Abstract

Indonesia is a country located in the equator, which has beautiful natural. It has a mountainous constellation, beaches and wider oceans than land, so that Indonesia has extraordinary natural beauty assets compared to other countries. Behind the beauty of natural it turns out that it has many potential natural disasters in almost all provinces in Indonesia, in the form of landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, Mount Meletus and others. The problem is that the government must have accurate data to deal with disasters throughout the province, where disaster data can be in categories or groups of regions into very vulnerable, medium, and low disaster areas. It is often found when a disaster occurs, many found that the distribution of long-term assistance because the stock for disaster-prone areas is not well available. In the study, it will be proposed to group disaster-prone areas throughout the province in Indonesia using the k-means algorithm. The expected results can group all regions that are very prone to disasters. Thus, the results can be Province West java, central java very vulnerable categories, provinces Aceh, North Sumatera, West Sumatera, east Java and North Sulawesi in the medium category, provinces Bengkulu, Lampung, Riau Island, Babel, DIY, Bali, West Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua, west Papua including of rare categories. With the results obtained in this study, the government can map disaster-prone areas as well as prepare emergency response assistance quickly. In order to reduce the death toll and it is important to improve the services of disaster victims. With accurate data can provide prompt and appropriate assistance for victims of natural disasters.

Abstract

Al Ma'soem pharmacy headquartered at Jl. Horse Race No. 46 Arcamanik Bandung, currently has 17 branches of pharmacies spread across several cities and regencies in West Java, including Bandung, Sumedang, Majalengka, Garut, and Cianjur. Good governance system makes Apotek Al Ma'soem grow and develop rapidly in several cities and districts in West Java. In the sales system has been supported with adequate information technology, so that drug sales services can be done effectively. The method used to assess the supply of drugs in pharmacies is to use the last price method. The impact of the application of the method of inventory value becomes unreal because the price used to assess the inventory is not the actual cost, but the last price entered. Likewise, the gross profit generated by the system becomes unreal because the gross profit generated by the system is not the difference between the selling price and the acquisition price, increment the difference between the selling price and the last price. This will certainly make it difficult for the financial section to calculate and make adjusting entries because there will be differences between cash flow reports with inventory reports, purchases and sales generated by the system.The purpose of this research is to develop inventory system using FIFO (First In First Out) model, which is to assess inventory according to its cost. The goal is to generate inventory reports and real gross sales income, making it easier for the financial section in preparing financial statements and minimize the occurrence of financial fraud. The system development method used is a prototype with the stages of collecting all the needs, building prototyping, prototyping evaluation, encoding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, and using the system.The development of this system can result in reports of drug supplies and real gross earnings so as to minimize the occurrence of financial fraud resulting from the difference in nominal value of money with the value contained in the report, as well as facilitate and streamline the work of the financial section in loading financial statements.

Abstract

In the process of employee recruitment, generally begins with the application process in order to get applicant information so that the company can select employee candidates according to the needs of the company. This process has a long flow and involves prospective employees or applicants, the HRD (Human Resources Department) and the division of each part to carry out the process of information exchange or often called a PIC (Person in Charge). Some of the obstacles that are often experienced are applicant files that are often swapped, lost or scattered, providing timetable information and the results of test evaluations to expensive and uncertain applicants and coordination with slow parts of PIC makes it difficult for companies to get the best candidates and lose the opportunity to save money. Online employee admission applications are offered by researchers as a solution to solve the problem. Functionally the application created can store data and applicant files in the form of softcopy, provide notifications via e-mail, save test results, provide facilities for coordinating schedules and results of PIC evaluations and schedule response facilities. The non-functional system is able to maintain file security, has a graphical interface and is responsive and error handling. In this study used the development of a prototyping system while the Software development used was the Unified process, while the implementation device used the CodeIgniter framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the DBMS.

Abstract

PT. Padjadjaran Hospital Jatinangor Division of Padjadjaran Clinic requires the handling of a work system process that is fast and accurate to meet the demands of improving the quality of its human resources that have an impact on service to patients. Because still using a manual system results in frequent data and information inaccuracies.The design of SIstem Informasi Penggajian uses design tools in the form of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The diagrams used include: Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, Flowmaps, and E-R Diagrams. This application uses Visual Studio 2010 with Vb.Net based on client server and Database uses MySQL with good security and data integration and supports transactional programs. After going through several stages of design, this application is expected to facilitate data collection and reporting and minimize data errors and provide a smooth payroll process.As for the advantages of this payroll application is to use the finger print machine so data validation will be guaranteed and employees will obey, discipline, and employees cannot manipulate attendance data.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan perkuliahan praktikum yang ada di STKOM Al Ma’soem adalah matakuliah Java Fundamental. Matakuliah ini merupakan salah satu matakuliah penting dan wajib yang harus dipahami oleh mahasiswa yang ingin mempelajari bahasa pemograman berbasis objek (OOP). Dalam kegiatan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental, menggunakan dua buah software aplikasi yaitu : Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot. Metode pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara penyampaian teori oleh Dosen kurang lebih dua puluh menit, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktikum yang materi dan panduannya ada pada modul dan video yang didownload dari Youtube. Modul kuliah yang ada sekarang masih disajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Inggris yang bersumber pada website Oracle Academy, hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya referensi yang menyajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia. Adapun video yang didownload dari Youtube, isi materinya belum lengkap dan tidak memiliki tahapan materi setiap pertemuannya.Dalam rancang bangun video tutorial ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia. Dimana metode multimedia ini terdiri dari enam tahapan, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution.Hasil akhir dari rancang bangun video turial ini, menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi multimedia interaktif yang bisa dijalankan di perangkat komputer dan Handphone Android. Dimana penggambaran hasilnya disajikan dalam project multimedia dan preview program aplikasi. Sedangkan untuk perangkat pengembangannya menggunakan usecase diagram dan storyboard.Dengan adanya video turial pembelajaran Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot pada matakuliah Java fundamental, diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada kegiatan belajar mengajar perkuliahan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental di STKOM Al Ma’soem. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempelajari materi tersebut di luar jam perkuliahan.

