Abstract

Quadrocopter is an aerial vehicle platform that has become very popular among researchers from the past because it has advantages compared to conventional helicopters. The quadrocopter design is very simple and unique but seen from an unstable aerodynamic standpoint. From existing research, researchers have proposed many control system designs for quadrocopter. In this study, the author presents a fuzzy logic controller for quadrocopter. The method in this research is by designing hardware. After that the design for fuzzy controllers. Then the designed fuzzy controller is tested in the Hardware In Loop (HIL) setting. The experimental results and validation of the controller application functions are considered satisfactory and it is concluded that it is possible to stabilize quadrocopter with fuzzy logic controller.

Abstract

Kerupuk jengkol merupakan makanan tambahan sebagai pelengkap hidangan. Kerupuk jengkol banyak sekali penggemarnya dari kalangan anak-anak, muda dan orang tua. Hal ini disebabkan kerupuk jengkol itu renyah serta gurih dan dapat menyesuaikan jenis hidangan yang disantap. Disekitar kita banyak sekali tentang jenis kerupuk jengkol yaitu kerupuk jengkol yang berbentuk lingkaran. Hampir semua pembuat kerupuk jengkol, khususnya kalangan menengah kebawah dapat dikatakan sangat memerlukan sentuhan teknologi dalam pemotongan gendar kerupuk jengkol. Kebutuhan akan kerupuk jengkol oleh masyarakat semakin bertambah, sedang industri pembuat kerupuk jengkol belum dapat mengimbangi akan kebutuhan konsumen. Sampai sekarang industri kecil dalam hal proses pemotongan gendar kerupuk  jengkol masih manual, yaitu memakai pisau sehingga hasil yang didapatkan sedikit, tidak seragam dan waktu yang dibutuhkan lama dan proses pengadukan. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan kebutuhan akan kerupuk jengkol untuk dikonsumsi terbatas. Bagi industri kecil kesulitan tersebut diatas belum terpecahkan, sehingga diperlukan inovasi program pengembangan Teknologi, khususnya proses pemotongan gendar kerupuk jengkol. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah membuat mesin pemotong gendar kerupuk jengkol dan mesin pengaduk yang mampu bekerja secara efektif, sehingga meringankan beban UKM. Metode yang ditawarkan: Survey, perancangan komponen, desain mesin, pembuatan, pengujian mesin, evaluasi, pembuatan laporan. Hasil yang didapatkan  mesin ini adalah 10 batang gendar kerupuk rambak seberat 5 kg proses pemotongan membutuhkan waktu 10 menit, karena proses pemotongan dengan menggunakan mesin. Dengan demikian hasil rekayasa dapat dikatakan dapat bekerja dengan baik, seperti yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The development of automotive technology in Indonesia is directly proportional to the use of a lubricant that consumption is also developed from the technology. But from the proposal, we could not confirm whether the factory owners of output oil is better than the oil output in the factories. Of motor vehicle, gas emissions as a source of air pollution reached 60-70 % largest, compared to an industry that is only around 10-15 %. the remembrance of the danger of exhaust gas emissions, business needs to be to control air pollution so that the negative impact of mankind can be minimized. This report is written with the experimental methods, by doing observation experiment every new brand oil and gas emissions. This report is written with the experimental methods are, with supervising the case spread experiment luminance to the change of a brand oil and test it of gas emission of the exhaust. The results of this honda motor vehicle Scoopy 2013 is better to use the oil the list of top 1 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 64.6 oC. Honda motor vehicle scoopy 2015 is better to use the Ahm Mpx2 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 73.6 oC Honda motor vehicle scoopy 2017 is better to use the Top 1 oil because having the value of the wide range of temperatures 66.7 oC. Condition and exhaust gas emissions could be lowered in concluded that honda Scoopy 2013 with Top 1 oil is about CO which better for that which is 0.96 while for the program the nature of all that HC and CO2 that is good uses Ahm Mpx2 oil. Honda Scoopy 2015 with Ahm Mpx2 oil is about CO, HC, and CO2 who good and stable. Honda Scoopy 2017 with Top 1 oil is about CO which better for that which is 0.81 while for the program the nature of all that HC that is good uses Ahm Mpx2 oil and CO2 that is good use Evalube oil.

Abstract

Onset temperature is one of the most important parameters in thermoacoustic generator to be researched. In that application, onset temperature can representated how many the performance of this device, if seen by input energy, used the system of the thermoacoustic generator. Decreasing onset temperature so decreases the energy that used to generate acoustic energy in thermoacoustic generator. In this researched would be done research of variation of tilted angles -90º, 0º, dan 90º with constant 780 mm of resonator length. The method used two thermocouples installed between the stack side to measure temperature of HHX and CHX, and the ΔT called onset temperature. It would be found the effective tilted angle that used, so the performance is on the best value represented by the least onset temperature. The result is when the tilted angle decrease so the onset temperature became decreased too. In this research, if seen by the input energy, the best performance of thermoacoustic generator is on -90º of tilted angle.

Abstract

One of the environmental issues to be addressed, particularly in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, is the destruction of the ozone layer and the effects of global warming due to the use of environmentally inefficient refrigerants. In the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, refrigerant as a cooling medium, plays an important role, and until now there is still the use of refrigerant materials that are not environmentally friendly, generally synthetic refrigerant. One alternative refrigerant replacement against the synthetic refrigerant is hydrocarbon refrigerant (HC). On the other hand, several ways can improve the performance of refrigeration system by lowering the temperature of liquid line using liquid to suction heat exchanger. In this study, a numerical simulation was conducted to examine the effect of using liquid to suction heat exchanger on the performance of a unitary air-conditioning system using hydrocarbon refrigerant as a coolant fluid. The results are, liquid to suction heat exchanger increase refrigeration effect by raising heat exchanger effectivity, the highest increase is about 7%. But the use of LSHX also rises up the compression work by increasing heat exchanger effectivity by 19%. So the Coefficient of performance (COP) and relative capacity index decrease by 5%. Decreasing performance is higher in the unit that operates at higher temperatures.
