In the era of globalization, the existence of a country is seen from the quantity and quality of development, especially development that is physical and material. When this material development gets good grades, the dots on the non-physical development side will be covered explicitly or implicitly. Once the masculine parameters of development in this globalization era. Therefore, it is only natural when development on all fronts is finally nuanced masculine. Feminine values become something that is very difficult to be accepted in physical and material development. Islam views development with a very feminine perspective. This can be seen from the development in Islam which is not only emphasized on physical development but also non-physical development.

As a reality, conflict can occur anywhere, whenever and experienced by anyone due to certain factors, one of which is the process and the results of the Election of Village Heads (PILKADES). Election of Village Head which is carried out directly to elect village leaders, in practice it is often to use money politics and "black campaigns". The PILKADES conflict is rooted in the interests of Botoh (gambling bettors), entrepreneurs and some of their supporters who are trying to win one of the KADES candidates. Efforts are being taken, among others, by developing issues based on personality character and social values to attack the opposing parties resulting in a war of issues and psychological conflicts that manifest in the form of mobilization of time. However, the mobilizations of the people do not develop into physical violence because the conflict can be effectively controlled by the kyai. Implementation of the role of Kyai in controlling PILKADES conflicts are carried out these ways: 1) engaging in informal political discussion; 2) individual communication with political officials; 3) carry out education to the community to strengthen social ties between them, and 4) plunge directly into the field to control and disband the people

At the practical level, pesantren as an organization (noble industry), has significantly colored today's social reality. Therefore, the existence of pesantren continues to play its role dynamically and provides various contributions. This view cannot be separated from the culture and scientific traditions of pesantren which are coherently preserved. The dynamics of pesantren institutional development, its essence cannot be separated from the value system, and become core beliefs and core values in the life of pesantren, including in the management and development of pesantren educational organization culture. Internalization of these values is part of the kiai's construction of his understanding of the Qur'an and al-Hadith. In this context, the value system built by the kiai as the foundation of the pesantren institution is better known as the term (satlogi santri and trilogy of santri, panca santri awareness). Internalization of pesantren values is understood as local wisdom and is the basis for developing the Islamic education system. The construction of these values is expected to give birth to positive energy and significantly be able to influence the behavior and social actions of individuals in realizing the culture of Islamic education organizations that are more effective (effective school). Therefore the practical implications of this study aim to build the culture of Islamic education organizations based on the pesantren social value system, besides that as (shifting paradigm). The construction of the above social values is expected to increase productivity performance and become (the main controller and mindset) of the entire organizational culture, towards organizations that are oriented towards (tend to religious and moral values) and the creation of effective Islamic education (effective schools).

This study aims to look at the phenomenon of a millennial generation`s behavior in addressing the issue of cash waqf through the application of saving waqf provided by Islamic banking. Era 4.0 is marked by the rapid development of technology and information. One of the main actors / usser who play an active role is the Millennial generation. This generation plays a very important role. Especially in the fields of economic and financial digitization. To create a millennial generation that has a spiritual, productive and innovative spirit, Islamic banking launches a waqf savings application via smartphone. From this research, it is known that many stakeholders must play a role in introducing waqf savings, including institutional approaches, educational institutions, philanthropic institutions, approaches to millennials themselves in addressing and absorbing information, and government agencies as regulators, namely KNKS and the Indonesian Waqf Board ( BWI). Abstract: This paper tries to examine the prophetic ethics of literature contained in the novel Goat and Rain by Mahfud Ikhwan. The prophetic ethics of literature itself is divided into three, namely humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Prophetic ethics that will be discussed in this paper is one aspect of transcendent prophetic ethics, namely the recognition of human dependence on God. Manifestations of human dependence on God have two parts, namely (1) piety and (2) trust. These two parts form the basis of the study of the Kambing dan Hujan novel. This novel is a novel that tells the story of a couple who wants to get married but is constrained by permission from their parents. These constraints arise because each parent has different religious principles, one is a member of the Nahdlatul Ulama, while the other is a Muhammadiyah congregation. Keywords: dependence, human, God, prophetic, Kambing dan Hujan Abstrak: Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menelaah etika profetik sastra yang terdapat dalam novel Kambing dan Hujan karya Mahfud Ikhwan. Etika profetik sastra sendiri dibagi menjadi tiga, yakni humanisasi, liberasi, dan transendensi. Etika profetik yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah salah satu aspek etika profetik transendensi, yakni pengakuan ketergantungan manusia pada Tuhan. Wujud pengakuan ketergantungan manusia pada Tuhan memiliki dua bagian, yakni (1) takwa dan (2) tawakal. Kedua bagian ini menjadi dasar telaah novel Kambing dan Hujan. Novel ini merupakan novel yang berkisah tentang sepasang kekasih yang ingin menikah, namun terkendala izin dari orang tua masing-masing. Kendala tersebut muncul karena masing-masing orang tua memiliki perbedaan prinsip keagamaan, satu merupakan warga Nahdlatul Ulama, sedang satunya adalah jamaah Muhammadiyah. This article discusses Muslims who work as coffee shop sellers and how to conduct business competition. So in this article I will try to discuss the first about the reasons behind the coffee shop that apply different business competition methods as in general. Second, we want to examine the problem of different business competition methods based on the sharia economic approach, and the third is a different business competition method based on a sociological approach. The methodology used is to use a case study approach and a social-economics approach. The results of this study are that there are three reasons why this can occur: the first is religiosity, the second is reading market share, and the third is habit. From these three reasons when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics is in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. Also in the sociological point of view with his social theory pieree breau breuu. So that in general the coffee shop in Sumberwudi village can be concluded to have its own style in business competition, although there is a homogeneous and zero competition impression

