The case of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Mlati II Health Center Sleman Regency has increased. Data presentation was only limited in tables and graphs. Mapping of patient health data in an area needs to be done to facilitate the health promotion strategy. The aim was to identify the distribution of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis through mapping for health promotion efforts. Quantitative descriptive research. The population was pulmonary tuberculosis patients in 2015-2017. A sample of 43 people. The instrument uses Quantum GIS version 1.8 and kernel density analysis was carried out. Results: The highest cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were in the Sumberadi sub-district of 17 people, men were more susceptible, especially productive age. The highest area of cases is in Ngentak Hamlet. Grouping cases in the western region of Sumberadi Subdistrict and in the south of Tirtoadi Subdistrict, and spread in the central, northern and eastern regions of Mlati District. Health promotion was carried out at the neighborhood and community unit. Conclusion: There were groupings of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Sumberadi and Tirtoadi regions. Need counseling about air ventilation. The use of medical record data for mapping was expected to be the basis for consideration in carrying out health promotion plans.

Abstract Motivation which means "encouragement" or "driving force". Motivation questions how to direct the power and potential of subordinates to want to work together productively in achieving and realizing specified goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal relationship, self-development and workload with the performance of nurses in the inpatient rooms of the Royal Prime Hospital. This type of research used in this study is an analytic survey research using cross sectional design. The population of this study were all nurses in the inpatient room of the royal prima medan hospital, as many as 40 nurses. The sampling technique in this study was Total Sampling for case groups of 40 respondents. The results of this study were statistically tested using the Chi Square test with a 95% confidence level using the SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed that there was a relationship between Workload and Nurse Performance in the Inpatient Room at Royal Prima Medan Hospital with each p-value of α (0.783> 0.05), (0.783> 0.05), (0.017 <0, 05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between workload and nurses' performance in the inpatient hospital at the royal prima medan hospital. ABSTRACT Hospital laundry service is an important part of a hospital operation. Prelimenary survey conducted at Arifin Achmad General Hospital of Riau Province show thata lack of space.There are two sepate room washing room dan drying room and one room for ironing, pelipatan, distributing room. There are also too many broken laundry equipment. This study purposeis to analysis laundry management at Arifin Achmad General Hospital of Riau Province This study uses the deep interview, observation and document review methode with a qualitative approach and data validity of triangulation. There are six informant : laundry officer, Head of laundry, Head of medical instalation, Chief of monitoring and evaluation, Chief of Nurserry and vice director of medik and nursery at Arifin Achmad General Hospital of Riau Province . This studyresult show that there are many themes appear as the finding of the studyof laundry management. As for themes in the area of Human Resousches Quality. Less of training officer, less internal teknision, the provision of facilities and laundry equipmentProvision for supply of waterand the implemantation of the house in the form of disharging SOP, there are no wet for dirty linen, provision of identity not include the name of hospital, size an No, ID. ABSTRACK Dysmenorrhoea is menstrual pain that feels in the lower abdomen and appears before, during or after menstruation. Pain can be colic or continuous. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of student knoeledge about dysmenorrhoea with handling behavior in SMAN 1 Rengat. The method used is analytic with the sampling technique that is accidental sampling, the way to collect data using primary data through interviews. The results showed that of the 90 respondents at SMAN 1 Rengat, out of 23 students (25.5%) who had good knowledge who behaved positively in handling dysmenorrhoea were 21 people (24.1%) and none of them behaved negatively, out of 53 students (58.9%) who had sufficient knowledge who behaved positively in handling dysmenorrhoea amounted to 52 people (59.8%), and who behaved negatively amounted to 1 person (33.3%), out of 14 students (15.6%) who had knowledge less who behaved positively in handling dysmenorrhoea amounted to 14 people (15.6%), and those who behaved negatively totaled 2 people (66.7%).

Kegiatan surveilans terdapat beberapa penyakit menular tertentu yang potensial menimbulkan wabah dan telah mengembangkan sistem surveilans sendiri serta menjadi sub sistem dari surveilans pencegahan penyakit secara umum yaitu penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), penyakit malaria, penyakit-penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD31). Penyakit campak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan, mengingat masih adanya kasus dan wabah campak di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Campak adalah penyakit infaksi virus yang merupakan penyebab kematian pada anak di Negara-negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Kasus terdiagnosa campak klinis tahun 2011 dilaporkan sebanyak 398 kasus, dan sebagian besar terjadi pada anak umur <15 tahun yaitu sebanyak 321 kasus atau 80,6%. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Aspek yang dievaluasi adalah input, proses dan output. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan petugas imunisasi di Puskesmas. Data sekunder diperoleh berdasarkan pencatatan dan pelaporan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten. Kemudian dilakukan intervensi sesuai dengan masalah yang ditemukan. Peningkatan kelengkapan laporam setelah dilakukan intervensi menjadi 100%. Pada analsis dan interpretasi data puskesmas yang mengatakan mengalami hambatan dan masalah adalah 22 (75.86%) puskesmas. Penyebarluasan informasi data campak secara lintas instansi sudah berjalan cukup baik namun belum optimal. Kelemahan petugas surveilans campak terdapat pada pada pengolahan, penyajian, analisis dan interpretasi data sebelum dilakukannya intervensi. Beberapa mengeluhkan bahwa mereka tidak memahami dengan baik cara pengolahan, penyajian, analisis dan interpretasi data dengan baik dan beberapa dari mereka merupakan petugas baru yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan tentang surveilans campak.

