Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at PD. MARMARA Garut. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is an effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at PD.MARMARA Garut. This research uses descriptive method, with a total sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS From window 20.0. The partial test results show that the quality of the product has an effect on purchasing decisions and the brand image has an effect on the purchase decision. Further testing simultaneously shows that the product quality and brand image have an effect on the purchasing decision process in PD MARMARA Garut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut. The research method used is descriptive method with survey techniques. The population in this study were 104 employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut. Sampling using the Slovin technique, in order to obtain a sample size of 83 samples. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis using statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis models. Testing of the hypothesis shows that there is a significant compensation effect on the employee performance of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut which is shown from the partial test results of the partial correlation coefficient of 0.445 so that r2 is (0.445) 2 = 0.1980 or 19.80%. there is a significant work environment influence on the employee performance of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut, which is shown from the partial test results of the partial correlation coefficient, which is 0.371 so that r2 is (0.371) 2 = 0.1376 or 13.76%, and there are the significant effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut, which is equal to 0.434 or 43.40%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of implementing reward and punishment on employee performance and its impact on the performance of PDAM Tirta Intan Garut. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The respondents in this study were 70 people who were employees of PDAM Tirta Intan Garut. With the census method in determining the research sample. The data collection method in this research is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique in this research is validity and reliability test. Abstract

This study consists of three variables, namely, the variable Product Quality, Sales Promotion and the Purchase Decision Process. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Sales Promotion on the Purchasing Decision Process at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia. The subjects in this study were consumers who had bought Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia. Based on the problems and objectives of the study, the researcher formulated a hypothesis, namely: there is an influence between product quality and sales promotion on the purchasing decision process of Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Cokelat Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study is not known with certainty, so to determine the size of the sample is using the Non Probability Sampling Technique with purposive sampling. So in this study, a sample of 96 people was obtained. In addition, based on data analysis, it was found that all instruments used in this study were declared valid and reliable. Furthermore, for the research results, the calculation with the simultaneous significance test (f test) shows that there is a significant influence on product quality and sales promotion on the purchasing decision process of Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris mengenai pengaruh strategi pengembangan dan kualitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Pusat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan keadaan strategi pengembangan dan kualitas karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Pusat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 83 orang karyaean. Teknik pengambilan sampel degan menggunakan metode sensus (sampel jenuh). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linier berganda. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee productivity at PD. Gaya Hadjah Dick&Dick (Dodol Garut Hadjah)”. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is an influence of leadership and work environment on employee productivity at PD. Gaya Hadjah Dick&Dick (Dodol Garut Hadjah)”. This research uses a descriptive method. The respondents in this study were 125 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS window 20.0. The partial test results show that leadership has an effect on employee productivity and the work environment has an effect on employee productivity.
