Abstract

Satisfaction is an important thing in improving services to the patients. The patient will feel satisfied if the service is acceptable according to the standard or in excess of that expected. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence communication of health workers to the satisfaction of outpatients. This type of research was a quantitative with cross sectional design. Research carried out in the Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah in Tanjung Morawa. The study population of 130 people, and a sample of 98 respondents. A sampling technique that is purpose sampling. Data analysis for univariate, bivariate using simple linear regression at 95% confidence level. The results showed that the communication of health worker was, and outpatients feel satisfied but the service of the hospital was still far from the minimum service standards of the hospital. Communication health workers affect patient satisfaction in the outpatient Pratama Clinical of Siti Rahmah with medium strength and the direction is positive, which means if communication health workers increases, the satisfaction of outpatients also increased. Conclusion this study that the better the communication of health workers on an outpatient basis it will further improve patient satisfaction with outpatient care. The Clinic need to create a questionnaire, the level of satisfaction of patients and evaluated routinely to find out the extent of the level of satisfaction felt by the patient after getting the service.

Abstract

RSUD DR Pirngadi Medan has a large number of cases of non-pneumonia ARI in Medan city and found some irrational drug prescriptions by doctors. This study aims to analyze drugs by doctors in prescribing rational drug use in cases of ARI Non Pneumonia. This research is quantitative. The study took place from July-August 2020. The research population consisted of all general practitioners, pulmonary specialists, pediatricians and internal medicine specialists totaling 79 people. The survey data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test and linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on correct diagnosis (p = 0.000), there was a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on appropriate indications (p = 0.000), there was a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on the exact type of drug (p = 0.000) , there is a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on the right dose (p = 0.000), there is a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on the correct assessment of the patient's condition (p = 0.000), there is a relationship between prescribing drugs by doctors based on accurate information (p = 0.000), there is a relationship prescribing drugs by doctors based on appropriate follow-up with rational drug use (p=0.000). The conclusion in this study is that all variables in this study are related to rational drug use in cases of ARI Non Pneumonia and the most dominant variable is the correct information variable. Research suggestions are to make improvements to patient records so that patient profiles are easier to see and therapeutic decisions are easier and more accurate

Abstract

Hepatitis B vaccine is mandatory for every child. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors caused the low coverage of hepatitis B immunization in the working area of ​​the Hutaimbaru Public Health, North Padang Lawas Regency. The design of this study used an analytic survey with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were mothers who had children under five in the working area of ​​the Hutaimbaru Public Health, North Padang Lawas Regency, namely 50 mothers who had toddlers who were obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistics and logistic regression. The results showed that there were influences of knowledge, culture, ease of access, husband's support, equipment and health promotion, religious leaders, health workers and the low coverage of Hepatitis B immunization in the Hutaimbaru Health Center, Padang Lawas Utara Regency. The variable that is most associated with the low coverage of Hepatitis B immunization in the Hutaimbaru Public Health, North Padang Lawas Regency is the support variable of religious leaders. The suggestion in this research is that it needs research on local people's perceptions about certain immunizations or vaccines. Identification of local issues and key influencers is important to increase confidence in the immunization program.

Abstract

The amount of risk from various potential hazards in the hospital so that efforts are needed to control and minimize the occurrence of work accidents, one of which is by implementing SMK3. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence nurses on the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system at Langsa City Hospital. The research design used an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was 82 people used was simple random sampling. Data collection methods are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. The research data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate using logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an effect of knowledge on the application of SMK3 (p = 0.002), there was an effect of attitude on the application of SMK3 (p = 0.010), there was an effect of action on the application of SMK3 (p = 0.005), there was an effect of perception on the application of SMK3 (p = 0.028) ), there is an effect of infrastructure on the implementation of SMK3 (p = 0.000), there is an effect of leadership support on the implementation of SMK3 (p = 0.021) and the most dominant variable is the action variable. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, actions, perceptions, infrastructure and leadership support on the implementation of SMK3 at Langsa Hospital. The suggestion in this research is that the hospital can adopt rifaskes innovation that can help the best health services for nurses.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis’s an inflammation of the lung parenchrose caused caused by bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary mycosis’s a disease that’s often undiagnosed because the typical clinical symptom for this disease’re unknown. A person with pulmonary mycosis will show non-specific symptom of chronic cough which is often regarded as a symptom of pulmonary tuberculosis. The study aims to identify Aspergillus sp in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in H. Adam Malik Central Public Hospital Medan. Tye type of research used’s descriptive research that will describe about Aspergillus sp in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in H. Adam Malik Central Public Hospital Medan. The population was all patients of Tuberculosis Lung at H. Adam Malik Central Public Hospital. The results of this study from 5 sampel show that sampel number 1 found a Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus niger, sampel number 4 found a Aspergillus flavus, sampels number 2,3 and 5 found a Candida albicans. Based on the results of the study can be conclude that the factors that cause the growth of fungus is from the provision of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs in a long time that only suppress the bacteria from Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a problem for public health, so efforts to prevent risk factors are needed. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in visiting the community to an integrated non-communicable disease guidance post at the UPTD Puskesmas Lahusa, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. This study used a cross sectional study design. The research took place from June to July 2020 with a total sample of 95 people who were obtained using purposive sampling. Survey data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of education on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of distance on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of work on the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there was an effect of income on the interest in visiting to Posbindu PTM, there is an effect of family support on interest in visiting Posbindu PTM, there is an effect of support from health workers on interest in visiting Posbindu PTM at UPTD Puskesmas Lahusa, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. The variable that most influences the interest in visiting Posbindu PTM at the UPTD Lahusa Puskesmas, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency is family support. Suggestions in this study are for the public to increase their knowledge by actively participating in Posbindu PTM to prevent non-communicable diseases. Abstract

Occupational health is a part of public health or public health applications in a working society and community in the workplace environment, which aims to improve work productivity and the highest degree of health. Low back pain or Low Back Pain is pain that is felt in the lower back region, between the corners of the lowest ribs to the sacrum. The working conditions of shrimp fishermen in Belawan Sicanang Medan Belawan who can cause lower back pain are the focus of this study. This research use cross sectional method and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) for ergonomic assessment process. The results of this study indicate a relationship to three aspects in Shrimp Fishermen workers namely age, work attitude, and years of work. Meanwhile there are two variables that have no relationship with lower back pain, namely Body Mass Index (BMI) and smoking habits.

Abstract

Indonesian people at this time need quality health services that can be seen based on the level of patient satisfaction in Indonesia that shows the patient's satisfaction rate of 42.8%. In Sei Agul Puskesmas there are outpatient who expressed dissatisfaction as much as 49 people (51.6%). This research aims to determine the relationship quality of healthcare professionals with the satisfaction of a general Poly chamber patient in the health center of Sei Agul. The type of research used in this study is an analytical survey using the Cross-Sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 95 outpatient. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data retrieval using questionnaire measuring instrument. Analysis of data conducted in the analysis of Univariate and bivariate (test Chi- Square) with a degree of significance p Value = 0.05. The results showed that the reliability with the value p value = 0.006 (P Value < 0.05), responsiveness with the value p value = 0.002 (p value < 0.05), the guarantee with the value P value = 0.003 (P Value < 0.05), empathy with the value p value = 0.386 (p value > 0.05), and physical evidence with the value p value = 0.019 (p Value < 0,05). The conclusion of this research is there is a relationship of reliability with patient satisfaction, there is a response of responsiveness to patient satisfaction, there is a guarantee relationship with patient satisfaction, no empathy relationship with patient satisfaction and there is a relationship of physical evidence with patient satisfaction.
