a b s t r a c tOne method of decision support system is the method of profile matching, this study builds a decision support system in the selection of outstanding employees at the Bank Indonesia Regional Office of Aceh Province which is expected to assist decision makers in deciding the best alternatives in the selection of outstanding employees. By using profile matching that can process and compare the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so it can know the difference of competence (also called gap), the smaller the resulting gap the greater the value of value which means have the opportunity greater to be recommended as an outstanding employee. Decision Support System (DSS) can take into account all the criteria that support decision-making to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process. The results of this study will generate a ranking ranking of employees and this application can assist decision makers (decission maker) in choosing an alternative employee who excel.Keywords:Decision Support System, Employee Achievement, Profile Profile matching a b s t r a kSalah satu metode sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode profile matching, penelitian ini membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan karyawan berprestasi di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Aceh yang diharapkan dapat membantu para pembuat keputusan dalam memutuskan alternatif-alternatif terbaik dalam pemilihan karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menggunakan profile matching yang dapat memproses dan membandingkan antara nilai data aktual dari suatu profil yang akan dinilai dengan nilai profil yang diharapkan, sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya (disebut juga gap), semakin kecil gap yang dihasilkan maka bobot nilainya semakin besar yang berarti memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk direkomendasikan sebagai karyawan berprestasi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna membantu mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini akan menghasilkan urutan rangking dari karyawan dan aplikasi ini dapat membantu pengambil keputusan (decission maker) dalam memilih alternatif karyawan yang berprestasi.Kata Kunci:Decision Support System, Karyawan Berprestasi, Metode Profile matching

a b s t r a c tof reference codes on a programming language and software evaluation. Today, most Source code library for the purposes of learning software developers in the form of documentation of the use of a programming language that can be accessed through the official website developer programming languages, forum and various blogs. Because of the complexity of the features most web-based Source code library can only be accessed through the website and some others have provided documentation on each software vendor from the developers company the device. This research tries to construct a model of the application Source code library that can be used as a form of documentation for learning the use of various programming languages flexibly both in online and offline. The application allows the renewal of data/content Source code library at a time when the Internet is still available or at the time of the user's area does not have a network the Internet. In the implementation of this research will be divided in three stages, namely data collection pre development, development and implementation, and data collection of post-war development. Data collection pre development intended to get a preliminary study about the provision the core issue at hand, while the development and implementation phase focuses on model software design into diagrams and make the programming code to implement the design that has been created. While the data collection stage of the post-war development was for revamping the application made in conclusion, withdrawal, and suggestions for further research topics.Keywords:Application, Source code library, software development a b s t r a kSource code library memungkinkan pengajar, programer maupun pelajar dan pengembang perangkat lunak untuk mendapatkan berbagai referensi kode-kode pada sebuah bahasa pemrograman perangkat lunak dan memberikan evaluasi. Saat ini, kebanyakan Source code library untuk keperluan pembelajaran pengembang perangkat lunak berupa dokumentasi penggunaan suatu bahasa pemrograman yang dapat diakses melalui website resmi pengembang bahasa pemrograman, forum dan berbagai blog. Karena kompleksitas fiturnya kebanyakan web-based Source code library hanya dapat diakses melalui website dan sebagian lainnya telah disediakan dokumentasi pada setiap software vendor dari perusahaan pengembang perangkat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model aplikasi Source code library yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk dokumentasi pembelajaran penggunaan berbagai bahasa pemrograman secara fleksibel baik dalam kondisi online maupun offline. Aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pembaharuan data/konten Source code library pada saat Internet masih tersedia atau pada saat pengguna pada area tidak memiliki jaringan Internet. Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini akan dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Pengumpulan data pra pengembangan dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan bekal studi pendahuluan tentang inti masalah yang sedang dihadapi, sedangkan tahap pengembangan dan implementasi berfokus pada memodelkan perancangan perangkat lunak ke dalam diagram dan membuat kode pemrograman untuk mengimplementasikan perancangan yang telah dibuat. Sedangkan tahapan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan adalah untuk pembenahan aplikasi yang dibuat, penarikan kesimpulan, dan saran untuk topik penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi, Source code library, pengembangan perangkat lunak

