Jurnal ELTI (Elektronika, Listrik dan Teknologi Informasi Terapan) merupakan jurnal peer review yang difokuskan kepada tiga cakupan utama, yakni bidang Elektronika, Listrik dan Teknologi Informasi. Abstract

Sistem kontrol pompa pengisian air yang saat ini digunakan pada gedung Graha Dayaguna – PT. JIEP menggunakan konsep open loop tanpa adanya umpan balik dari sistem pengisian sehingga cenderung tidak efisien. Optimalisasi sistem perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan cara menambahkan komponen water level control dengan menggunakan 3 elektroda berfungsi sebagai sensor level yang diletakkan dalam bak penampungan air. Simulasi menggunakan software EKTS menunjukkan bahwa water level control dengan menggunakan elektroda dapat memonitor ketersediaan pasokan air. Implementasi dari penerapan water level control diyakini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi.

Abstract

Abstract— Nowaday, electricity is the main energy to our daily activity. Increasment of population amount became one of factor that effect to increase the electricity consumption. Increased need of electricity consumtion is need to analized to guarantee the electricity needs that support the economic growth. Analized of electricity needs can be analized from some sector, those are: household sector, industrial sector, business sector, and social sector. Electricity consumption in each sector is depend on income, amount of costumer, and the price of electricity that applied by PT PLN by each of sector. The research is descriptive form in econometrics analize at Jambi Province. The result of the analized by SPSS and excel, the increasment of electricity consumption, those are: household sector (23,89%), industrial sector (21,03%), business (18,29%), and social sector (7,06%) from 2020 till 2025 at Jambi Province. Keywords— Electricity Demand Prediction, Regretion, ANOVA. Abstrak— Pada saat ini energy listrik sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok dalam kehidupan. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk menjadi salah satu factor yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kebutuhan akan energy listrik. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini perlu dianalisis untuk menjamin kebutuhan akan tenaga listrik tersebut dapat terus terpenuhi untuk menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi. Analisis kebutuhan tenaga listrik dapat dianalisis dari beberapa sector, yaitu; sector rumah tangga, sector industry, sector bisnis dan sector social. Penggunaan energy listrik pada masing-masing sector bergantung pada pendapatan, jumlah pelanggan dan harga listrik yang diterapkan PLN pada masing-masing sector. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan analisis ekonometri, yang berlokasi di Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS dan bantuan excel, didapatkan peningkatan konsumsi energy listrik rumah tangga (23,89%); industri (21,03%); bisnis (18,29%); dan sosial (7,06%). Dengan demikian maka dapat terlihat peningkatan kebutuhan energi terbesar terjadi pada sector rumah tangga. Kata kunci— Prediksi Kebutuhan Energi, Regresi, ANOVA.

Abstract

Kualitas tenaga listrik dalam suatu sistem rangkaian listrik sangat diperlukan. Kualitas suplai listrik yang buruk dapat menyebabkan gangguan dan bahkan merusak system peralatan atau rangkaian listrik. Salah satu bentuk gangguan tersebut adalah terjadinya under/over voltage. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu alat proteksi yang dapat mendeteksi adanya ganggguan under/over voltage serta mengamankan peralatan listrik. Under/over voltage relay berbasis mikrokontroler ATmega 328 dirancang untuk mendeteksi adanya gangguan under/over voltage pada tegangan satu fasa 220 V 50 Hz. Batas tegangan untuk ganguan under voltage yaitu -5% dari tegangan normal 220 V, sedangkan gangguan over voltage yaitu +5% dari tegangan normal. Dan setting delay untuk under/over voltage adalah 5 detik. Output dari relay dihubungkan pada kontaktor, kontaktor akan memutuskan aliran listrik apabila terjadi gangguan under/over voltage. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, relay under/over voltage berbasis mikrokontroler ATmega 328 yang dirancang dapat bekerja dengan baik. Relay dapat mendeteksi gangguan under voltage -5% dan gangguan over voltage +5% dari tegangan nominal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menawarkan pemanfaatan sumber daya energi yang tidak akan pernah habis (terbarukan), tetapi untuk membangun sistem pembangkit pv itu membutuhakan biaya yang cukup besar sehingga perlukan analisis terkait dengan dampak tekno-ekonomi terhadap keberdaaan pembangkit pv. Penelitian berkaitan dengan analisis tekno-ekonomi sistem pembangkit pv pada gedung politeknik jambi (poljam), tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang system pembangkit pv sekaligus menganalisa dampak tekno-ekonomi sesuai dengan kebutuhan energi listrik sebesar 66 kwh (PLN) dengan pemakaian rata rata 6 kw/jam yang diperlukan pada gedung politeknik jambi dengan pembayaran bulanan mencapai +- rp. 7.000.000. Per bulannya, analisis tekno-ekonomi dilakukan menggunakan software retscreen untuk mengetahui kebutuhan biaya dan jangka waktu Return Of Investment (ROI) berkaitan dengan pembangunan pembangkit pv pada gedung politeknik jambi.

