Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation and work enthusiasm on the performance of employees of PT. Hijab Alila Indonesia. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Hijab Alila Indonesia, amounting to 40 respondents. The data obtained is then processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique tool with the smartPLS 3.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between financial compensation on morale. This is indicated by tcount > ttable (3.889 > 1.96); (2) There is a positive and significant effect between non-financial compensation on morale. This is indicated by tcount > ttable (2.559 > 1.96); (3) There is a positive and significant effect between work morale on employee performance. This is indicated by tcount > ttable (2.658 > 1.96); (4) There is no significant effect between financial compensation on employee performance. This is indicated by tcount < t table (1,234 < 1.96); (5) There is no significant influence between non-financial compensation on performance. This is indicated by tcount < t table (0.052 < 1.96); (6) There is a positive and significant effect between financial compensation on employee performance through work morale. This is indicated by tcount > t table (2,310 > 1.96); (7) There is no significant effect between non-financial compensation to employee performance through work morale. This was indicated by tcount < t table (1,710 < 1.96).

Abstract

The research aims to effect of leadership and job environment toward employee performance and compensation as an variable intervening at PT Cemindo Gemilang. The numbers of samples are 63 respondents. The validity test of sample with loading factor test and the average variance extracted (AVE) value, while the reliability used cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability test based and the value. The loading factor test and the value of the average variance extracted (AVE) showed valid values. The internal consistency test had composite reliability value which meet the criteria. Based and rhe test result, all indicator variable statements have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The hypothesis test with SmartPLS 3.0 show leadership had not significant towards employee performance, job environment had positif effect and significant towards employee performance, compensation had not significant towards employee performance, leadership had not significant towards compensation, job environment had positif effect and significant towards compensation, performance leadership had not significant towards employee performance through compensation, and job environment had not significant towards employee performance through compensation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, motivation and career development on employee performance. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed from respondents who are employees of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University. The questionnaires distributed were 60 questionnaires and filled out well by the respondents who were processed using the statistical software SPSS 21.0 for Windows to test the validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test to determine the effect of each variable. It is concluded that together the work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and career development (X3) affect employee performance (Y). The correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.910, which means that the variables of work environment, motivation, and career development have a very strong relationship with employee performance variables. The value of the coefficient of determination adjusted R square is 0.819 or 81.9%. This shows that the contribution of the independent variables (work environment, motivation and career development) to the dependent variable (employee performance) is 81.9%. While the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables that are not disclosed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibility and patient satisfaction. The research method uses a field survey. Based on the results of research and discussion previously stated, the following conclusions are obtained: Partial test results for reliability variables with a statistical value tcount> ttable (4.880 > 1.986) with a value (sig) 0,000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is Significant influence between reliability variables on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the variable responsiveness with statistic value tcount> ttable (-1.751 <1.986) with a value (sig) 0.083 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is no significant effect between the responsiveness variable on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the guarantee variable with a statistic value of t> t table (1.650 < 1.986) with a value (sig) 0.102 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is no significant effect between the guarantee variables on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the empathy variable with a statistic value of tcount> ttable (0.661 <1.986) with a value (sig) 0.510 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning there is no significant influence between the empathy variable on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for tangible variables with a statistic value of tcount> ttable (1.477 < 1.986) with a value (sig) of 0.143 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning there is no significant effect between tangible variables on patient satisfaction. Simultaneous test results with the value of Fcount> Ftable or 68.279 > 2.31 and the significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant effect simultaneously (together) of the variables reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility of patient satisfaction. The magnitude of the correlation value (R) of 0.885 which means that there is a correlation or a strong relationship between reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), Empathy (X4) and tangible (X5) on patient satisfaction. The amount of Adjusted R Square (AdjR2) is 0.773 or 77.3% which means that the independent variables can explain the change in the dependent variable by 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand ambassadors, cashbacks and discounts on consumer impulse buying on the online Shopee. The research method used is a qualitative method that is quantified. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with incidental sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 97 respondents from an infinite population. Partially, the t-test results show that brand ambassadors and cashbacks have no significant effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, price discounts have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the F test state that brand ambassadors, cashbacks and discounts simultaneously have a significant effect on impulse buying. This study obtained an R value of 0.422. This states that the relationship between the independent variables (brand ambassadors, cashbacks and discounts) to the dependent variable (impulse buying) has a moderate correlation. Value Adjusted R Square is 0.152. This means that brand ambassadors, cashbacks and price discounts contribute 15.2% to the impulsive buying variable. While the remaining 84.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and job culture on performance lecturer remains on Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti. This research aims to know the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and job culture on performance lecturer anyway. The research of using primary data obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed from the respondent who is a Professor of structural/functional non permanent Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Trisakti. The questionnaires are distributed 75 questionnaires using the sample slovin formula be 63 used and well stocked by the respondents which processed using SPSS statistics software assistance 22.0 for Windows to be tested the validity, reliability, heteroskedastisitas, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and a test of the determination of the coefficient to determine the influence of each variable.

Abstract

This study aims to test cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory of return on assets at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of financial statements of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2008-2015. Analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS windows 23.0. Based on the results of the research partially, the variable cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory have a significant influence on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk because it has tcount<ttable. Based on the results of the F test analysis, it is known that all independent variables (cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory) have a simultaneous or joint effect on return on assets so that the decisions taken are Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The calculation of the Determination Coefficient (R2), can be concluded that the independent variables in this study have an Adjusted R Square value of 0.702 or 70.2%, this indicates that the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables, namely cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory can contributing influence of 70.2% on the dependent variable, namely Return On Assets (ROA). While the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
