Abstract

Nowadays, with the help of the internet, all information can be obtained quickly and easily including information about all products, this makes consumers smarter and more critical in choosing a product. Sales of men's underwear with the Mario Marcello brand are still not satisfactory from the target set by the company, which is likely due to the increasing competition among similar product providers, which requires the company to be able to compete for new customers and be more vigilant in retaining its customers. This study aims to determine how much the effect of the brand image and price have on purchasing decisions for men's underwear, Mario Marcello brand at Carrefour Tangcity Mall. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population that used is the male consumer of Mario Marcello’s product at Carrefour Tangcity Mall and the sample taken is 100 respondents. From the results of data analysis with the correlation coefficient test, it shows that Brand Image and Price have a positive and strong relationship with Purchasing Decisions. From the results of data analysis with the T hypothesis test shows that brand image and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis F test shows that there is a linear effect between the Brand Image and Price variables on Purchasing Decisions, so the regression model is appropriate and feasible.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the price and quality of the product partially (individually) or simultaneously (jointly) on Purchasing Decisions in the Covid Era (Case Study at PT. Erje London Chemical). The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires, moderate the research method using Simple Random Sampling. The independent variables in this study are Price and Product Quality, while the dependent variable in this study is the Purchasing Decision in the Covid 19 Era. Data collection methods are used by distributing questionnaires directly to consumers who buy products at PT. Erje London Chemical .. The analytical method used in this study uses the coefficient of determination analysis, multiple regression analysis of the F test and t test, using SPSS Version 25.00 which is based on data from 100 consumers who buy products at PT. Erje London Chemical .. The t test shows that the price variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect ((t value of price is 2.843.> T table 1.66071 and .005 <0.05 on Purchasing Decisions in the Covid 19 Era). PT Erje London Chemical) and product quality variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect (t value of product quality is 2.843> t table 1.66071 and .020 <0.05 on Purchasing Decisions in the Covid 19 Era (Case Study at PT Erje London Chemical ) and From the results of the F test, the results obtained for the calculated F value of 30,918 with a significance value of 0.000 so that the F value count> F table or 249.643> 3.09 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that it influences simultaneously (together -sama) between Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions in the Covid 19 Era (Case Study at PT Erje London Chemical) and the adjusted R2 value in this study means that the variance in Purchase decisions in the Covid 19 Era (Case Study at PT Erje London Chemical) and can be explained by the price and product quality through a model of 56.3% and the remaining 43.7% comes from other variables outside of price and product quality variables. Or in other words, the amount of contribution / contribution of price and product quality is 56.3.9%, the remaining 43.7% comes from variables other than price and product quality variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh Citra Merek, Harga Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Biskut Khong Guan. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, sedangkan untuk metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Analisis koefisien korelasi, Analisa regresi linier berganda dan uji F serta uji t. Dari hasil analisis penulis memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Dari analisis linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 5.555 + 0.649X1 + 0.256X2 + 0.191X3. Dari hasil uji F model didapat nilai 1072.525 dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 2.45 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pada uji t diketahui hasil bahwa t hitung untuk citra merek (X1) adalah sebesar 13.637, hasil harga (X2) adalah sebesar 6.700, dan untuk Diskon (X3) adalah 4.005

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in every activity of the organization. For community service organizations to run, in line with expectations and to meet the needs of the community, the organization must have reliable and competitive human resources. Because it's good that an organization must be run by people who can manage existing resources to be effective and efficient so that it can make the organization competitive, creative and innovative. Organizational management must have a strategy in realizing human resources that can realize organizational goals. This study has a goal to be achieved, which is to know the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Public Works Department of Pringsewu Regency. From the analysis of data processing for simple regression analysis, the results of the regression equation with Y = 30.887 + 0.476X2. The acquisition of statistical tests using the t-test on the variable work motivation of employees showed a value of a t-count of 5.357. The decision of the test, the t-value was 5.357. When compared to the prices of the t-student distribution table n = 44 at the real level of 0.05, a critical price of 1.671 is obtained> t-count> t table Conclusions Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or employee work motivation variables are proven to have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The value of R Square (R2) is 0.406. This shows that the motivation variable influences 40% of employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 60.4% is the influence of other independent variables not explained by this research model. The relationship between motivation and job satisfaction was 63.7%”.

Abstract

In the year of 2021more and more challenging. The banking industry facing the urgency of the fundamental reinforecement. No one can predict that the affect of COVID-19 pandemic has already 1 year and the waves affected financial and economy in the country. The banking industry are suffering so much, and the intermediary system is quite slow, especially in the credit granting to banking-customer. The business is practically slowing down and even more, they are on the critical situations, therefore the credit-demand is also slowing down. At the same time, credit quality is becoming worse scenario, due to so many creditor facing bad business situation, and therefore they can not pay the credit installment. On this 2021 situation, the banking industry can not wait preparing the future financial-technology (Fintech), such as developing the infrastructure as well as the products to gain more customer and giving more benefits on digital payment system.