a b s t r a c tThe development of flood early warning technology has grown rapidly. The technology has led to an increase in technology in terms of communication and information. Internet of Things technology (IoTs) has provided a major influence on the development of early warning information system. In this article a protipe-based flood monitoring information system of Google Maps have been designed by integrating Ultrasonic sensors as the height of the detector, the Arduino Uno as a processor, U-Blox GPS modules Neo 6 m GSM module and as the sender of data is the height of the water and the coordinates to the station of the system informais flood. Teknologi tersebut telah mengarah kepada peningkatan di segi teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoTs) telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan sistem informasi peringatan dini. Didalam artikel ini sebuah protipe sistem informasi monitoring banjir berbasis Google Maps telah dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan sensor ultrasonik sebagai pendeteksi ketinggian, Arduino Uno sebagai pemroses, modul GPS U-Blox Neo 6m dan modul GSM sebagai pengirim data ketinggian air dan koordinat ke stasion sistem informais banjir. a b s t r a c tInventory management is an activity undertaken by a company that is needed in making decisions so that the need for materials or goods for the purposes of the company's activities both production and sales can be met optimally with the least risk possible. Over-inventory is wasteful because it causes too high loads for storage and maintenance during storage at the warehouse. This research tries to build an inventory application by applying EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method as the base of development. This research method is divided into three stages, namely data collection pre-development, development and implementation, and data collection post-development. The result of this research is inventory application with EOQ Probabilistic method with emphasizing result with graph form to facilitate company owner in making decision. Inventory management system built using HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap as a media in interface design. While PHP as the server side and MySQL as the database.Keywords:Application, Inventory Management, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) a b s t r a kManajemen persediaan barang merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan yang diperlukan dalam membuat keputusan sehingga kebutuhan akan bahan ataupun barang untuk keperluan kegiatan perusahaan baik produksi maupun penjualan dapat terpenuhi secara optimal dengan resiko yang sekecil mungkin. Persediaan yang terlalu besar (over stock) merupakan pemborosan karena menyebabkan terlalu tingginya beban-beban biaya guna penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan selama penyimpanan di gudang. Penelitian ini mencoba membangun sebuah aplikasi persediaan dengan menerapkan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) sebagai dasar pengembangan. Metode penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi persediaan dengan metode EOQ Probabilistik yang dengan menitikberatkan hasil dengan bentuk grafik untuk mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Sistem manajemen persediaan yang dibangun dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap sebagai media dalam perancangan antar muka. a b s t r a c tThis study aims to design a new system and method of application program Al-Faraidh as a medium of learning fiqih mawaris in MAN Model Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, that is by collecting data through interview with fiqih teachers and literature study. The study of jurisprudence is difficult to achieve the expected competence, mawaris calculation is also still done manually. Students tend to be less interested in learning fiqih mawaris because it is considered too difficult. Therefore it is necessary to design an application program as a learning medium that facilitates and attracts students' attention. The design of the web-based application program can process the data muwaris (person who left the heirs), data of heirs along with his position against muwaris, heirs, muwaris reports, and recapitals report on the division of inheritance. The application program is expected to be an effective solution of the problem, thus simplifying the process of calculating the inheritance, especially in the process of learning.Keywords:Applications Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Learning a b s t r a kPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem dan metode baru berupa program aplikasi Al-Faraidh sebagai media pembelajaran fiqih mawaris di MAN Model Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan Guru Fiqih dan studi pustaka. Pembelajaran fiqih mawaris sulit mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan, perhitungan mawarisnya juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Siswa cenderung kurang tertarik mempelajari fiqih mawaris karena dianggap terlalu sulit. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah rancangan program aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dan menarik perhatian siswa. Rancangan program aplikasi yang berbasis web tersebut dapat mengolah data muwaris (orang yang meninggalkan harta waris), data ahli waris beserta kedudukannya terhadap muwaris, harta waris, laporan muwaris, dan laporan rekap hasil pembagian harta waris. Program aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dari permasalahan tersebut, sehingga mempermudah proses perhitungan harta waris, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Pembelajaran

