Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between variables knowledge management and organizational performance in hospital at South Kalimantan. The approach this discussion is to do a literature study and examine the results of previous research study results show that the knowledge management has a relationship to organization management but can not be proven empirically. Limitations of this study that this study only on the research area in hospital of South Kalimantan, would narrow the ability to generalize the findings of the research to other areas or regions wider coverage. The data presented in this study is cross-sectional which only represents the state of any given point in time. In this research, the measurement variables of knowledge management and organizational performance is measured from the internal perspective of the organization, future studies should also involve respondents from the external organization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication that exists in Asam Asam Coal Steam Power Plant Engineering Department, identifying problems in organizational communication, then prepare recommendations to improve the condition of organizational communication based on existing communication theory. The method in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data are collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews of engineering department leaders, predictive maintenance staff, system management staff, and information technology staff.  The results showed that organizational communication which is not running well implicates the performance of staff in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. The openness in vertical communication is one of the main factors affecting the effectiveness and climate of communication in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. Furthermore, to support the coordination function of Engineering Department, the structural position as supervisor is considered necessary as a command chain from Assistant Manager to subordinates in each division. Keywords: Management, Communication and Producer

Abstract

In the world of marketing, marketing strategy is crucial. This course requires the active role of marketers in order to create innovative marketing strategies and effective way to reach consumers. Appropriate marketing strategy would benefit the company because it will be able to create customer loyalty. Honda is one of the motorcycle brand to a multi-branding strategy, the strategy of launching new products with new attributes in a single category of the same parent brand. The level of sales experienced an increase trend from year to year. Trend is especially true in the area Palangka Raya city.This study analyzes the influence of multi-branding strategy of Honda withits new product attributes of quality (X1), keiritan fuel (X2), product design (X3), services (X4), and the price (X5) customer loyalty (Y) . Analysis model used was multiple linear regression. Previously, testing the validity and reliabelitas, along with the classic assumption test of research data.Test results using multiple linear regression with the F test result in the conclusion that among the five variables that product attributes included in the models, namely quality (X1), keiritan fuel (X2), product design (X3), services (X4), and the price (X5 ), only three of which have a significant influence on customer loyalty (Y). The third variable is the quality (X1), fuel keiritan (X2), and services (X4). Three variables have a significance value smaller than 0.05, or in other words t-counted value is greater than t tables of 1.984. This partial test results concluded that the fuel keiritan (X2) is the variable most dominant influence on customer loyalty (Y). This can be seen from the calculated t value greater than t count the two other variables, namely for 4,932.Keywords : influence, customer loyalty, product attributes

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of eighth grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enim. This study was descriptive research with survey methods. The data collection technique used was questioners. The questioners were determining the internal and external factors including 29 items.  The population was Ten grade students at State senior High School 1 Muara enimtotaling of 130 students. Data analyses technique used was descriptive analyses. The results indicatedthat theinhibiting factors of swimming exercise of Ten grade students at State Senior High School 1 Muara enimwere 9 students (6,9%) had very high category, 22 students (16,9%) had high category, 56 students (43,1%)  had medium category, 40 students (30,8%) had low category and 3 students (2,3%) had very low category. Abstract

Performance in relation to the organizational society can be described as the level of achievement on the implementation of a particular task or the feedback process of previous performances in which causes enhancement on the future employee performance. In this present world of global organizational competition, rapid development is in such demand that raises complex continuous changes in every organizational aspect. In accordance with this principal, an organization is essentially required to have beneficial abilities such as competitive advantage in order to achieve success or to maintain a valuable image of the organizational productivity. Therefore, the objective of this research in correlation with the perception that teamwork has a great effect in the operational performances of an organization was to investigate the effect of teamwork on employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise) who continuously perform teamwork either in sales division, collection, or Account Saving Conscience (ASC).The research was conducted in both regression and correlation analyses. The regression analysis resulted in score < 0.05, showed that teamwork raises significant effects on the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise). Meanwhile, on the correlation analysis the result showed the R score as 0.838 which can be inferred that there is a correlation between teamwork and the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise) in an intensive and positive manner.