Underweight or lack of weight is state of being caused by the lack of energy intake compared with the amount og eergy expended. A lack of energy intake or consumption of essential nutrients needed by the body can be lowered activity was done by teenager. The result of the preliminary survey they that were undertaken in the senior high school 13 and 1 At Pekabaru, would be in the low teens 33 should be run as soon as many as 20 a teenager slipped to only their second underweight. The study aims to know about the effectiveness of media pictorial and counseling with the methods talk question and answer to behavior eat, physical activity dan sleep patterns undeweight teenagers in 13 and 1 Senior High School At Pekanbaru City. the kind of research used is (quasi experiment) with nonequivalent group pre-test post-test design. The Research is done at the July 2019. The population in this research is the entire fourth grade VII, VIII and IX. Use sampling tehniques is non random sampling. Instrumen on the study using by questionnaires, and data anlysis be done in univariat and bivariat. The results of study by test wicolxon and Mann Whitney test, and showed there were differences in the effectiveness of the pictorial media and counseling on question and answer lectures on changes in eating behavior, physical activity and sleep patterns of underweight adolescents in 13 and 1 Senior High School At Pekanbaru City. Schools should provide adequate outreach facilities such as picture books and powerpoints. So that counseling can be carried out smoothly and without obstacles. Sexual behavior in adolescents who cross the fairness limit carried out by adolescents has a big impact on adolescents and their partners. Data from UPT Puskesmas Tanjungsamak Subdistrict stimulates teenagers who have free sex in 2016 as many as 3 cases and in 2017 there were 10 cases. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence free sex in adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Rangsang, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. This research was conducted from February to August 2018. Quantitative research method with cross sectional design. The research sample of 174 people taken from 309 students and students of Class X and XI of SMA Negeri 1 Rangsang in Kepulauan Meranti Regency was taken by random sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate using chi-square test, 59.8% having good religiosity, 62.6% stating high family roles, 60.3% stating high school roles , 54.0% had bad free sex behavior. Statistical test results showed that there was a significant relationship of religiosity (p value = 0.002), family role (pvalue = 0.000), school role (p value = 0.002) and information media (p value = 0.004) with free sex behavior in adolescents in Rangsang 1 Public High School Meranti Islands. It is expected that the Head of SMA Negeri I Rangsang can collaborate with the Tanjungsamak Health Center to provide counseling to their students about reproductive health in adolescents.

ABSTRAK Sungai Sago yang merupakan anak sungai Siak yang telah mendapat tekanan-tekanan lingkungan akibat dari pemanfaatan lahan serta aktivitas-aktivitas manusia berupa permukiman, pasar, perkantoran, rumah sakit dan industri. Tekanan lingkungan tersebut diindikasikan telah menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas air Sungai Sago. Tujuan Umum penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mengetahui Kualitas Air sungai Sago Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru 2016 dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas air Sungai Sago Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Non Standar, guna mengetahui kualitas air sungai berdasarkan indikator Kualitas Air. Sampel yang diambil yaitu dari 3 titik, Stasiun I di Hulu lokasi jl. Cut Nyak Dien gg. Jambu Air, Stasiun II di Tengah lokasi jl. Juanda, Stasiun III di Hilir jl. Pelita Pantai. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan bahwa Kualitas Air Sungai Sago pada Stasiun I di Hulu adalah termasuk kategori sedang (Medium) dengan angka WQI (Water Quality Index) pada pagi hari yaitu 66.09 dan sore hari 65.33. Stasiun II di Tengah adalah termasuk kategori sedang (Medium) dengan angka WQI (Water Quality Index) pada pagi hari yaitu 61.05 dan sore hari 56.34. Stasiun III di Hilir adalah termasuk kategori sedang dengan angka WQI (Water Quality Index) pada pagi hari yaitu 65.45 dan sore hari 57.88. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Aktifitas Masyarakat Daerah Aliran Sungai Sago akan mempengaruhi kualitas air Sungai Sago . Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Signifikansi Sosial Diharapkan penerapan Perda Kota Pekanbaru tentang Sumur Resapan. Signifikansi Ilmiah Hasil penelitian sejenis agar dilakukan sampling berulang-ulang berdasarkan waktu yang berbeda. Kata Kunci : Kualitas air, Sungai, Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS)
