Abstract

The crime of money laundering has a direct or indirect negative effect on the country's economy, as a negative effect on the effective use of resources and finances. TPPU issues are not only related to legal and law enforcement issues, but are also directly related to and affect national financial and economic issues, including national investment issues. The method used in this research is normative legal research which is carried out as an effort to obtain the necessary data regarding the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material. Besides that, primary data is also used as supporting secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative juridical analysis methods. The research results obtained are that TPPU practices involve a lot of resources and funds that are used for illegal activities and can be detrimental to society, and a lot of funds cannot be used optimally. Proceeds of crime are usually invested in countries where money laundering appears safe, although returns are lower. The proceeds of this crime can be transferred from countries with good economies to countries with poor economies. Because it has a negative impact on financial markets and weakens citizens' trust in the international financial system.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the impact of the implementation of free trade on the economic sector in Indonesia. In the context of international trade which is increasingly important for the world economy, the implementation of free trade has become a hotly debated topic because the positive side in terms of economic improvement is also balanced by the negative side in terms of trade imbalances and its influence on national policy. This research was carried out by conducting a literature study that collected various previous studies regarding the advantages and disadvantages of free trade. The results of the discussion show that the implementation of free trade can provide benefits for the country, such as increasing exports and imports, foreign direct investment, and increasing economic growth. However, on the other hand, the implementation of free trade can also result in losses, such as loss of jobs and negative environmental impacts. This research emphasizes the importance of managing free trade to ensure that trade profits and losses are distributed fairly and avoid the possibility of being exploited by stronger parties.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has caused disruption in all sectors, including the economic sector. One of the economic sectors that is currently in the spotlight is the declining per capita income, while consumption must continue to fulfill daily life. This article aims to determine the financial behavior of Indonesian people before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from that, it also measures whether there are differences in the financial behavior of Indonesian people before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it can be a reference for what financial behavior should look like. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is of course a force majeure situation that can occur anytime and anywhere. As a generation that is in a productive age, the millennial generation is a generation that has a significant role in controlling the wheels of development in Indonesia, especially in the economic field. But unfortunately, the millennial generation is also known as a very wasteful generation because of its lifestyle. The emergence of a pandemic then affects the community’s economic conditions, including the millennial generation. This article found that millennials could reduce their wasteful nature during the pandemic and allocate their funds for more urgent and adaptive needs. Then the impact of the pandemic also provides better financial literacy for the millennial generation on their financial management behavior

Abstract

Jalan merupakan suatu prasarana perhubungan darat dan jalur transportasi yang yang sangat vital dalam sutau wilayah yang sangat berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan aksesisibilitas masyarakat. Dalam Pembangunan jalan khusnya wilayah Kabupaten Pulau Morotai sangat memerlukan pengawasan dan pengendalian agar proses pelaksanaannya dapat terlaksana sesuai kebutuhan dan waktu pelaksanaan guna mengantisipasi terjadinya keterlambatan pada saat pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek pembangunan jalan hotmix keliling Pulau Rao Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, mengkaji peringkat faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan proyek pembangunan jalan hotmix keliling Pulau Rao Kabupaten Pulau Morotai, dan merumuskan strategi yang diimplementasikan pada keterlambatan penyelesaian pembangunan jalan hotmix keliling Pulau Rao Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pelaksanaan Pembangunan jalan di Kec. Pulau Rao Kabupaten Pulau Morotai yang dilihat dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2023 adalah keterlambatan pengiriman material; kondisi cuaca yang buruk; kurang profesional dalam pengambilan keputusan; tenaga kerja yang langka; dan, kerusakan alat. Sehingga untuk mengantisipasi faktor tersebut dibutuhkan strategi yang berkelanjutan dalam mengoptimalkan proses pelaksanaan Pembangunan jalan.

Abstract

The existence of government regulations regarding the one-village PAUD program indicates that education starting early is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight several issues and problems in PAUD. This research aims to determine the issues and problems in contemporary PAUD. This research uses a qualitative research method, a literature study. The results of this research explain the meaning of contemporary PAUD issues and problems, issues in contemporary PAUD, the importance of PAUD, and behavioral problems in early childhood. This research concludes that contemporary PAUD issues are intended to discuss PAUD which is currently developing. Problems are problems that exist in the PAUD institution itself which lead to both positive and negative aspects, and basically with problems the science of PAUD will develop. With this problem, knowledge about PAUD will develop further. Therefore, responding to issues and problems in PAUD is very important, especially in the development of PAUD in formal education units such as the Kindergarten President of the Filia Gracia Puruk Cahu Foundation.

