Abstract

There are various characters of customers. There are customers with annoying character and also arrogant, that condition happens in Selendang Fajar Ciawi Tasikmalaya Store, a textile product distributor in Ciawi Tasikmalaya. Method that being used in this article is pra survey supported by in depth literature review. On Business world, producers/distributors can not avoid the existence of Jay Customer, such as: customers who stealing/shoplifting, breaking rules; expressing anger, emotional, threatening or demeaning; arguing with employee of the store; ruining facilities and infrastructure; refusing to pay products/services that they bought. Jay Customer can be “Profitable Customer” if employee can handle their behavior, where those abilities can be given by the company to its employee within: give briefing or training of how to behave to customers of company. Textile distributor, Selendang Fajar Store in Ciawi Tasikmalaya has been able to handle its Jay Customer to become profitable customer to its company. On islamic perception, behavior of Jay Customer in Textile distributor, Selendang Fajar Store in Ciawi Tasikmalaya is not in accordance with islamic values. While their effort on facing Jay Customer is suitable with adabiyah islamic value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the payroll system on employee productivity at PT Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Bandung. The method used in this research is to collect quantitative data through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. While to know the data is to test the validity, reliability test spearman rank correlation coefficient, coefficient determination test, regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of internal control system of the variable relationship payroll on employee productivity, including the relationship between variables, but low-level connection. From the calculation results show that employee productivity is influenced by the internal control system of payroll by 13.7% while the remaining 86.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as communication, working motivation, leadership, and working  envirinment are suspected that effect employee productivity in addition to the internal control system of payroll under study. Based on the hypothesis test showed that the internal control system of payroll has a significant and positive effect on employee productivity in P.T. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Bandung.

Abstract

The economic crisis that hit Indonesia at this time, one of them caused by the weakening of the Rupiah against the United States dollar (US). The situation is affecting all aspects of the economy. There were changes in profit declined due to high operating costs, minimum capital adequacy, and the level of leverage that can not be predicted. This led banks became less competitive in the era of the Asean Economic Community.The purpose of this study was to determine effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Profit Changes in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Tbk. period of 2010-2014. This type of research is quantitatively using simple linear regression analysis techniques with normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The method used is descriptive and verification, with data technique accumulation by documentary study and literature study. The data obtained are secondary data derived from the financial statements PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Tbk. period of 2010-2014. The results of this study indicate that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect to Profit Changes.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the drivers of the world economy that proved able to contribute to the prosperity of a country. Tourism development is able to stimulate business activities resulting in significant benefits for a country. With the existence of regional autonomy demands regional independence in managing its own regional assets, one of which is the tourism sector. Each region in Indonesia has different characteristics in terms of demographic, geographical and cultural, it becomes the potential of the tourism sector of each region. So that each region will compete to get income to improve the welfare of each region and move the wheels of the economy. For that needed a market strategy to increase the number of tourist visits to the tourist object in the destination area. One of the market strategies as a product or service marketing strategy is STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning). Objects studied is the performance of market strategies and marketing mix on the tourist attraction in Kabupaten Kuningan. This research was conducted with a research design to obtain a description of the performance of market strategy and marketing mix of the decision to visit the tourist attraction in Kabupaten Kuningan. Research method used in this research is explanatory survey method, that is research method done by explaining the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. Surveys were conducted by taking samples from one population and using questionnaires as data gathering tools. The results of the study showed that market strategy performance had significant relationship with marketing mix with strong moderate relationship. The result of research shows that the performance of market strategy has a significant effect on the decision to visit tourist object in Kabupaten Kuningan   with total influence of 31,4%, consist of direct influence equal to 20,6% and indirect influence equal to 10,8%. The results showed that the marketing mix significantly influenced the decision to visit the tourist attraction in Kabupaten Kuningan with a total influence of 34.8%, consisting of a direct influence of 24.0% and indirect influence of 10.8%. The results showed that the performance of market strategy and marketing mix together significantly influence the decision to visit the tourist attraction in Kabupaten Kuningan with a total influence of 66.3%, while the remaining 33.7% is the influence of other variables that are not observed in this research.

Abstract

The government of west java seeks to increase production of freshwater fish to persue food self sufficiency. The needs of the community are very high. Fresh fish and sea fish have enormous potential but fish production has not been able to meet the demand. This research conducted of farmers of fresh water fish in Bandung Barat district. The weakness of the fishery sector particularly at Bandung Barat district mainly lies in the aspect of competence of human resources concerned commitment, managerial competence (financial competence, human resource competence, quality management competence, readiness of raw materials management, strategic management competencies), technical ability (mastery of technical aspects of production, mastery of technical aspects of product design, marketing management). This weakness impact on the low performance of farmers. Inefficient production results in low productivity. Directional coaching is required and continuous from the government and order parties in order to improve the performance of farmers so it can meet the demand of fish especially in western java.

Abstract

Human resource  is a collection of human labor that exist in a company and become an asset to the company to be managed and developed. One form of employee development is through career development programs. Human resources have an important role for helping the company's performance goals and  important for companies to foster a sense of employee loyalty to the company.The objective of this research is to determine how much the impat of career development programs on employee loyalty at PT.ABC .The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods, the study population was all employees at PT.ABC. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using probability sampling technique by means of random sampling. The analysis includes: validity, reliability, statistical analysis, descriptive, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that career development programs by PT.ABC are in the very good category (84.43%) and employee loyalty at PT.ABC be in either category (81.18%). Influence Career Development (X) on Employee Loyalty (Y) was 43.7% and the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Financial inclusive is a part of three strategies to achieve economy welfare through poverty alleviation, two others strategies are social inclusion and economic inclusion. So far there are only two alternatives of  financial services for Indonesian far corners area, they are financial service through cooperative and loan sharks. Those condition causing unabsorbed society fund potential by Bank. At the end of march 2015, Financial Service Authority (OJK) inaugurate financial service innovation such as “Laku Pandai” Program as Banking solution to absorp society fund potential . BRILink as “Laku Pandai” Program, were introduced in 2013 and together with OJK as policy maker of financial inclusive program. This research will determine innovation characteristics at the user of BRILink services based on five innovation characteristics, they are: Relative advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability, Observability.
