Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health care BPJS services, analyze the level of satisfaction provided by Bengkulu City Hospital. The data collection method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at Bengkulu City Hospital which began on March 20, 2018 until February 2019. The results showed that of the 5 indicators of Service Quality Dimensions of Zethalm theory, 3 showed that it was not optimal. And from 14 indicators of Community Satisfaction Dimension analysis, 7 indicators are included in the sub-optimal which need to improve quality and service.

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Nomor 4 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengelolaan Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara, bertujuan agar pengelolaan pertambangan di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat salah satunya Kabupaten Dompu dapat berkelanjutan, berkesinambungan dan berwawasan lingkungan. Usaha Pertambangan pertama Kabupaten Dompu berlokasi di Kecamatan Hu’u yang pengelolaannya dilaksanakan oleh Perusahaan Sumbawa Timur Mining sesuai Ijin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) yang diperoleh.Tujuan penelitian untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis keberhasilan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh perusahaan Sumbawa Timur Mining di Kecamatan Hu’u Kabupaten Dompu sesuai Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelititian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Fenomenologi dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Hasil Penelitian yang ditemukan adalah belum tercapainya tujuan dan terlaksananya pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, karena adanya faktor penghambat terkait skala usaha perusahaan Sumbawa Timur Mining yang masih dalam tahap eksplorasi (pencarian dan pengukuran bahan tambang). Kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat setempat terkait program pemberdayaan masyarakat menyebabkan sering terjadinya konflik antara masyarakat dan perusahaan Sumbawa Timur Mining. Faktor pendorong keberhasilan, ditemukan bahwa adanya aturan yang jelas terkait pentingnya sosialisasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan tahapan dan skala usaha pertambangan serta pengawasan dari pemerintah agar tidak terjadinya konflik dengan masyarakat Kecamatan Hu’u.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the role of local governments and communities in the development of tourism villages in Suka Sari village, Kabawetan district, Kepahiang district. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, because the analysis of the data is in the form of written or oral words and considers the opinions of others that can be referred to as the resource persons. the results of the study concluded that the role of local government and the community was optimal. This can be seen from several indicators as follows: Indicators of aspects of the role of the government namely Providing Satisfaction to Tourists are quite satisfied in terms of the data of tourist visits which increases every year, Coordinating has been carried out by related parties with assistance in the development of tourist villages that are has been accepted by the village community. And indicators of aspects of the role of the community that is planned has been planned in the development of tourist villages have been implemented quite optimal

Abstract

The research aims at exploring social capital and Islamics norms as determinants factors in developing Village Economic Enterprises. The research used descriptive quantitative methodology with interviews, observation, and documentation as the tools of data collection. Several findings in the resecarh as mentioned below are : (1) Village Economic Enterprises were founded in 2016 and three of them were restructured in the year of 2017.(2) The Social Capital in the form of Bounding Social Capital is relatively bounded strongly in three villages; Tanjung Terdana, Harapan Makmur, and Tanjung Dalam where the research took place. The Board of Village Economic Enterprises and village community had intensive interaction, support each other to perform communication and coordination. It grows mutual trust among them.(3) The form of Bridging social capital is identified in the community of Taba Jambu Village, where interaction happened in low intensity. Taba jambu Village consists with multietnics group, interaction happes only in occasion of paying the bill of electricity, clean water account, internet account,etc. (4) Linking social capital is identified in the activity of interaction and communication ofVillage Economic Enterprises boards with instructor and enterpreuner. The activity is due to train and to market the product of Calamancy Orange Juice, Calamancy Parfume and Bamboo coal. The Economic activity is occured because of Village Economic Enterprises boards have network beyond the village. The network includes horizontal and vertical network that support the enterprises. (5) Several activities of Village Economic Enterprises namely ; Pos Pay, Home Industri, and renting money, are still contadicticted with islamic syariah(norms). The guidance ( Village regulation or enterprises regulation) is not formulated yet

Abstract

Changes in village governance are also known as village governance reforms. The journey of bureucratic reform has a significant impact on the administration of government. Government institutions have carried out bureaucratic reform on an ongoing basis. Bureaucratic reform is related to better changes to government systems and management, services and the increase in birokrat resources so that these changes have good implications for aspects of governance. The purpose of the research to be carried out namely: know about changes in the village government bureaucracy, know and describe village changes with the BUMD. The research method used is desriptive qualitative research, with observation data collection techniques, FGD, in-depth interviews and documentation, to obtain an objective picture of a study. Changes in village governance are reflected in the birth of BUM Desa as a result of granting authority to the village government, especially Desa Durian Demang. Based on the results of the interview, it can be seen that the changes that occured in Durian Demang, occurred physically and also non-physically. Physical changes such as the construction of village facilities, namely the village office in 2019, have been completed based on the village budget in 2018, in addition, village roads begun to be repaired. For physical development also occurred significantly, where in Durian Demang a general hospital in Bengkulu Tengah district was also built. For non-physical development, Durian Demang community has also begun to innovate in managing BUM Desa by processing agricultural products. Also in 2019, Durian Demang changed the name of the tourist destination to Dewi Dumang

Abstract

PThis research was conducted from the observations of the author during the Industry Field Experience (PLI) 2 and pre-research on employee performance at The Axana Hotel Padang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at The Axana Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified in quantitative research with a causal associative approach, the study population of 80 employees at The Axana Hotel Padang and used as a sample. The way to determine the sample is saturated sample. Collection of organizational culture data based on indicators according to Edison, et al in Hendra (2018: 74), namely self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, team orientation. obtained from distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale method that has been tested for validity and reliability, employee performance data with work performance indicators and work attitudes were obtained from HRD The Axana Hotel Padang. Data analysis through simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: Organizational Culture classified in the good category has a percentage of 58.75%, Employee Performance is classified in the good category has a percentage of 70%, and the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance by 6.2% while 93.8% is determined by factors other

Abstract

Since the problem of high mortality rate of mother and baby in the year of 2015 in Bengkulu City, the behavioral problem of the key actor in mother and baby health service delivery became an urgent discourse. This research aimed at identifying the self determinant pattern of midwife’s discretional action in the practice of service delivery. Qualitative aproach with action research design is implemented with midwife profession as the individual analysis unit. The key informan taken are qualified midwive and also supported by several multi actors informen. Research is held in six months . Data were collected by FGD and Indepth interview, observation, and document study. To obtain targeted result, data is analysed with inductive logic frame work.The research show the mother mortality is urgent problem in health service sector. As the result of the lack of human resources and over-workload, some of midewive develop the mechanism of procedure tightening. While, determinant behavior is accumulated in purpose of rasionalizing of sources as the result of unsufficient resources. Besides, in the pattern of decision makingsocial and safety reasons are shown as determinant factors. Those factors affected in midwife health service delivery.The contribution of the research is the exploration of determinat factors in optional discretion. Besides the further research map in the discourse of dicretion and street level bureaucrats.