Abstract

Pembangunan kota industri di Indonesia saat ini telah menunjukkan kenaikkan yang signifikan untuk mendukung pembangunan yang berkeadalian dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Dalam upaya mendukung pembangunan Kota Industri salah satunya yaitu di Karawang, beberapa pembangunan Proyek Konstruksi seperti pabrik, gudang, workshop, dan sejenisnya. Karena hal tersebut diperlukan metode perencanaan yang efektif dari segi biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Salah satu elemen yang dikaji yaitu mengenai konstruksi plat lantai beton dalam suatu pembangunan pabrik dan sejenisnya. Plat Lantai ini merupakan bagian penting dalam menerima beban yang bekerja diatasnya seperti beban kendaraan berat untuk remove barang, rack-rack storage, ataupun beban statis dari mesin-mesin bermuatan tinggi beban. Untuk mengoptimalkan pekerjaan Konstruksi Lantai Beton, saat ini ada perkembangan teknologi yaitu metode lantai beton superflat /superflat floor. Metode ini memiliki keunggulan seperti produktivitasnya yang cukup tinggi dan angka kerapihan top elevasi permukaan lantai beton dengan devisi/perbedaan maksimal 3 mm perjarak 3 meter. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan pembangunan tersebut diperlukannya impementasi manajemen konstruksi terhadap keberhasilan proyek . Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat implementasi manajemen konstruksi khususnya administrasi serta mencari variabel mana saja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif yang dikauntitatifkan yaitu melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan penilaian skala likert pada indikator kepada 30 responden yang terdiri dari kontraktor, owner dan perencana desain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatatakan bahwa 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu variabel administrasi, total quality management, dan manajemen pengetahuan berpengarhuh positif terhadap keberhasilan proyek lantai beton superflat di kawasan pabrik karawang.

Abstract

Talijiwo Art merupakan usaha pada industri kerajinan tradisional tembaga dan kuningan di Desa Tumang Kecamatan Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali yang menjadi warisan budaya turun temurun yang berpotensi untuk menjadi wisata kerajinan. Namun. permasalahannya masyarakat belum mengenal karakteristik dari Talijiwo Art. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya untuk memperkenalkan karakteristik dari Talijiwo Art guna masyarakat lebih mempedulikan dan dapat melestarikan kerajinan turun temurun sebagai unit usaha yang memiliki karakteristik yang khas. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan desain yang diperoleh dari aspek imaji melalui observasi, aspek pembuat melalui wawancara dan aspek pemirsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berbagai informasi terkait karakteristik Talijiwo Art mulai dari pengrajin, proses produksi, hasil produk dan galeri.

Abstract

A critical situation can substantially impact human behavior, resulting in irreversible behavioral changes. Given the interdependence between various economic aspects and public health measures, including lockdowns, national economies have become unstable, signifying a transformation in market dynamics. The authors aimed to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, recognizing that crises often lead to alterations in consumer behavior patterns. We searched eight databases - CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Embase, EmCare, JBI EBP, Medline, Scopus, and PsycInfo. Out of 366 titles and abstracts, twenty-four papers were selected. In an observational study, 11 (45.8%) publications were conducted in hospitals, clinics, and communities. Meanwhile, the rest of the studies were carried out in various other healthcare institutions. Consumer behavior and using technology as marketing tools during the COVID-19 pandemic were the most commonly explored topics. The hospital-at-home model illustrates how healthcare institutions can undertake significant strategic initiatives to usher in comprehensive reforms that prioritize consumers and transform care delivery. The persistent drive to employ digital technology for enhancing the quality of healthcare services and reducing costs serves as a constant motivation. This implies that the consistent effort to harness digital technology to enhance healthcare service quality and reduce expenses has been a steady impetus. Further research is required to ascertain the long-term effectiveness and suitable strategies for optimizing advantages while mitigating risks in the COVID-19 pandemic. A more comprehensive approach would include taking patients' perspectives on using digital health technologies and addressing specific challenges, ethical considerations, and drawbacks highlighted in the existing literature.

Abstract

Violence against children is still prevalent in the society. At the end of 2022, there were 16,106 cases of violence. It’s higher than the previous year which had 14,517 cases. Violence against children become a harsh reality for all of us because there are many children still living in the conditions that are far from feeling safe and comfortable. The right of the child to receive life protection and the ability to grow and develop themselves is fully guaranteed by the state. It’s legitimized in the 1945 constitution of Indonesia and regulated in Law No. 35 of 2014. The author interested in conducting analysis on the implementation of the child protection policy by using qualitative descriptive method. This interest is driven by the number of cases of violence against children which occur every year and are neither prevented nor minimized by the law. The author uses a literature study approach and conducts content analysis on data collected from news, journals, law, and websites related to the topic of this issue. As a result, apart from identifying several individual drivers or motivations, there are several factors that should be considered by all parties, especially the government, in terms of communication activities amidst the complexity of people's lives in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan dan penganggaran rumah sakit dalam persiapan menghadapi akreditasi dengan studi kasus di RSU Griya Mahardhika Yogyakarta. Efisiensi dan efektivitas menjadi kebutuhan bagi rumah sakit swasta karena sebagai entitas swasta maka perlu memperhatikan keuangan dengan baik. Akreditasi rumah sakitmerupakan suatu pengakuan oleh pemerintah melalui lembaga independen terhadap rumah sakit yang telahmemenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Akreditasi memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi rumah sakit itu sendiri,masyarakat, dan pemilik atau perwakilan pemilik rumah sakit. RSU Griya Mahardhika Yogyakarta melaksanakan akreditasi di bulan Oktober 2023 dengan masa persiapan akreditasi selama 9 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif, yang akan mendeskripsikan objek dan subjek penelitian melalui proses analisis perencanaan,penganggaran dan estimasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi dalam perencanaan dan penganggaran dalam menghadapi akreditasi menunjukkan RSU Griya Mahardhika Yogyakarta berada dalam kategori efisien dengan penghematan anggaran hingga 60% untuk biaya pelatihan dan penghematan 44,8% untuk keseluruhan anggaran. Perencanaan dan penganggaran yang efektif sangat penting dalam persiapan akreditasi rumah sakit dimana anggaran yang disiapkan tidak mengorbankan kualitas dan keselamatan pasien yang menjadi kunci utama dilakukannya akreditasi Rumah Sakit.
