<![CDATA[Creating an ideal learning environment requires a perception between the family and the community. In the home environment in particular, parents are one of the factors that can affect children's learning motivation. The more children are given motivation, the children will be eager to carry out their learning activities in order to achieve learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative research type. This study involved 25 informants. The data collected in this research is by conducting observations first, then conducting interviews, and documenting the necessary data, both primary data and secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the role of parents in improving student achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency is still low. Parents are still less active and motivating, and pay attention to their children's learning achievements at school. This is because he is busy at work, so he doesn't have much time to pay attention to the learning achievements of his children every day. Parents believe that their children will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties faced at school. Because, the facilities provided by parents to their children have been fulfilled. <![CDATA[Since the Covid-19 pandemic has made the learning system that was originally face-to-face turned into online learning using applications such as Zoom Meeting, Google Classroom, Google Meet, WhatsApp and others. The purpose of the study was to analyze online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on students' understanding of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP Palangka Raya University in 2020. The focus of the research was the 2017-2019 students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP Palangka Raya University. Researchers selected students from the 2017-2019 class who experienced a change in learning from face-to-face to online learning by looking at student understanding while online supported by the student Achievement Index before the Covid-19 pandemic (offline learning) and after the Covid-19 pandemic (online learning). The research uses qualitative methods. Data collection by distributing questionnaires on google forms, interviews via whatsapp with informants, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data through the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The result of the research is that online learning does not fully provide understanding to students, because it is constrained by quotas, unstable signals, increased costs during online learning, students work during Covid-19 so that students do not focus on online learning. In addition, online learning reduces students' enthusiasm for learning. It was concluded that students did not fully understand the material during online learning due to network factors and the lack of enthusiasm for student learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Many divorce cases are motivated by inharmonious family conditions, which occur due to not working the roles played by husband and wife. This study aims to reveal how the picture of the family in terms of the role of husband and wife in the Greater Jakarta area. This study involved 44 married couples who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were conducted using a family harmony scale. The results in this study found that family harmony was in the Harmonious category, with a proportion of harmony of 68%, with the largest contribution to the aspect of affection by 26.43% and the aspect of kindness to God Almighty by 20.21%. Meanwhile, the lowest contribution was in the aspect of living facilities at 4.86%. This research can be a picture of a married couple to improve family harmony.]]>

<![CDATA[Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Tebo regency as a result of regional expansion shows an increase in every year, but developments in the economy show otherwise. Regional Original Income (PAD) in the districtresulting from the division shows a decline in every year. In 1999 the expansion of Bungo -Tebo regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the regional expansion in economy of Tebo regency before the divisionin 1998, in 2005 after the expansion and the expansion continues. The data that was used in this research is secondary data that consist of data from 1998, 2005, 2020 that obtained from the Central Statistic Agency (BPS)of Tebo regency. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether students are aware of various cultural or traditional problems that occur in Madura and are passed down and become knowledge for junior high school students in Sumenep Regency. This research is descriptive, in this case direct observation to four schools in Sumenep Regency and conducting surveys and questionnaires on students' knowledge of Madura's traditions and culture which are still maintained in Era Society 5.0. The contribution of this research is to find out how much knowledge of junior high school students on traditions and culture that is still maintained by junior high school students in four places in Sumenep Regency contained in social studies learning, so that people can understand knowledge about Madura culture and traditions that are still maintained and not eroded by the times. Which continues to develop along with technological advances that make communication between students and the community continues to grow rapidly in the Society 5.0 era. <![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has hit all corners of the world, Indonesia is one of the Asian countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in various fields, one of which is the world of education. The education policy set by the government does not only have an impact on students but also has an impact on educators. During the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, the Minister of Education allows face-to-face teaching and learning activities for areas where PPKM level 1 – 3. See and describe the effectiveness and risks in changing mixed learning patterns carried out by educators and students. This study uses a qualitative method using literature study, interviews and observations as data collection techniques, the informants in this study were students and teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Action Rationality Theory which was initiated by Max Weber as a reference for analysis in this study. The assumption in the study refers to the policy of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya in making decisions. Teaching and learning activities are carried out in a hybrid (mixed) manner, so offline and online learning are solutions and adaptations of new policies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the direct instruction (DI) approach to improve the knowledge and skill of classroom teachers at SDN-5 Panarung and SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut Kota Palangkaraya in implementing humanist literacy education in the integrated thematic learning at the two primary schools. Ten classroom teachers at SDN-5 Panarung and SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut taken as the sample by using purposive sampling technique from the total population. This study used a quantitative method with an experimental design model of one group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study found the average grade of the Teachers ability only 61 in the pretest evaluation, then it increased to 78.5 in the posttest. Both values were statistically analyzed using t-test calculation, where the result showed t-count (2.800) is greater than t-table (1.833). Thus, it can be concluded that the DI approach is effective in increasing the knowledge and skill of classroom teachers at SDN-5 Panarung and SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut Kota Palangkaraya by implementing humanist literacy education within the integrated thematic learning at both primary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know at a glance about the Indian community in Medan. This type of research is qualitative research. The research location in Medan city is mainly Madras Hulu area. Method of data collection is done through interviews, observation, literature studies and using a list of questions. Indonesian Ethnic Indian community who since birth has been in Medan city because it has interacted, and mingled with other citizens, the results of a brief study of ethnic Indian communities in Medan related to language, religion, occupation, and culture. For ethnic Indians who have been in Medan since birth, they use Bahasa Indonesia every day even they can not use Indian. The work that some ethnic Tamil Indians have is rough work like parking attendants and so on. In general, religions embraced by ethnic Indians in Medan are Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. <![CDATA[Learning media is an innovation that will continue to develop in the world of education. It is related to art learning, namely the development of learning media using the tiktok application. This application is an innovation created for the sake of expression, but in the context of tik tok learning it can be used as a digital space to take advantage of technological developments and make students in the program study SENDRATASIK, Universitas Palangka Raya, able to access freely. The method used in this study, in the form of a qualitative description. Learning activities using the tiktok application are applied to dual-dimensional design courses, in this lecture activity they recognize various kinds of visual elements, so that they are loaded in a video that has a short duration, emphasizing in the form of an explanation that will be understood audio-visually, by utilizing editing skills. On each video content that will be a learning medium. In the development of this media technology, it can help students learn independently by playing tiktok applications and watching videos, and the learning process can be monitored by educators as long as students use tiktok social media.]]>
