Abstract

This study aims to find out how the teacher's pedagogic competence relates to the biology learning outcomes of class X SMAN 3 Tualang. This study is a particular kind of descriptive research, and the correlational method was employed. The study's sampling strategy included a saturated sampling technique. The correlation coefficient (rcount) for the data analysis, which has a significant level of 5%, is 0.69, placing the correlation in the low group. As a result of evaluating the obtained hypothesis, tcount (9.78) > ttable (1.97). This indicates that while Ho is accepted, Ha is not. then, based on the analysis's findings, the coefficient of determination is reached by 42%, whilst 58% are influenced by other variables or factors that affect student learning outcomes. This indicates that the pedagogic competency variable (X) contributes positively to the learning outcomes (Y) attained by students. The results of this study indicate that "There is a relationship between pedagogical competency and Biology learning outcomes in class X SMAN 3 Tualang, Siak Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year with a high category of 0.65"

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the factors that become internal strengths and weaknesses, factors that become external opportunities and threats, and determine the right marketing strategy to be applied to G Vape Jember. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The number of respondents is 25 people, the determination of respondents in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses triangulation by examining the use of sources. The results of the study show that: 1) the internal strengths and weaknesses of G Vape Jember are G Vape's strategic location, quality products sold, friendly store service, affordable prices offered to consumers, availability of member cards to get free liquid products if the purchase is 10 times. While the weaknesses of G Vape are: incomplete product variations, lack of security, lack of employees. 2) factors that become external opportunities and threats to G Vape Jember, namely the Vape Trend which is growing, Improving people's consumptive lifestyle, Technology is increasingly sophisticated. While the threats to G Vape are: More and more similar vape shops, Competitor products have competitive prices. 3) The right strategy to apply G Vape Jember in marketing its products based on SWOT analysis theory. are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper

Abstract

The background for the implementation of this research is the existence of disciplinary character education for students through habituation activities at school so that by instilling disciplinary character education it can discipline students more, both at school, at home, and in society. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of disciplinary character education through habituation in elementary school students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Ngringin Moyudan, Sleman. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and students. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used as data in this study. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses a triangulation technique. The results showed that in instilling disciplined character education through habituation at Ngringin Public Elementary School, namely 1) creating a character education program; 2) making school rules and class agreements; 3) making a liaison book for monitoring student disciplinary behavior at home; 4) providing moral messages on the walls of schools and classrooms; 5) involving parents/guardians of students in disciplinary character education; and 6) involving school committees in disciplinary character education.

Abstract

This development research uses the ADDIE development model which has three stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets and validated lecturer and student response questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets and questionnaires. The validation results by material experts show that the learning media developed get an average percentage of 89.82% (very valid). The validation results by learning media experts show that the learning media developed has an average percentage of 82.49% (quite valid). The developed teaching materials received good responses from lecturers with an average percentage of 91.31% (very good). So that from the overall assessment the average percentage of all validators is 88.85% with a very valid validity level and it can be stated that the teaching materials using the developed tissue culture module are very valid for use in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation. By using the student facilitator and explaining learning model in grade IV Paringgonan. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 0614 Paringgonan. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 0614 Paringgonan with a total of 20 students. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation and questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Student learning motivation in science subjects using the student facilitator and explaining learning model shows an increase. In the pre-cycle the percentage of student motivation is still in the less category (57%). In the first cycle, it has increased, so it rises to the sufficient category (74%). With the final result of students' science learning motivation in the very good category (89%). So it can be proven that the student facilitator and explaining learning model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in grade IV Paringgonan