The real environmental problems are not just a problem of garbage, pollution, illegal logging, burning of forests and so on, but it is already in the field of human life point of view. Thus, the environmental problem actually comes from the mindset and egocentric attitude of humans in seeing themselves and their surroundings. The human self needs with all its aspects then fulfilling by sacrificing the environment is precisely the essence of the environmental problem itself. If that happens, then the problem might not be finished by curative actions (restoration, reforestation, etc.). Therefore, putting environmental ethics as a solution is the right thing. This is because environmental ethics includes not only technical issues, but also provides awareness that environmental damage is not only physically harmful but it is actually morally harmful. Hence, there are areas that are considered more crucial than the occurrence of environmental problems, namely aspects of morality. So that providing learning about environmental ethics is considered more principle and effective in reducing environmental problems

This paper undertakes a survey of the case studies and literature review on cash waqf. The aim is to provide an understanding of the issues, challenges, and potential opportunities for developing cash waqf by SWOT-LISA analysis. Our survey reveals that three is a need to: (a) focus on new development program, including riil market sector, (b) establish the cash waqf statistical datasets, and (c) establish the robustness of the cash waqf finding.

Tulisan ini bertujuan memaparkan realitas sosial pada kelompok masyarakat tertentu yang secara khusus akan memotret komunitas perempuan buruh garam, dimana aktifitas perempuan buruh garam secara spesifik akan dilihat dalam representasi sosial baik dalam keluarga, masyarakat dan ruang kerja.Otonomi perempuan buruh garam diketengahkan sebagai bagaian penting dalam melihat kemandirian perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pribadi, keluarga, sosial kemasyarakatan dan pekerjaan. Realitas sosial diatas akan ditelaah secara mendalam melalui konsep qiwamah, yang merujuk kepada beberapa penafsiran melelui konsep tersebut. namun focus tulisan ini mengetengahkan konsep qiwamah dalam ruang domistik atau rumah tangga sebagaimana di ulas oleh beberapa mufassir kontemporer. Tulisan ini mengungkap bahwa konsep qiwamah dalam masyarakat Madura, secara khusus pada keluarga-keluarga komunitas perempuan buruh garam tidak berlaku secara kaku dan rigid akan tetapi lebih dipahami sebagai penghormatan terhadap kaum laki-laki. Adapun yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab dan pengambilan keputusan tidak jarang justru ada pada kendalai perempuan. Temuan ini penting untuk melihat bahwa konsep qiwamah dapat di pahami dan di terapkan secara kontekstual dan disesuaikan dengan kondisial kultural. Sehingga tidak ada pedoman yang baku tentang kepemimpinan keluarga yang dipegang oleh laki-laki harus dilakukan dalam bentuk yang final.
