this research was descriptive qualitative research. The subject of the research was the first semester English Department students. They were 30 students. They were selected randomly. The data was collected through observation and tape recorder. The instrument of the research was oral test. The data was analyzed by using Clark and Clark theory. The result of the research shows that there are six students’ errors in speech production. They are silent pause (54,15%), filled paused (9,74%), repetition (32,95%), unretraced (0,29%), correction (1,72%) and slip on the tongue (1,15%). The dominant errors in speech production is silent pause. The source of errors are cognitive reason, social reason, and psychological or affective reason. Besides that, students’ errors are also found in linguistic competence such as grammatical and pronunciation. And the causes of errors in linguistic competence are first language (mother language), translation, carelessness and language transfer.]]>

<![CDATA[Online learning is a basic need of education in the 21st century. The benefits of online learning are felt in the continuity of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the impact of online learning on the learning motivation of Junior High School students. The results of the research discussion indicate that online learning has advantages, namely 1) as a medium to encourage independent learning; 2) as an effort to modernize the concept of education in the 21st century; 3) increasing the intensity of the interaction between teachers and students; 3) allows for an interaction that is not limited to space and time, and 4) meaningful learning. The impact of online learning on student learning motivation tends to be negative due to the unpreparedness of various parties, including teachers, parents, students, and schools. Early adolescents who need direct guidance, direction, and motivation must lose control due to reduced direct interaction with the teacher. The monotonous implementation of online learning, lack of direction and supervision, pressure for students to study from home, and low teacher innovation are the main causes of decreased learning motivation due to online learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di sekolah dasar 07 pekat NTB. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analysis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh gambaran bahwa pendidikan berbasis lingkungan di SDN 07 Pekat, Dompu NTB merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pendidikan agar siswa dapat mencakup karakter siswa, sosial, serta menanamkan jiwa peduli siswa terhadapa lingkungan alam ini. Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di SDN 07 Pekat dilaksanakan melalui berbagai strategi antara lain: 1) integrasi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dalam pembelajaran; 2) Penerapan kebijakan sekolah berbasis lingkungan; 3) kepedulian siswa SDN 07 Pekat terhadap lingkungan hidup; 4) hambatan dalam menjalankan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan. Kesimpulan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan sangat penting di terapkan di sekolah dasar. Integrasi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan hidup merupakan hal yang penting untuk pendidikan supaya siswa lebih peduli dan menjaga lingkungan alam ini. Sekolah dasar merupakan pendidikan formal yang tepat untuk diterapkan pendidikan berbasis lingkungan sejak dini. Sehingga penerapan kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan memiliki tujuan yang tepat agar menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan serta dan sebagai strategi sekolah dalam meningkatkan kepedulians iswa terhadap lingkunga hidup yang sedang mengalami pemerosotan kerusakan di abad-21]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis berbagai macam peluang seorang guru di masa pandemi virus covid-19. Wabah virus covid-19 di samping memiliki berbagai macam kerugian, namun perlu dipahami dalam perspektif optimisme. Ada berbagai macam peluang guru yang bisa ditemukan pada masa penyebaran covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pandemi virus covid-19 memberikan dampak positif bagi guru yakni: peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, keterlibatan guru dalam webinar, pelatihan, workshop, kursus yang dilakukan secara online, peningkatan ide-ide kreativitas dalam pembelajaran, penggunaan aplikasi-aplikasi belajar online, dan rumah menjadi pusat belajar. <![CDATA[The current study aimed to describe students' perceptions of their English mastery, and the media used by the researcher is a gamification platform (Quizizz). The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The participants were given a total of ten questions. There are 30 people who have already completed the questionnaire. According to the results of a questionnaire administered to 30 students, they have a favorable opinion of Gamification platforms for improving their English proficiency. <![CDATA[The objectives of study is to find out whether there is an improvement in students’ vocabulary mastery after using advertisement language to the first grade student of SMks Khazanah Kebajikan in academic year 2020/2021. The design research was pre-experimental research by giving pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The population of this research are the student of first grade of SMKs Khazanah Kebajikan in academic year 2020/2021. The sample of this research class of 10 AP. the value of t-calculation (3.97) was higher than the value of t-table (2.093) at the significance level 0.05, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted (3.97>2.093). There is a significant difference between teaching vocabulary through advertisement and teaching vocabulary without Advertisement. Therefore, teaching vocabulary through Advertisement effectively enriches students' vocabulary mastery. <![CDATA[Permasalahan pokok yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah rendahnya Hasil Belajar Materi Apresiasi puisi siswa Kelas VIII-F SMP Negeri 1 Rancaekek. Dari studi awal yang dilakukan di sekolah, ditemukan beberapa indikator yang menunjukkan rendahnya Hasil Belajar Materi Apresiasi siswa di sekolah. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan kajian tentang upaya meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Materi Apresiasi puisi siswa kelas VIII-F SMP Negeri 1 Rancaekek menggunakan Model Think Talk Write (TTW). Subjek penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikelas VIII-F SMP N 1 Rancaekek dengan siswa berjumlah 24 siswa dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini yang melalui 2 siklus perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitain Pada siklus I nilai siswa yang berhasil mendapatkan nilai KKM yaitu sebanyak 32%. Sedangkan pada perbaikan pembelajaran di siklus II siswa yang berhasil mencapai KKM 90%. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa hasil pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi apresiasi puisi dapat meningkat dengan menggunakan metode think Talk Write.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find the category of Teacher Talk (TT) in EFL (English as Foreign language) class at English Language Study Program at Indonesian Muslim University. Specifically for the Teacher Talk category, this study focuses on how many Teacher Talk categories appear in class for seven times each. This research was conducted in the EFL (English Education Study Program Class) Faculty of Literature at UMI. The participants of this study were 1 (one) English Education lecturer. While students who became participants were fifth semester students from C1 class that consists of 30 students. Data in this study were collected using video and audio recordings. Video and audio recordings are used to collect the Lecturer Teacher Talk category. Video recordings in this study were used to obtain a natural picture of class interaction. The results of this study are 7 categories of Teacher Talk displayed by Lecturers when interacting in class, namely: (1) starting or opening a class; (2) provide an explanation; (3) Give instructions; (4) Asking questions; (5) Encourage and motivate; (6) Provide Reinforcement; and (7) Closing.]]>

<![CDATA[During the covid-19 pandemic, all institutions had a high dependency on information technology. Network strength is very important. Thus, an internet network technology course was conducted for information technology personnel of the Indonesian Navy. The training is conducted online. Studied learning success is associated with the initial data held, namely rank, gender, work experience in the field, previous education and learning activities, and age of participants. The data was clustered with the final test results to determine the clustering of training results and these factors. Based on the clustering it can be stated a good grouping of learning success in this pandemic period. From the 75 personnel data, we could made 5 clusters. Recommendation for internet network tools online training, especially in internet network technology, is that the participants of the course should have experience in internet and network, young and have good education level at least high school.]]>
