Gagasan jurnal LINIMASA hadir atas fenomena perkembangan ilmu komunikasi yang begitu pesat dan dinamis mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Dilihat dari definisinya, LINIMASA menggambarkan garis waktu atau suatu peristiwa penting dalam subjek tertentu yang ditampilkan dalam urutan kronologis. Jurnal LINIMASA mengakomodir berbagai hasil pemikiran/penelitian komunikasi mulai dari masyarakat bermedia konvensional hingga masyarakat bermedia kontemporer seperti saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract Very tight competition requires business managers to create new models in managing the flow of products and information. Due to the smooth supply of raw materials PT. "XXX" Bandung can maximize the production process so that the volume of products sold can increase. In its implementation, supply chain management is strongly influenced by suppliers. With the existence of other companies that affect the production process, it is the obligation of PT. "XXX" Bandung to establish quality cooperation. Communication in business is seen as an important element for the success of cooperative relationships between companies because in reality it proves that cooperative relationships between companies always involve communication. Having different suppliers means that companies need to make adjustments in the field because each supplier certainly has different characteristics such as the way to communicate, the ability of the supplier itself, and the quality of the raw materials produced. The quality of good cooperation between the company and its suppliers will also have an impact on the production process that occurs in the company. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with 126 respondents as a sample of supplier companies in the city of Bandung. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method via google form and interview by telephone. Data processing is carried out using structural equation model analysis (SEM) with AMOS 20 software as a tool. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant effect of business communication, alliance strategy on supply chain management performance is a simultaneous influence. While the effect of business communication or alliance strategy on supply chain management performance is a partial influence and the occurrence of a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

The issue of the pandemic is indeed a concern for every line considering the impact it has had. The tourism sector is no exception, which turned out to be the most influential sector due to the pandemic. The bad and declining sector of the pandemic has an impact on the country's economy. This is especially true for Indonesia, which shows that the highest foreign exchange for the country is the tourism sector. Therefore, the ministry of tourism and creative economy created the #diindonesiaaja campaign as a step to control this economic flow. This study aims to see this campaign activity through Instagram by measuring its suitability based on the 7Cs PR Communications. They are concept, credibility, context, content, clarity, continuity and consistency, channel and capability of the audience. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This study uses information through social media Instagram with the hashtag #diindonesiaaja as the subject of research and measurement of the Public Relations work program, namely 7'Cs PR Communications as the object of research. The results of the study show that all the concepts of 7’Cs are well applied. Not only that, the response received by the target audience also shows that this campaign has been right on target. Tourists take trips that are only carried out in Indonesia and remain obedient to health protocols. The increasing number of audiences using #diindonesiaaja shows that this campaign is successful. So it can be concluded that the #diindonesiaaja campaign has become a program that is able to invite the target audience to travel so that the economic problems of the tourism sector begin to improve.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the public understands and interprets the application of a body positivity carried out by Tara Basro on March 3, 2020 which is uploaded to her Instagram account. The reason researchers took this topic was because of the controversy that arose first, government agencies labeled it inappropriate. This study used a qualitative approach with Stuart Hall's reception analysis method and data analysis techniques in the form of in-depth interviews. The differences in the background of the informants' religious and cultural norms affect their acceptance. The results of this study, the informants interpreted body positivity of the body carried out by Tara Basro through her Instagram upload in the form of self-appreciation and giving her followers an understanding that everything that is owned by the body must be accepted as it is with gratitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Show Director (Showdir) dalam proses produksi siaran langsung “Konser Raya 25 Tahun Indosiar Luar Biasa” pada tahun 2020. Hal ini disebabkan, karena secara umum produksi program televisi tidak melibatkan Show Director dalam proses produksi. Biasanya, cukup melibatkan Floor Director (FD). Namun dalam produksi konser tersebut, selain melibatkan Floor Director juga melibatkan Show Director. Juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi Show Director dalam konser tersebut. karena untuk menjadi seorang Show Director, harus orang yang memiliki mengetahuan teknis dan nonteknis serta pengalaman dalam produksi siaran televisi. Juga untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilakukannya selama proses produksi . Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada; (1) aspek teoritis; untuk menjadi bahan rujukan pada pengembangan ilmu komunikasi, pada bidang penyiaran, khususnya dalam proses produksi acara televisi regular maupun special program yang melibatkan Show Director dalam produksinya. (2) aspek praktis; hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pengetahuan bagi kerabat kerja produksi program televisi, agar dapat bekerja secara praktis, efisien, dan kreatif dalam usaha menghasil program yang bermanfaat untuk masyarakat, dan (3) aspek akademis; diharapkan dapat menambah aspek keilmuan dalam bidang penyiaran dan memberikan sumbangan pengetahuan kepada pengembangan ilmu terapan dalam kreativitas, manajemen, dan teknologi dalam produksi program televisi yang melibatkan banyak pengisi acara dan kru produksi pada program siaran pertunjukan variety show yang menghibur, megah dan spektakuler. Abstract

