This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as a mediation. The number of respondents in this study were 116 respondents. Where all of them are employees of PT Georg Fischer Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: Leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, leadership and organizational culture has a positive and siginificant effect on employee performance, motivation had a positive and siginificant effect on employee performance, and motivation could mediate the indirect effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The uniqueness and distinctive character of a woman, makes women prefer to run entrepreneurship. The ability of women entrepreneurs to develop product innovation provides a competitive advantage that can reflect marketing performance. Marketing performance as an important challenge in management as well as the key to the success of business actors as a result of market strategy. The purpose of study was to analyze a hypothetical model of women's entrepreneurial marketing performance. The specific objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between women's entrepreneurship and marketing performance mediated by the innovation capability of women entrepreneurs. The research design applied was a quantitative research design by forming a model and testing the model. A survey was conducted using a sample of 100 respondents of women entrepreneurs. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents and simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. In this study, partial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis.. The instrument that was validated and its reliability measured was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that women's entrepreneurship have significant influence to marketing performance, both directly and indirectly, which is mediated by innovation capability. Recommendations were given to women entrepreneurs that they should be putting more emphasis on this relatively new approach of innovation capability thereby creating marketing performance. Abstract

This research has purposes to explore the effects caused by product quality, price consciousness, customer value, brand image towards repurchase intention to PT Sophie Paris Indonesia products which are mediated by attitude variable. This research form used a quantitative method with the type of research included in causal research. The research population is consumers who have purchased Sophie Paris products in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive with a total sample of 240 people. Data collection techniques by surveys through questionnaires and SEM method analyzed which processed by the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings viewed that partially product quality, price consciousness, customer value and brand image had a positive and significant involvement in attitudes towards the brand, which also affected the repurchase intention of Sophie Paris products. The variable that has the strongest impact is price consciousness on brand attitudes so that this highly affects the repurchase interest towards Sophie Paris products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of voluntary risk management disclosure and its implication to firm value. Independent variables used in this research are product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size. Intervening variable is voluntary risk management disclosure. While the dependent variable in this study is firm value measured using Tobin’s Q. This research used a sample of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling and acquired 418 companies that meet the criteria. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that the higher the level of product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size, the higher the voluntary risk management disclosure. Voluntary risk management disclosure has a positive influential on firm value, the wider the disclosure of corporate risk management, will increase the firm value, otherwise the less disclosure of corporate risk management, will decrease the firm value or the value are getting worse.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Control and Family Planning, Sarolangun Regency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Control and Family Planning, amounting to 94 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it can be concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of the employees of the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. These results indicate that if the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency can provide a conducive work environment for its employees, and is also supported by a high level of employee job satisfaction, then this will also be followed by the increasing commitment of employees to be able to work optimally in the organization.

Abstract

This research focused on higher of job rejection result and low of coordination among unit in problem solving of all the projects which is tend to decline of employees performance. The main issues discussed in this reseach is factors influence it, namely human procurement ,development and intellectual capital.The research aims to analyze, describe and test the impact of human procurement, development on intellectual capital and its implication on employees performance at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. The research used was descriptive and explanatory survey method, so the research attempts to collect, present, analyze, and test hypotheses, to make a consclusions were used Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The design of study is a survey reseach, the unit analysis selected were core knowledge worker with a sample size of 303 from 1245 employees, based on Slovin’s formula. The results indicated that human procurement, development have a simultaneously positive and significant effect on intellectual capital, and human procurement, development are either partialy or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employees performance level throught intellectual capital. The findings are:(1) human procurement indicates low contribution on either intellectual capital or employees performance, the highest score of human procurement dimension is selection and the lowest is recruitment dimension. 2) human development indicates low contribution on either intellectual capital or employees performance, the highest score of human development dimension is education and the lowest is training dimension (3) intellectual capital indicates moderate scores on employees performance level, the highest score of intellectual capital dimension is social capital and the lowest is structure capital dimension. (4) the highest score size of employees performance dimension based on employees perception is goal and the lowest is motive dimension.

Abstract

This study aims to measure leadership, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of PT Modernland Realty TBK Jakarta. This research is quantitative in nature. The study population was all staff employees. The sampling technique was using nonrandom sampling, namely saturated samples with a total of 89 staff. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test state that leadership, motivation and competence partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test of leadership leadership, motivation and competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions for further research include organizational factors, organizational justice, and job satisfaction as additional independent variables.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the performance of companies, especially MSMEs in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how much the company's business strategy has an influence on improving company performance, especially MSMEs. This research has its own peculiarities and is unique because at the time this research was conducted it was in a world situation that was experiencing a pandemic, including Indonesia. The research data was collected using quantitative techniques from primary data sources, which collected 173 questionnaires from 200 questionnaires distributed to several restaurants, canteens, and beverage outlets including small and medium businesses in the Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya areas. Based on the test results using multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that: (1) The customer perspective has a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia, (2) the Internal Business Process Perspective has no significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia, and (3) The Learning and Growth Perspective has a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The conflict between work and family roles has been widely studied. However, recently, research has progressed to study roles outside of work and family. For example, several researchers have investigated the conflict between work and educational roles. However, this study focuses on the occurrence of burnout. Thus this study seeks to contribute to the literature on work-education conflict in two main ways. First, we investigate the relationship between work study conflicts and the occurrence of burnout. Furthermore, to prove the role of social support from friends as a moderating variable. Participants in this study were 81 students. The results of this study support our proposed hypothesis.