At this time the feedback service that has been run still using the system of phone calls and sms. Service using the phone is a practical service performed by the customer and get a fast response from the service provider. However, the service using the phone or sms does not provide a recap or record of feedback from customers or companies. The purpose of this information system development is to design and build a customer feedback system based computer hosting systematic, structured and directed at the CV. E-Padi Corporation. Customer feedback information system generated to process Domain data and hosting customers, especially on the corporate environment CV. E-Padi Corporation with the results of form data user, Domain, hosting and feedback. The resulting report is customer feedback data and overall customer data. Layanan menggunakan telepon merupakan layanan praktis yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan dan mendapatkan respon yang cepat dari penyedia layanan. Akan tetapi layanan menggunakan telepon maupun sms tidak menyediakan rekap atau record dari feedback dari pelanggan maupun perusahaan. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah merancang dan membangun suatu sistem informasi feedback pelanggan hosting berbasis komputer yang sistematis, terstruktur dan terarah pada CV. E-Padi Corporation. Sistem informasi feedback pelanggan yang dihasilkan dapat mengolah data Domain dan hosting pelanggan khususnya pada lingkungan perusahaan CV. E-Padi Corporation dengan hasil berupa form data user, Domain, hosting dan feedback. Laporan yang dihasilkan adalah data feedback pelanggan dan data pelanggan secara keseluruhan. a b s t r a c tThe fire disaster was one of the disasters that frequently occurred in Indonesia. Fires often occur in particular in the area of dense population average is affected by the presence of shorting electric and gas leakage from household kitchens. many cases fires are known at the time of the fire, and little has happened can be detected early. Based on community-based information system that has been done today, then needed a fire disaster information systems that can provide information and notification in real-time in the form of initial conditions information from source fire and its location to the firefighter or the community effectively and efficiently. The purpose of the research was the design of a prototype fire information system building based Google Map using lines of communication the GSM module. The prototype was built using the DHT11 temperature sensor, Sensor Smoke MQ2, Arduino Uno, GPS module and GSM modem SIM9000. The research produces information systems monitoring fires in two systems namely fire detection system and information systems fire location based Google Maps. Both systems have been run in accordance with experiments that have been conducted resulting in fire occurrence data location information with data on the condition of the presence of smoke and temperature/temperature. And expected with this prototype development research community or parties associated with catastrophic fires can be helped to anticipate disasters and takes a lot of sacrifice.Keywords: Early Warning Systems, Fire, GSM, Google Maps, Arduino a b s t r a kBencana kebakaran merupakan salah satu bencana yang kerap terjadi di Indonesia. Kebakaran sering kali terjadi khususnya di kawasan padat penduduk yang rata-rata dipengaruhi oleh adanya korslet listrik dan kebocoran gas dari dapur rumah tangga. banyak kasus kebakaran diketahui pada saat sudah terjadi kebakaran dan sedikit dapat dideteksi lebih awal. Berdasarkan sistem informasi berbasis masyarakat yang telah dilakukan saat ini, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi bencana kebakaran yang dapat memberikan notifikasi dan informasi secara real-time dalam bentuk informasi dari awal kondisi sumber kebakaran dan lokasinya kepada pihak petugas pemadam kebakaran maupun masyarakat secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian adalah perancangan prototipe sistem informasi kebakaran gedung berbasis Google Map dengan menggunakan jalur komunikasi modul GSM. Prototipe dibangun menggunakan sensor suhu DHT11, Sensor Asap MQ2, Arduino Uno, modul GPS dan modem GSM SIM9000. Penelitian menghasilkan sistem informasi monitoring kebakaran dalam dua sistem yaitu sistem deteksi kebakaran dan sistem informasi lokasi kebakaran yang berbasis Google Maps. Kedua sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan percobaan yang telah dilakukan sehingga menghasilkan informasi data lokasi terjadinya kebakaran beserta data kondisi adanya asap dan suhu/temperatur. Dan diharapkan dengan penelitian pengembangan prototipe ini maka masyarakat atau pihak terkait dengan bencana kebakaran dapat terbantu untuk mengantisipasi bencana yang lebih besar dan memakan banyak korban.Kata Kunci:Sistem Peringatan Dini, Kebakaran, GSM, Google Maps, Arduino