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing fast, which allows users to receive information quickly. Users needs is different,, such as communication, education, business, entertainment, economy, health and others. One example of its users in the health sector is the medical records information system. Medical record is a collection of facts or evidence of a patient's condition, past and present medical history and treatment written by the health professionals that provides patient care. The objective to be achieved in this research is to make a medical record application of patients at Puskesmas Talang Tinggi using programming language Visual Basic 6.0 The research method used in this research is from conventional system to computerized system with the stages is old system analysis, new system analysis, system design, system implementation and system test. The software used in making this application is visual basic and using microsoft access database. The results of the report in the show using crystal report.

Abstract

Trends in drug abuse have occurred since 2014 such as ATS abuse or chemicals such as over-the-counter PCC. People no longer follow the rules of using drugs according to applicable regulations, but many who buy and consume drugs without a doctor's prescription. These behaviors and actions can endanger health, so people need to know the use of drugs to be more safe for consumption, one of them by paying attention to the type of logo on the drug packaging. To make it easier to find out the name of the logo type on drug packaging, it is necessary to develop an application using digital image processing. The study began with taking a drug pattern image using a smartphone camera and the results were carried out cropping the logo image in detail. Furthermore, cropping (RGB) images are converted into binary images and grayscale images to be performed a feature extraction process that is metric, eccentricity, and GLCM. The results of testing the test image data, a percentage of 91.5% with an accuracy rate of 100% types of over-the-counter drugs, hard drugs, and narcotics, while over-the-counter drug images are limited to 66%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to monitor household electricity consumption based on Arduino, Esp and Android, which can be monitored through smartphones so that there is no soaring costs when paying electricity every month. The test sample is the use of 5 watts of light and solder simultaneously, to see the number of watts used and expenditure at the time of use with a monitoring system on smartphones which is equipped with applications connected via the Arduino system using the ESP8266 module as data sender so that we can monitor via a smartphone and this tool is equipped with an LCD on the display so that we can monitor in two views.

Abstract

At present a lot off  snack is produced by small industries that use oil-based ingredients for frying, fried snacks have a limitation of less consumption age because there is oil content in it Therefore an oil draining machine is made which functions to drain the oil but can be operated using a smartphone device. This drain machine is equipped with the MCU ESP32 node which is connected to firebase via the internet. The software used to design this is Android Studio.The results of this system are as planned. This is evidenced by the data displayed on Firebase same as  Android applications. There are 2 modes, namely automatic and manual modes that can be selected by the user to operate this spinner.

Abstract

identification or classification using image processing and computer vision requires pattern recognition from the training dataset. The process of image processing and pattern recognition becomes a highly developed research study. Starting from the process of recognizing an object, or classification of objects and about detecting the level of fruit maturity. This research will classify the level of maturity of mangoes with HSV images. Where the RGB input image is converted to HSV. Then the average values of HSV intensity, skewness, and kurtosis are taken. The process of classification comes into 4 classes: raw, fairly ripe, ripe and very ripe. With the KNN classification method, and the dataset used 129 training data, and 40 testing data. The highest accuracy value at k = 2 is 80%. The tool used to develop the system is matlab.

Abstract

The function of the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Electrical Engineering Laboratory is not only as a place for practicum of electrical engineering courses, but also as a place to research for students and lecturers. This study aims to design and build applications to control practicum activities in the Electrical Engineering Laboratory. This application program is made by utilizing client server technology, where the client is the computer used for the practicum, while the server is a computer that is used specifically to manage the client. For client and server interfaces using the Borland Delphi 7 desktop program. The results of the research that have been carried out are the Management System of the Electrical Engineering Laboratory in the form of a Laboratory Management Application.
