<![CDATA[Abstract Teachers’ performance determines the quality of educational system. Education will be qualified when teachers are referred to the organized vision, mission, purpose, and goal in order to respond to various changes by generating all potential resources in educational institution. Teachers’ work satisfaction is one of the important aspects which have to be heeded by management in order to increase teachers’ quality of performance. When work satisfaction is fulfilled, teachers will tend to have high morale in doing their job. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of certification allowance, work satisfaction and its effect on teachers’ performance at public junior high schools in Meureubo Subdistrict, West Aceh Regency. <![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inflation, IBCinterest rate, and exchange rate on CSPI. The research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) by using sample of 72 consisted of the entire variable monthly data during 2010 to 2015 with the selection of the sample through a non probability sampling method by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis found inflation, IBC interest rates, and exchange rates simultaneously affect the CSPI. The Inflation and IBC interest rates partially significant negative effect on the CSPI, this means an increase in inflation and IBC interest rates may result decrease value of CSPI. Exchange rates partially significant positive effect on CSPI. <![CDATA[AbstractThis study aims to know the implementation of murabahah financing in PT. BankMuamalat Indonesia branch office Banda Aceh, such as the rule of murabahah financing,the procedure of murabahah financing, and accounting of Murabahah financing and the conformity of its implementation to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 102. The study conducted by using a descriptive method. Descriptive method is to conclude, interpret and clarify the data in accordance with the actual events. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data that obtained from interviews with financing staff in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Banda Aceh. The authors obtained the results of research with a conclusion that the practices in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Banda Aceh is compliance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 102. <![CDATA[Abstract Nowadays, the companies are in the middle of the information competition century. To achieve competitive success, the century information environment requires the new ability of the companies must be owned by the manufacturing and services. A company's ability to process information from a variety of instruments is absolutely need, steer the company to across the complex competitive environment. Company requires instrument which capable of explaining various aspects of the environment and performance in monitoring of travel towards a promising future. Balanced Scorecard provides an instrument that is required to steer the company toward the future success of the competition. An accurate understanding about the goals and methods for achieving it is very vital. Balanced Scorecard translates mission and strategy of the company in to a comprehensive measure that provides a framework for measurement and strategic management system. Scorecard measures the performance of companies on the four perspectives of balanced: financial, customer. internal business processes, and learning growth. Balanced Scorecard enables companies to record financial performance results as well as monitor progress in building the company's ability and to obtain intangible assets that required for future growth. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Salang Subdistrict in the District of Simeulu. It was aimed to evaluate the visibility to run patchouli oil distilation business. The data is primary data collected from the distilation plant at Salang Subdistrict in the District of Simeulu.The data was analized through Net Present Valie (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (net B/C), Payback Priod (PP) in order to evaluate the investment visibility.The result shows this business is visible to be done and invested. This conclusion is based on the result of the Net Present Valie (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (net B/C), Payback Priod (PP) that shows positive result. Therefore the government should pay more attention to develop this business to grow and give more impact on community income. <![CDATA[Abstract— Rantai suplai merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena berkaitan dengan proses bisnis mulai dari rantai paling awal hingga akhir rantai yaitu pelanggan. Menurut Lu (2011: 8), "rantai pasokan pada dasarnya adalah sekelompok organisasi independen yang terhubung bersama melalui produk dan layanan yang mereka berikan secara terpisah dan / atau bersama-sama untuk memberikan nilai pada konsumen akhir". Di Industri perikanan air tawar, manajemen rantai pasok diperlukan untuk memastikan proses produksi berjalan lancar dan bisa memasok barang sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Namun seringkali perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perikanan tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada, salah satu faktor penghambatnya adalah karena minimnya kapasitas produksi yang menghambat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan berdasarkan metode kualitatif dalam pengumpulan dan abstrak data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memiliki masalah yang sama yaitu mereka memiliki kekurangan kapasitas produksi sehingga tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada. Penelitian lebih lanjut juga membuktikan bahwa prinsip integrasi adalah variabel yang paling mudah dipahami oleh petani antara variabel orientasi lainnya.Keywords—Recruitment; Supply Chain Management, Production Capacity, and Fishing Industry]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. This study examines determinants of cost efficiency of banking operation in ASEAN-5 region which includes Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. By using stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to 23 commercial banks in the region in the period of 2005-2012, empirical results reveal certain significant relationship of cost efficiency with individual bank characteristic (return on equity, ROE). Based on the time-varying decay method, we conclude that there is an increase in cost efficiency during the period of study. <![CDATA[AbstrakSalting fish is a food a reatively cheap and has good nutritional content. Request Fishevery day and the Vilage of Kuala Bubon Kabupaten Aceh Barat Kecamatan Samatiga is quite higt, many buyers who buy fish to be used as a side dish food suplplement that can increase profits for businesses dried fish. This study aims to determine how much cost is issued the pocess of salted fish to the fish processing buiness profit in the District of South Kuala Bubon. This research used primary data obtained from direct interview. Responden were interviewed are entrepreneurs household fish processing industry in the District of South Kuala Bubon with a sample of 30 respondents amounted to the designated purpose. Data analysis techhniques used are qualitative descriptive. Research findings indicate operated processing home industry become fish anchovies every month issued a cover fee of Rp.2.617.202 while home industry acceptance emounted Rp.3.953.333.
