Abstract

High employee turnover rate _ resulted organization Becomes no effective , lose employee experienced and necessary practice employee new . stress high work _ as well as environment good work _ will effect on the decline level turnover intention, meanwhile burden high work _ will effect on the increase turnover intention. Study this use study quantitative with survey method that takes sample from whole population and use questionnaire as well as Interview as tool collect key data with scale likert and processed using the IBM SPSS 25 program . Variables used in study this covers variable free stress work , load work and environment work whereas variable bound by turnover intention. Population in study this is Bhakti Suci Education Foundation employees Data obtained then conducted analysis includes : validity test, reliability test, assumption test composed classic _ from : normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test , analysis multiple linear regression , t test, F test, and analysis coefficient determination . Population in study this is whole employees of the Bhakti Suci Education Foundation Purwodadi Regency Grobogan , with sample as many as 60 respondents . Retrieval technique sample in research this is sample fed up or sample census , where all member population made sample . Research t test results this show that variable stress work (X1 ) effect in a manner Partial on turnover intention with score significant 0.742, variable burden work (X2) effect in a manner Partial or separated on employee turnover intention with score significant of 0.00. Environment variables work (X3) effect in a manner Partial or separated on employee turnover intention with score significant of 0.035. Advice for company should give addition incentive for employee , put employee in accordance with expertise , added employee cleanliness . For other researchers can add objects and variables other.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effects of transfer pricing, thin capitalization, firm size, and tax haven country utilization on tax aggresiveness. This study uses manufacturing sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017 – 2021 period. The total of samples used were 21 manufacturing sector companies for 5 years. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results of this research indicated that transfer pricing, thin capitalization, and tax haven country utilization have no effect on tax aggresiveness. While, firm size has positive and significant effect on tax aggresiveness. This researh have an implication for related parties, especially the Directorate General of Taxes of the Republic of Indonesia and taxpayers in minimizing tax aggresiveness

Abstract

This study aims to study the causal relationship between Islamic Work Ethics, Despotic Leadership and Helpful Behavior on the Performance of Individuals with Gender as a Moderating Study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Slamet Riyadi 01 Branch. The population in this study is the total employees at Islamic banks in the city of Surakarta which amounts to approximately 300 people. The sample used in this study used calculations from (Joseph F Hair et al., 2010) which the number of samples was five times the number of indicators, so that the number of samples used was 230 people. The results of this study explain that Islamic business ethics have a significant and significant effect on depostic leadership, despotic leadership has an indirect and significant effect on helping behavior through despotic leadership, Despotic leadership has an indirect effect on individual performance through helping behavior, Gender moderation has a significant effect on despotic leadership. Abstract

Research entitled "The influence of experimental marketing, service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at Roland Bakery and Café Jember" has four objectives, namely: (1) Knowing the effect of experimental marketing on customer loyalty, (2) Knowing the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, (3) Knowing the effect of promotion on customer loyalty, (4) Knowing the effect of experimental marketing, service quality and promotion simultaneously on customer loyalty. Roland Bakery and Café is a Food and Beverage business located in Jember Regency which was established in 2000 selling various appetizer to dessert menus. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population in this study are Roland Bakery and Café customers who make purchases at least 3 times a month. This research sample amounted to 160 people, data collection was carried out online and offline. Data processing is done by multiple linear analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 application as a tool. The results of this study are: (1) Experiental marketing significantly affects customer loyalty (2) Service quality significantly influences customer loyalty (3) Promotion significantly influences customer loyalty (4) Experiental marketing, service quality and promotion are simultaneous against customer loyalty.

Abstract

Individual teachers with a family attitude also need expertise in classroom management so that learning takes place according to predetermined rules. This is referred to as the quality of human resources and managerial abilities as well as the teacher's competency assessment. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this study was 3904 individuals and the sample used was selected using the Slovin formula as many as 100 individuals. The data analysis method used in this research is the component or variance structural equation model, using Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 for data processing. The results of the study stated that the data analysis showed that managerial ability obtained a T-statistic of 7,103> 1.96 with a P-value of 0.000. This means that managerial ability has a significant positive effect on HR quality, or H1 is accepted. Then managerial ability obtains a T-statistic value of 22,721 > 1.96 with a P-value of 0.000. This means that managerial ability has a significant effect on teacher competence, or H2 is accepted. And the quality of human resources obtained a T-statistic value of 41,808

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of regional retribution, the results of separated regional wealth management, other legitimate regional original revenues, and balancing funds for regional expenditures in Gerbangkertosusila. This type of research is quantitative research. The population and sample of this study are the Regional Government Budget Realization Reports in the Gerbangketosusila Area which consists of Gresik, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Lamongan for 2017-2021. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression model analysis and hypothesis testing with the t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially the results of separated regional wealth management and balance funds has a significant positive effect on regional expenditures, while regional retribution and other legitimate regional original income has an insignificant positive effect on regional expenditures. Simultaneously, regional retribution, the results of separated regional wealth management, other legitimate PAD, and balance funds has a significant positive effect on regional spending.

Abstract

The internet cause modern lifestyle underwent immense growth, even more online media has penetrated to the food business. This study aims to determine the impact of online customer review and online customer rating towards purchasing intention through consumer brand perception as an intervening variable. The population of this study was online food customers in Semarang city with 96 respondents. Data was taken from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This study used quantitative method. Sample was taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2 software. This study obtained several findings. First, online customer review and online customer rating had a significant effect on consumer brand perception. Second, online customer review, online customer rating and consumer brand perception had a significant effect on purchasing intention. The mediation test showed that consumer brand perception variables can mediate between the effects of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing intention.

Abstract

The ought to utilize music in promotions is developing each year, particularly when Covid-19 quickens the require for brands to go computerized. InTune Productions is a music production company based in Surabaya, Indonesia, that specializes in jingle, sound-logo and background music. The purpose of this research is to identify, distinguish, and decide the fitting client needs and fragment for InTune Productions, as well as to determine which innovative products and services are best suited to offer. The tool that is being used in this research is Value Proposition Canvas. Using qualitative descriptive method, this research is conducted from February 2021 to March 2022 with InTune Productions co-founders and customers as the primary data. The results of this study shows that Value Proposition Canvas has been helpful for InTune Productions to map its customer profiles. Value Proposition Canvas is demonstrated to be a reasonable apparatus to analyze customers’ pains and gains, as well as determining innovative products and services that are able to accommodate them.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication variables and personality variables on community satisfaction variables through service quality variables. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. X1) and Personality (X2) have a direct effect on the Service Quality variable (Y), there is only a direct influence on the Communication variable (X1) and the Service Quality variable (Y) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z), there is no indirect effect on the variable Communication (X1) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y), and there is an indirect influence on the Personality variable (X2) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Parangjoiro Village office employees can improve service quality, improve communication and personality in order to create better Parangjoiro Village community satisfaction and researchers hope that further research can add other variables to make research more accurate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of consumer loyalty for companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Digital Era. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 consumers using a random sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to consumers. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in the digital era, 2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the digital era, and 3) Service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the digital Era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to increase consumer loyalty, companies must also improve service quality and customer satisfaction in the digital era.
