The study aims to determine the influence of price and process on customer satisfaction at Instamie Cafe in Bandung either simultaneously or partially. The research method used is descriptive and verificative with sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation and coefficient of determination. The result shows that price of Instamie Cafe was too expensive and less service process and customer did not satisfy. Price and service process contribute to consumer satisfaction at Instamie Cafe. Based on the coefficient of partial determination, this study shows that the process gives greater influence on customer satisfaction than price.

This study aims to determine how the literacy and financial efficacy of interest in investing in the capital market. Data collection and library techniques are already done by giving questionnaires to 83 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Pasundan University that has been determined criteria in order to get a representative result. Methods of data analysis are multiple regression, multiple analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the financial, financial and student literacy in the Faculty of Economics and Business of Pasundan University was categorized as good. Simultaneously literacy and financial efficacy have a significant influence that is 85.3% of interest in investment, partially financial literacy has a significant influence that is equal to 79.9% of student investment interest and financial efficacy has a significant influence of 5.4 to interest in student investment.

This study aims to analyze the company’s intrinsic value using the dividend discount model (DDM) and price to book value (PBV) of companies registered in LQ 45, in 2010 - 2014. The sample selected by the criterion is always listed in the LQ 45 and pay dividends. The method used is descriptive and quantitative and the measurement accuracy with root mean squared error (RMSE). The results showed that intrinsic value DDM method is more accurate than PBV with an average value of DDM RMSE is smaller than the average RMSE PBV. DDM method is more suitable for companies with growth consistent and at the stage of maturity and always pay dividends. PBV method would be better to assess the company’s stock with similar industries or sectors, so the obvious comparison is cheap or expensive stocks.

The purpose of this research is to find out how to build competitive strategy of higher education institution, and also to know the preference of students to make their choice in a college. The research method applied mix method that is the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample uses informant validated by 72 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is SWOT method, with Cochran Q Test technique to test the SWOT identification perception similarity. To know student preference, this research uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this reseach showed that the position of the institution in the SWOT quadrant is already being known, also known the segmentation of students with different preferences. Implications of the findings of this research showed that: First, the development of strategies should take account of the quadrant positions; second, using the findings of student preferences for each segmentation as a basis for developing appropriate marketing strategies for each segmentation.

This study aims to determine how the influence of firm size and good corporate governance on the occurrence of financial distress in various industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2017. The research method used is descriptive and verifiative. The sample used were 5 sector companies which were done by purposive sampling. Data analysis method used was panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9. The results showed that simultaneously the size of the company and good corporate governance have effect on the occurrence of financial distress conditions about 69.2%. Partially the size of the company has an effect of 39.7%, institutional ownership has an effect 22.4% on the occurrence of financial distress, while managerial ownership has an effect of 7.1% but not significant.

The purpose of this research is to know the perception of Telkom University student about hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying at Tokopedia.This research is causal quantitative research. This research used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling to 385 respondents of Telkom University student and used an online survey. The results showed that hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying were in the good criteria. Hedonic shopping has significant influence to impulse buying simultanously. Partially, there were positive significant influence from adventure/explore shopping, idea shopping, and relaxation shopping to impulse buying, while insignificant influences from value shopping and social shopping have negative significant effect.

This study aims to determine the effect of management information systems by specializing memo online information system on the effectiveness of employee on YPT Bandung. This research was based on the theory of management information system and work effectiveness by McLeod and Notoatmodjo. This research uses quantitative method with sample of 64 people using census sample technique. The research shows that the management information system has an influence on the employee effectiveness of Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom Bandung of 28.1%. The company should listen to complaints from employees of the memo online information system and improve in accordance with the expected by the employee, upgrade to memo online ver 3.0 conduct motivational seminars for employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth on tourist visiting decisions in Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. The variables used are word of mouth and tourist visiting decisions. This research uses quantitative descriptive method verification by simple random sampling. through the distribution of questionnaires with the Differential Semantic scale with simple linear regression analysis. The sample is amounted to 100 respondents who were tourists visiting Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. The results showed that the word of mouth variable, the smallest total score found in the dimensions of tracking (supervision) and the largest was at talking part (participation). For tourist visiting decision variables, the largest total score is the dimension of the number of visitors and the smallest, namely the payment method dimension, and the t test shows that there is a positive and significant influence between word of mouth on tourist visiting decision.

Background of this research is the apparance of electronic money in Indonesia which is subtitution of cash transaction. There are five objects that will be observed, they are Mandiri e-money, Flazz BCA, BRIZZI, cellular phone’s account, and Tapcash BNI. This research intends to give a representation of positioning maps about electronic money based on people’s perception who both use and do not use e-money in Indonesia 2017. Nonprobability sampling was used and the technique of analysis data is multidimensional scaling. The result of perception based on similliarity showed that Flazz BCA and Mandiri e-money, BRIZZI and Tapcash BNI were alike. However, it was not similar to cellular phone’s account. Result of perception by attributes showed that the user of e-money perceive that Mandiri e-money was the best amongst the others, while non-electronic money user claimed that Flazz BCA was the best.

This study aims to determine factors that influence the use of information resources from Youtube for learning purposes. This study is TAM model to identify behavioral intention of Youtube as a learning resource. It aims to know the effects of Perceived Ease of Use towards Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use towards Attitude to Use, Perceived Usefulness towards Attitude to Use, and Attitude towards Use towards Behavioral Intention. Also, to know whether this model fits to the studied data. Samples comes from 155 respondents. This research uses Sctructural Equation Modelling. The result of this research showed that Perceived Ease of Use variable proved affects towards Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use variable unproved affects towards Attitude to Use, Perceived Usefulness variable proved affects towards Attitude to Use, and Attitude to Use proved affects towards Behavioral Intention. The results on the model tested indicates that this model fits to the population.
