The sampling technique used simple random sampling, so that there were 110 respondents. Data collecting using a quetionnaire. Then the results are tabulated and analyzed using Chi Square test. The results showed that 110 respondents had a good informal role (62%) and children were able to arrange toilet training (65%), while families with informal roles were quite large (24%) and children were unable to arrange toilet training (35%), and a small proportion of families have less informal roles (14%) and children cannot manage toilet training (35%). After the data was analyzed using the Chi-square test, it was obtained χ2 counts greater than χ2 tables, thus H1 was accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the informal role of the family and the ability of toddlers to arrange toilet training. Families must provide an intensive approach to children to train them to the toilet, after that they consistently run it later, because the success of toilet training is inseparable from the readiness of the child itself but good cooperation between the family.

The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling where the sampling is purposively based on the characteristics or characteristics of the population that have been previously known. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires with closed question forms, after the data collected is analyzed by the formula presented in the frequency distribution table. The results showed that the description of WUS's knowledge of Pap Smear in the Polindes Region of Intan S Midwife S, Amd. Keb, Pamekasan Regency can be interpreted, that is, almost all respondents have less knowledge. Based on the above phenomenon, it is necessary to hold counseling (KIE) to the community. This research is a kind of correlative description with a quantitativeapproach. The study was conducted in Batukerbuy village, Pasean Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, from March toMay 2018. Subsequent collection using Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 126 mothers who havechildren under five. The dependent variable is the nutritional status of children based on the KMS graph and thedependent variable is the level of knowledge of mothers in providing nutrition. The dependent and independentvariables are measured using questionnaires and KIA books. Data analysis using the Spearman rank rank test. From the analysis of partial test obtained value  value = 0,026 <  = 0,05. means that there is a relationship betweenmother's knowledge about providing appropriate nutrition with nutritional status based on KMS in infants. This issupported by mother's knowledge, information and experience. Nutritional status of toddlers is strongly influencedby the knowledge of mothers about providing appropriate nutrition, so it is expected that the community, especiallymothers who have toddlers can increase knowledge from counseling and information about nutrition from healthcenters and other media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dangerous parity has more than two children or close birth distance, because it can cause changes in abnormal cells in the cervikx. Women who often have an increased risk of cervical cancer are higher (Priyanto, 2011). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parity with the incidence of cervical cancer at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. Corelational Analytic research design with a population of 35 people with a sample of 30 people using non-random sampling type Purpositive Sampling technique. Statistical test between variables using Spearman Rank with data scale and significance level α = 0.05 if the statistical result show ρ <0.05 then H0 is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between variables. The result of this study indicated that most women suffering from cervical cancer are Multipara, which is as much as 70% and diagnosed with stage 2 as much as 46.7% at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. The Spearman Rank statistical test result show a significance valve of significance ρ = 0.00 < α = 0.05 means that H0 is rejected, which means there is a relationship between parity and cervical cancer incidence at the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. Furthermore, based on the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient, the value ρcalculated = 0.675 > ρtable 0.364 show that thefe is a relationship between parity and cervical cancer incidence.