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is one of the distribution issues which is long discussed in the optimization review, where the review problem is how a salesman visits the entire travel route within the coverage area and returns to the starting point of departure with the rule that no destination should be visited more than once. PT. Panjunan is a company engaged in the products distribution of various principles. Currently the managing process of customer location data at the company is still not maximal due to the absence of calculations in every daily visit routes so it impact on the effectiveness of time. In addition, the absence of visualization of real customer data on the field leads to the error distribution and marketing of goods which is uneven, not on target and impact on the decline in sales value. One of the techniques used to accelerate the search solutions of TSP problems is to use an insertion algorithm, or also called the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm. The discussion of this research is to study and apply CIH algorithm in determining the optimization of daily sales traffic route with the aim of this research is to make daily trip route optimization program by applying Cheapest Insertion Heuristics algorithm and provide real customer data visualization on original map in the field as analysis material for operational team and management by utilizing Google Maps API service. System development method used in this research using waterfall model with implementation tools is laravel framework and mySQL as DBMS.

Abstract

CV Niasa is a company that engaged in the produce of foods namely chocolate and cakes. CV Niasa Provides chocolate and cakes with various types of shapes and flavors. However, the attendance system that the employee used is still very simple, in recording employee attendance. Is it very inefficient and ineffective because it spend a lot of time and the risk of error is relatively greater in recording of each employee’s absence. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system of employee attendance recording with the aim that the attendance recording activities will be more effective and efficient both in terms of time, and in terms of reducing the risk of error and can also facilitate the presentation of annual reports so that it can facilitate leaders to make decisions.             In the use of the program, the author chose to use Visual Basic programming 2010, because Visual Basic 2010 is the best and easiest to use in any programming language. Based on the background above, the author intends to make a computerized attendance system with the hope that employee attendance activities become more effective and efficient. Abstract

Transportasi memegang peran kunci dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian. Informasi mengenai angkutan umum di Kota Cirebon sangatlah minim dan jauh dari sentuhan teknologi, penyebab utama permasalahan masyarakat Kota Cirebon yaitu tidak terlalu minat dengan angkutan umum, menyebabkan pendatang enggan bertanya dengan alasan kepercayaan atau malu dan mengalami kebingungan ketika akan menaik angkot, sehingga terjadi penumpukan kendaraan yang melatarbelakangi kemacetan di jalan pada jam-jam tertentu. Metode yang menjadi dasar dalam perancangan SIG ini adalah melalui pendekatan Google Map Api yang dapat menemukan jalur angkot tercepat di Kota Cirebon dengan menyertakan faktor kecepatan dan waktu tempuh ke tempat tujuan, sehingga sistem informasi geografis yang telah dibuat dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat.Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi pencarian tentang beberapa jalur transportasi angkutan umum, serta dapat menampilkan fasilitas umum seperti Mall, Rumah Sakit, Bank dan masih banyak yang lainnya yang dilewati berada berada di jalur transportasi angkutan umum. Sehingga sistem yang telah dibuat informasinya dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat ketika ingin bepergian.

Abstract

Color blindness test is one way to find out whether a person has color blindness or not, is usually done with the Ishihara method. This Ishihara method is a method where when running a test with this method, the patient is usually faced with a book containing a circle pattern (disk) with many points of various colors and sizes in it. The circle pattern is usually 14, 24 and 38 dishes. Tests like this are usually done in health agencies, one of which is the Cahaya Insani Clinic in Garut, West Java. The process of implementing a color-blind test is still done manually where people who want to do a color-blind test must come directly to the clinic, making people who did color-blind tests had to be willing to wait a long time to be able to do a color-blind test. In addition to these problems, the lack of knowledge and understanding of the community regarding color blindness, makes people less aware of the importance of color-blinding tests early on. Therefore, a media is needed that can do color blindness tests quickly and easily, coupled with information about color blindness that can provide insight to the community. Mobile based application Android is one of the right media to make it easy for people to obtain information. Starting from this, then made an Android-based color blindness test application to make it easier for people to do color blindness tests anytime and anywhere, and can used as a medium of information about color blindness.

Abstract

The concept of digital learning or e-learning is now widely applied in many universities. in this research is done architecture design of e-learning information system equipped with e-library as storage media of material needed in learning and also as media of search of library material which amount is not limited. The background of this architectural design is two, which is less effective teaching and learning activities when there is holiday or lecturer absence and the last is the limited number of library  materials in hardcopy. E-learning and e-library as one of the impacts of information technology advances can be utilized to overcome the obstacles in STKOM Al Ma'soem. With e-learning lecturers can provide lectures without having to  face-to-face with students. Whereas with the use of e-library students can get library materials online without limited space and time.