In political contestation, the perpetrators are plural in taking various ways so that their political goals can be practically achieved. One of them is the use of mass media as a mouthpiece in increasing self-electability and political vehicles. Media has a role as the fourth pillar of the state after the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial powers. Because of its vital role, the media and the people behind it are required to be able to convey honest and useful information to the wider community. The existence of media owners who are involved and involved in the world of practical politics makes a preliminary indication of the increasing interest of a particular group. Indonesia, which upholds the rule of law, has established regulations and self-regulation for cases like this. Meanwhile, in the regulation and self-regulation of the media, it has been stipulated that the media must be neutral and not take sides with any party and not benefit the interests of individuals or groups. The government has the right and obligation to take action against the products produced by the media if a violation is found. Because the channels used by the media, especially public frequencies, do not belong to the media, but must be used for the greatest prosperity of the people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the government's disaster mitigation communication in this case the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of west Java Province in the face of earthquakes caused by the Lembang fault. This research was conducted using qualitative research method. The research approach is a case study, using Haddow's theory of disaster communication strategy. As the subject of his research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Java Province (BPBD Jabar). This research data was obtained through in-depth interviews and Library studies. The results showed that disaster mitigation communication conducted by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Java Province (BPBD Jabar) has not been carried out to the maximum because it is not a top priority so it does not have a clear pattern in disaster mitigation communication, although it has held mitigation programs such as: 1. Socialization of disaster risk areas 2. Disaster response training 3. Installation of Road Maps and Evacuation Signs assisted by the community / disaster volunteers. 4. Create educational media for school children (video animation). 5. establish a disaster preparedness village. These programs have not been conducted intensively plus BPBD Jabar itself does not have a disaster mitigation communication team that focuses on providing understanding to the community regarding the risk of earthquake disasters due to the fault of lembang.

Abstract

Vocational High school is the institution that prepares students to work immediately after graduation. However, not all of vocational school graduates can immediately work, even many of them are unemployed as presented in the data of BPS 2020. The study is unique in that it endeavors to review communication strategies used to promote human resources rather than products like most other studies. The focus of this research is onn how to communication strategies used by Mitra Industri MM2100 VHS in his employment distribution campaign. In the study, the concept of the stage of communication strategy presented by Hafied Cangara and elaboration likelihood model according to Petty and Cacioppo. The study employed qualitative methods with descriptive as well as data analysis models Miles and Huberman. The results obtained in this study are communication strategies that are implemented by implementing communication strategies the stages of research, planning, execution, evaluation and reporting. Promotional activities also have contributing factors and inhibitors. As well as the elaborate route that is run by the promotional target is the central route.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan kondisi yang tidak diprediksi dan diinginkan oleh masyarakat dunia. Penanganan yang dilakukan untuk pandemi ini salah satunya dengan pemberian informasi dan komunikasi yang tepat. Namun, krisis komunikasi selama pandemi ini terjadi bukan hanya pada level negara saja tetapi juga dialami oleh organisasi internasional seperti WHO. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dinamika komunikasi kesehatan di masa pandemi dan pasca vaksin COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data yang berasal dari hasil kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Selanjutnya hasil kajian literature dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teori Krisis Komunikasi dan Teori Sistem. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Krisis komunikasi publik ini mempengaruhi pemahaman publik tentang COVID-19 sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya disiplin dan kesadaran untuk mematuhi himbauan dan kebijakan pemangku kepentingan baik pemerintah dan lembaga kesehatan dunia. Selain itu, dengan pesatnya teknologi pada dunia digital, media sosial bahkan merupakan salah satu intrumen yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemangku kepentingan untuk memberikan informasi terkait COVID-19 termasuk program vaksinasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the construction of romantic values ​​in song lyrics. The lyrics in the song must have the information that the composer and singer want to convey, then the information has the appropriate meaning between the song lyrics and reality. This study uses a qualitative method using the semiotic analysis method of Ferdinand de Saussure, the object is the song lyrics, and analyzed each stanza. In this analysis, the steps taken are (1) determining the symbols that represent the song lyrics of the research subject (2) writing down the indicators or physical form, namely the lyrics of the song Melukis Senja. Abstract

Housing and settlements have a very fundamental role in the life of the Indonesian people considering the problem that often occurs is the level of housing needs that is not balanced with the level of regional capacity in providing habitable housing. As a result, a residential area will receive a load that exceeds the carrying capacity of its environment and tends to become slum. The problem of settlements is a serious problem because it is feared that it will cause fatal pockets of poverty and then cause various social problems beyond the government's ability to handle and monitor them. The Tangerang Regency government tries to clean up uninhabitable houses through the GEBRAK PAKUMIS Program. The main focus of this program is to improve the water and sanitation sector with a focal point on improving the quality of houses because a poor sanitation system is a major factor in the formation of slum areas. This study aims to analyze and find theoretical answers to the principles of policy networks and obtain new concepts about policy networks. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. One of the problems that is the basis for the failure of this program is the long procedure. This is something that is feared by residents, because it is considered difficult to be realized. Based on the problems faced by residents as recipients of house renovation assistance, environmental development and community empowerment, the correct communication strategy is a solution to communicate the benefits of the program to the beneficiary residents. Therefore, the communication strategy solution offered in this study is as a stimulant for local government to provide populist socialization to residents in order to bring citizens to ease in taking procedures in this program.
