Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan gaji, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap intensitas karyawan keluar pada Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham, Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Dari hasil analisis statistik yang dilakukan terbukti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan, kepuasan gaji, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap intensitas karyawan keluar. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisa regresi secara simultan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 7,033 + (-0,470)X1 + (-0,061)X2 + (-0,007)X3 + (-0,410)X4. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesa diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 30,804 > Ftabel 2,38. Dengan perbandingan nilai Fhitung yang lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan, kepuasan gaji, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional secara bersama-sama terhadap intensitas karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dandisiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja sebagi variabel intervening. Sampelyang didapat adalah sebanyak 96 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerjatidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, dandisiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of discipline, jobmotivation, compensation and employee performance. Test results partially for disciplinaryvariables with a statistic value of tcount> t table (4.258> 1.985) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected means there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employeeperformance. Partial test results for job motivation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table(1.207 <1,985) and a probability value of 0.207 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted means that there is nosignificant effect of work motivation variables on employee performance. Partial test results forcompensation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table (3.613 > 1.985) and a probabilityvalue of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means that there is a significant effect of the compensationvariable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of Fcount > Ftable(30.234> 2.70), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significantsimultaneous influence (together) of the variables of discipline, work motivation, and compensationtogether towards variable employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of welfare, job environment, and provision of incentives on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. Casual research methods. The sample in this study was PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Indah, South Jakarta with 60 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used id quantitative using SPSS versions 23. The results of this study partially indicate that welfare has a signidicant effect on job satisfaction, the job environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the provision of incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction. While simultaneously welfare, job environment and the provision of incentives together have significant and positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibility and patient satisfaction. The research method uses a field survey. Based on the results of research and discussion previously stated, the following conclusions are obtained: Partial test results for reliability variables with a statistical value tcount> ttable (4.880 > 1.986) with a value (sig) 0,000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is Significant influence between reliability variables on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the variable responsiveness with statistic value tcount> ttable (-1.751 <1.986) with a value (sig) 0.083 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is no significant effect between the responsiveness variable on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the guarantee variable with a statistic value of t> t table (1.650 < 1.986) with a value (sig) 0.102 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is no significant effect between the guarantee variables on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for the empathy variable with a statistic value of tcount> ttable (0.661 <1.986) with a value (sig) 0.510 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning there is no significant influence between the empathy variable on patient satisfaction. Partial test results for tangible variables with a statistic value of tcount> ttable (1.477 < 1.986) with a value (sig) of 0.143 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted meaning there is no significant effect between tangible variables on patient satisfaction. Simultaneous test results with the value of Fcount> Ftable or 68.279 > 2.31 and the significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant effect simultaneously (together) of the variables reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility of patient satisfaction. The magnitude of the correlation value (R) of 0.885 which means that there is a correlation or a strong relationship between reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), Empathy (X4) and tangible (X5) on patient satisfaction. The amount of Adjusted R Square (AdjR2) is 0.773 or 77.3% which means that the independent variables can explain the change in the dependent variable by 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions in consumers of DAMAR textile stores. This study used a sample of 80 DAMAR store consumers who had made at least 2 purchases at DAMAR textile stores. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative quantitatively. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using IBM SPSS Statistical 25 Software. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the variables of product quality, price, promotion of DAMAR textile stores simultaneously and significantly positive on textile purchasing decisions, this can be proven by the calculated value of 56,080 > 2.72 Ftabel and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 (α = 5%). Based on the results of the product quality variable t test and promotion with a significant positive impact on the textile purchase decision at the DAMAR store, this can be proven by the variable value of the calculated product quality of 4,030 > 1,991 ttabel with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the promotion variable of 4.965 > 1.991 ttabel 0.000 < 0.05. While the price variable has no significant effect on textile purchasing decisions, this can be proven by a calculated value of 0.769 < 1.991 ttabel 0.444 > 0.05 The result of the correlation of R of 0.830 means that there is a strong relationship between product quality, price, promotion to textile purchasing decisions in DAMAR stores, and for the Adjusted R Square determination correlation value of 0.677 or 67.7% means that the Independent variable together affects the bound variable by 67.7% and the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