Abstract

The management of zakat essentially covers the purposes and usefulness of communication. An informative, persuasive and entertained zakat message provides a person with the potential for zakah to believe it is an obligation. Furthermore, the sense of confidence that makes them stirred to practice and with pleasure and feel secure after the zakat fulfilled. The problems raised in this research are: 1) How is the communication strategy used by NF Zakat Center in collecting zakat in Central Kalimantan, then the next issue 2) How marketing activities conducted by NF Zakat Center, and 3) How NF Zakat Center utilize zakat to the mustahik. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted in two stages of preliminary research and advanced research. The data source of the researchers comes from a collection of NF Zakat Center archives. Data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data management techniques and data analysis is done to answer the questions.The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy implemented by NF Zakat Center in the effort to collect the funds of the people in the form of zakat, infaq and charity is through interpersonal communication in order to foster good relationship with muzakki, candidate muzakki and the mustahik. NF Zakat Center maximizes the collection efforts through online and online marketing activities by regularly to visit each others  and utilizing social media channels. The programs and activities of empowerment in strategic and targeted areas have a positive impact in supporting the efforts of raising people's funds by the NF Zakat Center in Central Kalimantan. Keywords: Communication Strategics and Zakat

Abstract

The role of women in development is continually reinforced in every aspect of life. Women currently have the equal opportunities in education that the number of educated women has been increasing significantly. Therefore, the fields of employment have also been more widely available for women. It is likely for women who have been working since their early age will eventually continue working despite being married. As housewives they will keep on working based on various motivations such as the need for self-actualization or the need for contributing in their household economy. The objectives of this study were to find out (a) The amount of revenue contribution of the working wives to family income (b) Motivations of housewives who choose to work. Moreover, the study brought out the following results (a) Based on the contributions of each respondents to their family income, the average contribution of the working wives was up to 46,1% of the total family income (b) All respondents were housewives in their productive ages with the average respondents were 44 year olds. The majority of respondents were high school graduates, and the rest had diploma and bachelor degree. (c) The motivations of the respondents to work were mainly to increase their family income, social status, and  avoid any dependence on their spouses.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the description of the implementation of school-based management in SDN Sungai Miai 5 and SDN Surgi Mufti 4 Banjarmasin. The method used is qualitative approach with descriptive type. The data sources of this research are principals and teachers. The method of data collection is interview and observation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of school-based management at SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin is done by involving all school residents in the planning and implementation of school programs, including parents of students. Schools have specialized staff to record and report school finances and assets. The implementation school-based manahement at SDN Surgi Mufti 4 Banjarmasin is done with the principle of togetherness, that is by drivingthe competent teachers to train less competent teachers, mobilize school entrepreneurship activities, and principals teach other teachers by providing a direct example. Thus, the implementation of school-based management requires the support of various parties for improving the learning quality in schools.Keywords: Impelementation; management based on school; MBS; elementary school

Abstract

The goal of this research is analyze the evaluation instruments used in the final exam of the semester .This analysis is the validity and reliability. Validity consists of the level of distress and distinguishing power. This research has done on the a chemical bond course for college students of education study chemical Islamic university of Borneo (Uniska Arsyad Muhammad Al-Banjary) of fourth semester of the academic 2014 .A method of collecting data on this research used engineering documentation. This research used methods descriptive quantitative. Quantitative analysis of multiple choice used iteman program version 3.0. A qualitative analysis of multiple choice to be in accord with all the aspects of matter (content), construction and structure of the sentences.Based on the results of that analysis known about final exam a chemical bond consisting of 27.5% difficult , 55% easily enough , 15% easy and 2.5 % very easy. The overall difficulty exam level is good enough .The analysis result of differentiating resources there are about 10% bad , 25% good enough , 47.5% good and 17.5 % excellent. Based on the results, it’s just good enough , good and very good that can be used once . The reability analysis result is 0,854 indicates that final exam chemical bond given to students having high precisionBased on research can be concluded that validity test in accordance with the standards test but required improvement some questions. The questions is on a good enough level of difficulity

Abstract

The form of research used in this study is descriptive method using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative research emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. The technique of analyzing the data used by the author is factor analysis. In this research method, researchers used the perspective of the participants as a preferred picture in obtaining research results. Data collection is done by observation, interview and Questionnaire.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, distribution, and process factors that influence the occurrence of trust in making online purchasing decisions and the most dominant factor by consumers on Shopee sites / applications in Banjarmasin city.The results of this study suggest that product, promotion, and distribution / place factors partially have a positive effect on trust in online purchasing decisions (case studies at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin City), while the price factor (price) does not have a partial effect on trust in making purchasing decisions online (case study at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin). The results of product (product), price (promotion), promotion (promotion), and distribution / place simultaneously have an influence on online purchasing decision making (a case study at Shopee Consumers in Banjarmasin Said). The results of this study prove that Distribution / Place is the most dominant factor influencing online purchasing decisions. Keywords: E-Commerce, Quality, Shopee.
