Abstract

Post operative pain is still a major problem for patients after surgery. Management of pain is still focus on the sensory component. The aims of this research was to explain the intensity of prayer and family support correlated with post operative pain. Analytic correlational was the method of this research. Samples were 40 patients admitted with chronic appendicitis at Nashrul Ummah Islamic Hospital and were found by Total sampling. Analysis of data bivariate test using pearson product moment and multivariate analysis using logistic regression with p significance < 0.05. There is a significant and negative correlation between intensity of praying with post operative pain (p = 0,000; r=-0,914) and also between family support with the post operative pain (p = 0.000; r= 0.704). Jointly a significant relationship exists between the intensity of prayer and family support with the post-operative pain, with values as a correlation coefficient (R) = 0.923, a determinant coefficient (R 2 = 0.852), F regression = 77.772, p = 0.000. The intensity of praying greater impact than the family support against the post-operative pain. The result effective contribution of intensity praying to post-operative pain is 73.1%, meanwhile, the effective contribution of family support is 14%. There is a negative correlation between the intensity's praying and the family support with the post operative pain. tThe intensity of praying is greater impact than the family support.

The results showed that 11 respondents (69%) had skills in the capable category, while respondents with video media had skills in the advanced category, namely 10 respondents (62%). Data analysis using SPSS with the Mann-Whitney test using = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.000 so that p <α in conclusion there are differences in delivery assistance skills with model and video media. Seeing these results, it is necessary to think about the use of media in accordance with learning objectives to increase learning motivation to improve skills.

Sampling is carried out using accidental sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a pain scale observation sheet. The results of the analysis were obtained before being given emprit ginger boiled water, half of the respondents experienced menstrual pain with a moderate pain scale of 34 (50%). After being given emprit ginger boiled water, most respondents experienced menstrual pain with a mild pain scale of 49 (72.1%). The results of the t-test test are obtained ρ = 0.00 ≤ α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an effect of giving emprit ginger boiled water on reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls aged 15-18 years in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District, Mojokerto. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SPEOS method (Endorphin, Oxytocin & Suggestive Massage Stimulation) on Breast Milk Production in Breastfeeding Mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village, Bekasi Regency in 2022.The research method was carried out using a quantitative research method with an approachQuasi Experimentsby using a statistical testWilcoxon (Not Normal Distribution). The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village, namely 40 people. The sample in this study were breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village using the total sampling technique, the number of samples was 40 people. Data collection with a questionnaire. Data analysis is univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The output of this research is an article published in an Accredited National Journal and an IPR in the form of a pocket book of endorphin massage and oxytocin massage. The results of the study showed that of the 40 breastfeeding mothers, based on their milk production during the pretest, the most were breastfeeding mothers whose milk production was less, namely 57.5% compared to breastfeeding mothers who produced a lot of milk. After doing the SPEOS method (endorphin, oxytocin & suggestive massage stimulation)(post test), breastfeeding mothers whose milk production experienced an increase to 30 people (75%). Meanwhile, breastfeeding mothers whose milk production was less reduced to 10 people (25%).Statistical test results are knownasymp. Sig has a value of 0.000 (P <0.05), so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

The puerperium is the period after delivery up to 40 days when the reproductive organs recover. Postpartum services according to standards are provided to mothers and newborns from 6 hours to 42 days after delivery at least three times through home visits for early detection, treatment, or referral of complications that may occur during the postpartum period, as well as provide an explanation about health in general. One of the efforts made by the government is to procure MCH Handbook equipped with important information for mothers and babies, including screening for early detection of complications. Cadres will assist mothers in maximizing the utilization of MCH handbooks in the obedience of postpartum mothers to carry out postpartum visits, independent screening media for complications of the postpartum period and sources of receiving informational educational counseling during the postpartum period. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of using MCH handbook through the 40 Days CARE method for independently preventing complications in postpartum mothers. The design used was the Pre-Experiment (One Shot Case Study) with a sample of 30 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used T Test (α = 0.05). The results showed p value of 0.000, which means that there was an effect of using MCH handbook through the 40 Days CARE method on independently preventing complications in postpartum mothers. Based on this result, it is known that postpartum assistance has an influence and is effective in increasing the mothers’ independence in detecting and preventing postpartum complications, so the consistency in postpartum assistance and outreach to health cadres regarding this activity are badly needed