Abstract

Teachers at SMPN 3 Bonjol in carrying out practicum activities have not used practicum guidelines. Practicum activities carried out by teachers so far tend to only provide instructions. This is because the school does not yet have a practicum guidebook. Difficulties are also faced by students, because students do not know what practicum activities will be carried out and cause a lack of student preparation in doing practicum. This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective practicum guide based on Collaborative Teamwork Learning for grade VII students at SMPN 3 Bonjol. Type of Development Research (Develpomental research), The data collection techniques used are validation sheet questionnaires, practicality sheet questionnaires, affective assessment rubrics, psychomotor assessment rubrics. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Validity and practicality questionnaires are made according to Likert scales. For effectiveness is seen through learning outcomes. The overall validity test results obtained a percentage value of 85.20% with valid criteria. The results of the overall practical alias teacher test were obtained with a percentage value of 90.86% with very practical criteria. The overall student practicality test results were obtained with a percentage value of 92.65 with very practical criteria. Test the effectiveness of using the Collaborative Teamwork Learning-based science practicum guide obtained through student activities, motivation, and student learning outcomes has been produced by a science practicum guide based on Collaborative Teamwork Learning which is effectively used to improve students' understanding of concepts and science process skills..

Abstract

The tradition of giving help to anyone has become a human habit throughout the world, it can make an extraordinary contribution to human social life, if you pay close attention there are always means to share, giving help can be done anywhere, whether in shopping areas, on the street, places of worship and media specifically aimed at victims of natural disasters, accidents, disease attacks and so on. Many social organizations are established for human welfare. Based on this phenomenon, it reflects the absence of economic concern (caring economics) in people's lives, so it is felt that there is a need for a paradigm shift from homo economicus to caring human being. Which is a human image based on a holistic approach, which recognizes the mutual need and reciprocity of various groups (Osch, 2013). This thinking can be a container for aspects of a person's behavior based on justice and altruistic values In the education curriculum in Indonesia, lecture materials related to economics in study programs have been given but are not linked to caring economics insights. So far economic learning has relatively been able to increase students' understanding of economic materials, but various facts show that teenagers (including students) face problems related to rationality in their economic behavior and lack concern for other people, the environment, and even towards herself. It is suspected that this happened partly because the content of economics lessons is still more inclined towards neo-liberalism so as to produce an understanding of how human beings do economics in their position as homo economicus. Thus economic learning needs to be directed at learning that leads to concern for fellow human beings and the environment (caring economics). This research is intended to develop caring economics learning designs for students in tertiary institutions.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to develop the meaning of economic education in children's economic behavior which is framed by cultural values so that when they grow up and become heads of families, they will have an effective and efficient economy. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this research were farming families in Rilau Ale District. The results of this research show that the economic education process for farming families in the Rilau Ale sub-district has formed children's economic behavior that reflects values and examples, including responsibility, trustworthiness, honesty, discipline and sincerity, as well as being diligent. Where these exemplary values are also found in the cultural values of the Bugis tribe which are very influential on siri culture, where the essence of siri', which is the value aspect of panngaderreng, is a form of culture that elevates human self-esteem and dignity in the social environment

Abstract

Education is a very important thing in human life. Without education, a human being will find it difficult to adapt his life to the individual, group of individuals and his environment. Education teaches us to become individuals with character according to our potential. Education is not just about providing knowledge and making someone smarter, but it will also build character in applying the right things in our lives. Apart from that, education also functions as our investment to achieve success in the future. The aim of this research is to find out how the problems of learning Social Sciences (IPS) occur at SMP Negeri 23 Ambon. The aim of this research is to find out 1) What problems occur during the social studies learning process in the classroom. 2) Why do problems occur when social studies learning takes place? 3) How do teachers and students overcome problems that occur when learning social studies in class. The data collection technique used in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by collecting data from teachers and students using interview, observation and documentation techniques. From the results of this research it is concluded: 1) Teachers still use the lecture learning method. 2) Lack of learning media used by teachers during social studies teaching and learning activities in class. 3) Class unconduciveness hinders teaching and learning activities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of powtoon animation media in the STAD type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X MIA students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung. This research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental) starting on May 16 2023 to May 26 2023, with a nonequivalent control group design using a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted for five meetings. The population in this study were all students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Tapung. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using test and documentation techniques. As for the instrument for collecting data on learning outcomes through pretest and posttest which will be processed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. After processing the data, the results of this study with descriptive analysis and inferential analysis showed that there was an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the experimental class. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X MIA students of SMA Negeri 1 Tapung.
