Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of the Serang Regency Education Office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program in Serang Banten Regency, to determine the obstacles faced by the Serang Regency Education Office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill their rights. learning children, and to find out the efforts made by the Serang District Education Office. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with depiction of facts, data in the form of language expressions and appropriate and systematic interviews. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Serang Dalan district education office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill children's learning rights has carried out its main duties and functions, namely carrying out regional government affairs in the education sector. So it can be said that the role of the Serang District Education Office is very important in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill children's learning rights. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of legal awareness of the community in Pamengkang Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency about underage marriage in terms of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that describes, describes what is seen, heard, felt, and asked. The data collection techniques that will be carried out by researchers in this study are structured observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that underage marriages in Pamengkang Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency are still occurring due to several factors, namely, traditional factors or local customs, concerns about community gossip when their daughter becomes an old maid (late in marriage) if not married at a young age, weak economic factors, unemployment, low education and school dropouts. This shows that the Pamengkang Village Community is not aware of the law or the level of awareness and legal compliance is still low, especially awareness of the age limit for marriage as regulated in the Marriage Law by not having an underage marriage. Factors that contribute to the lack of awareness and legal compliance of the Pamengkang Village community with the Marriage Law and not having underage marriages are due to factors of education, habit of disobeying the law and lack of socialization and legal counseling of the Marriage Law and the risks of underage marriage by the Government concerned. . Abstract

ABSTRACT Stipulation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2020 concerning Third Amendments to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning Election of Governors, Regents , and the Mayor Becomes Law Becomes Law on August 11, 2020, has stipulated that the simultaneous regional elections in 2020 will be held on December 9, 2020, even though the Covid-19 pandemic is ongoing and there are significant additional positive cases. This research uses a qualitative approach and uses literature study. The results of this study show that there is an increase in voter participation in the 2020 elections for South Tangerang City compared to the 2020 elections, which amounted to 3.06%. The total voter turnout for the 2020 elections was 594,711 voters consisting of 575,725 valid votes, 18,986 invalid votes. The people of South Tangerang City who exercised their voting rights were only 60.93% of the 976,019 DPT stipulated by the South Tangerang City KPU or 381,308 (39.07%) South Tangerang City voters did not exercise their voting rights. Meanwhile, in the 2015 regional elections, voter participation was 57.87% with a total number of voters of 920,115 people and users of voting rights as many as 533,444 people. Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is a medium that has a major role in creating quality humans and providing various aspects of life. The development and progress of a country can be seen from how education can form quality Human Resources (HR). In this digital era, technology development is increasing rapidly. This happens because of the world of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where technology is the fundamental thing in it. Workers in all fields in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are required to have digital skills, such as in the fields of development, economy and education. Various kinds of technology should be applied in preparing for classroom learning. One of the uses of technology in learning that makes this possible is the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Where in reality that learning does not have difficulty in building by space and distance which is impossible if done naturally, but the expected reality can be realized through an innovation or renewal of the educational aspect through the concept of E-Learning. So that the use of existing or updated media is expected to be able to stimulate student motivation to be more interested in learning activities. This study aims to describe how the use of E-Learning-based Learning House media in increasing learning motivation for PPKn class XI TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Kragilan and to see what are the obstacles in using Rumah Belajar media and the efforts that can be made by teachers. in increasing student motivation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled the perceptions of PPKn semester 6 students towards online learning as an alternative learning model during the Covid-19 period at Banten Jaya University in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pancasila and Citizenship Education. This study aims to determine the perceptions of 6th semester PPKn students towards online learning as an alternative learning model during the Covid-19 period at Banten Jaya University for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were 20 PPKn students in semester 6 and 5 PPKn lecturers at Banten Jaya University. