Abstract

One variable of deciding nature of instruction is instructor's job. As a calling, educators are required have the option to develop and foster as per improvement of science and innovation. The improvement of science and innovation that quickly has a major effect on advancement of instruction so there are requests for expanded quality instructive administrations to understudies. In this manner doing educators proficient advancement in ceaseless and supported by the necessities of the educators, gatherings of educators and institutions is vital. To instructors can foster their expert, educators should be acquainted with different models of instructors proficient advancement so they can comprehend and carry out. Different models of instructors proficient improvement really has been concentrated by specialists of schooling that educators can have a wide information on the calling. Understanding educators on proficient advancement model is supposed to prod them become proficient educators in playing out their obligations. Educators proficient advancement should be finished as per the requirements of instructors with the goal that they proceed to develop and create. Abstract

The use of video games in Islamic religious education is currently still not widely practiced. This is due to the idea that video games cannot be used as learning media because of their tertiary nature. This article then aims to present theoretical and practical studies on how to use and utilize video games as a medium in learning PAI. This article was compiled using a qualitative approach supported by data collection methods in the form of literature studies. From the results of the study, it was found that theoretically video games can be used in PAI learning seen from their role as a medium for transferring information and values, which can then be realized practically in several ways, including building the entire video game system, interpreting values in video games, and collaboration with various other media.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time when humans search for their own identity. Many of them cannot find their identity as a result of some of their influences. Until now, various forms of juvenile delinquency are often found. However, it is difficult to eliminate the forms of risk of deviant behavior carried out by teenagers today because this is influenced by friends, family, parents or schools. This study aims to determine the extent to which schools can manage the risk of juvenile delinquency in their students. With research conducted qualitatively, it gives the result that schools manage the risk of delinquency by conducting seminars, guidance from counseling teachers and so on. If, it is found that students violate it, the school will give a warning before taking further action, namely expelling them from school.

Abstract

A successful and influential teacher is a teacher who can be a good relationship in terms of teaching, communication, and have the best impression on his students if the teacher teaches with full expertise in educating, training, teaching. This study aims to examine teacher innovation in creating successful and influential learning communication. By using qualitative methods of literature or contect review, which is very helpful in providing context and meaning in analyzing the meaning of innovation, successful teacher learning communication. The results of this study illustrate first, teachers innovate, starting from curriculum innovation, understanding innovating and creativity in student learning processes, modalities, developing strategies, methods, learning models and canva application media that create interesting learning and seem effective and efficient. Second, interactive teacher and student communication Messages are conveyed in the form of material or teachings both verbally and non-verbally. Third, teachers who have four competencies. They are pedagogic, professional, personal and social. Successful teachers are professional teachers, teachers who are ready to face the challenges of the times, teachers who are ready to innovate, work and be creative. Teachers who teach expect the value of worship and shape the character of teachers and students.

Abstract

Learning is essentially very related to how to attract students' interest in an active learning process. Interest is a major factor in developing student potential and has a very large influence on activity and success in learning. Students who have an interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects will study seriously, such as being happy in taking lessons and studying diligently both at school and at home because there is a special attraction to Islamic Religious Education subjects. If they do not have an interest in learning, students will not have enthusiasm in learning and may even find difficulties in learning Islamic Religious Education. In the learning process there are three main components that influence each other, namely (1) learning conditions, (2) learning methods, (3) learning outcomes. The research that the researchers carried out was a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research. PTK is a study that is relatively increasing, deepening, and improving and is carried out collaboratively. which is reflective by taking certain actions in order to improve and remember the quality of learning in the classroom aims to improve and improve the quality of lessons. .30%. Second, classically students who have completed learning from 35.30% pre-cycle and at the end of cycle II in this study students who obtained grades according to KKM reached 85.30%.