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is a research procedure that describes a situation and symptoms that exist in the object to be studied. The results of this study indicate that the perception of 6th semester PPKn students towards online learning as an alternative learning model during the Covid-19 period is considered to have understood in online learning during the Covid-19 period. Students and lecturers assessed that the online learning process was going well by using the WhatsApp application, google classroom and Zoom as learning media. Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of law courses at the Teacher Training and Education Faculty Citizenship Education Program has many similarities with the law study Program. But it also has a striking difference between the two. So that the limitation of delivering law course material in the Citizenship Education Study Program is needed. So that the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and Semester Learning Plan (RPS) can be made proportionally. For this reason, knowing the limitations and adjustments of this law course should be emphasized and clarified. This study uses a library method (desk research) with a Normative Juridical Research approach. From the results of the discussion of this study, it was found that Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) became the basis for determining the required boundaries. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the juridical analysis of regulations related to the architecture of the Yogyakarta Special Region. Whereas the regulation of architectural buildings with cultural characteristics has been regulated in several regional regulations, including regional regulations, governor regulations, and mayor regulations. This research is a library research (library research) and combined with field research that is descriptive analytical. So that bringing up the form of approach is a normative approach. The results of this study are regulations related to architectural regulations that characterize the Special Region of Yogyakarta experiencing strengthening in terms of its jurisdiction, especially with the birth of Regional Regulation with the birth of Yogyakarta Special Region Regulation Number 1 Year 2017 Concerning Distinctive Characteristics of Yogyakarta Special Region. In terms of the substance of the existing regulations will strengthen the legal umbrella of Yogyakarta's architectural pluralism, strengthen the area of ​​cultural heritage and the area of ​​cultural heritage. Abstract

Abstract This paper is a comparative study between Vietnam and Indonesia in handling COVID-19. The comparison between the two countries is viewed from the political approach of the government. The aim is to find out how to handle the crisis in two countries that have different political and governmental systems. The main finding of this study is that countries with communist (centralized) forms of government have better command and coordination, compared to democratic (decentralized) countries when facing a crisis, in this case study COVID-19. This paper is a qualitative research with data collection techniques is literature study. There are differences in responses that have an impact on handling in Indonesia and Vietnam. This difference in handling is related to the centralized system of communism or one command that makes clear and firm instructions in dealing with COVID-19 so that victims can be minimized. In contrast to Vietnam, Indonesia as a decentralized democracy has a slow pace and different policies between the center and the regions. This condition causes confusion in coordination so that people experience misinformation in their understanding of COVID-19, which then has an impact on increasing the number of positive cases of COVID-19.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) Provide understanding to the wider community of the principles contained in Pancasila, 2) To educate the public about the importance of implementing Pancasila values in daily activities. This study uses a literature study method that collects various information and facts from several documents related to the research question, namely Pancasila and its implementation in society. As an ideological concept for the nation, Pancasila is formed from the superior values of the Indonesian nation which are the basis of belief in achieving the goals and ideals of the nation. Pancasila contains values or principles that are useful to be applied and implemented in daily activities in the community. As citizens of Indonesia, it is necessary to pay attention to and realize the importance of implementing Pancasila values so that bad things such as conflicts and divisions do not occur. The existence of cases of conflict and division is a result of the lack of awareness of citizens of the importance of Pancasila as a guide to achieve the goals and ideals of the nation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School in Serang City, with the aim of 1) To determine the Efforts of PPKn Teachers in Implementing Discipline Attitudes to Improve Student Learning Achievement in Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School, Serang City. 2) Knowing the factors that inhibit PPKn Teacher Efforts in Implementing Discipline Attitudes to Improve Student Achievement in Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School, Serang City. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis used is to use triangulation with data reduction techniques, data display and data fermentation. The results obtained in this study are that the teacher has made an effort to apply disciplinary attitudes quite well by providing a positive attitude to students, applying appropriate rules and sanctions for students, implementing interesting and fun learning for students. While the factors that affect the inhibition of the teacher's efforts in implementing disciplinary attitudes to improve student learning achievement are mainly influenced by two factors, namely internal and external, where internal originates from within the student itself, such as will, habits, physical and psychological factors. Meanwhile, external factors come from the learning environment and social environment.
