Three event quality dimensions (quality of event employees, quality of event environment, and event product quality) were analyzed with descriptive statistical method and regression analysis. This study is based on the cultural event of ‘Ramayana Ballet’ performance at Culture House of  Puspo Budoyo. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on data published by the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), it shows that the popularity of Indonesian tourism is increasing and making Indonesian tourism one of the country's main income sectors. One of the tourist destinations that has been increasing lately, which can be seen from the increasing number of tourist visits, is Nusa Penida in Klungkung Regency, Bali. The lack of infrastructure does not seem to reduce the number of tourist visits to Nusa Penida. This is inseparable from the government's efforts in promoting Nusa Penida and also the widespread information about this tourist destination on social media. For this reason, this study seeks to find out the influence of social media electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to choose a tourist destination by taking a case study in Nusa Penida, Indonesia by using the e-Trust variable as a mediating variable. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire. The number of respondents for this study was 50 respondents, of which respondents were tourists who had social media and had visited Nusa Penida. Data analysis in this study used regression analysis which was processed using SPSS by testing it first for validity, reliability and classic assumption tests.Key words: e-WOM, e-Trust, Purchase Decision, Tourist Destination, Nusa Penida, Sosial Media

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe propose of this study is to produce the model that can be applied in Tegal area especially, for making Tegal city as a tourist destination choice by paying attention to the components that influence the development of this tourist destination, especially in Tegal Region, Central Java. If this model is applied, it's not only useful for tourist attraction in Tegal, Central Java, but also will have an impact for increasing the local revenue from tourist expenditure.Based on the results of the research that the Sig. (2-tailed) shows (0.000) <0.05. it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that in 0 of these studies, there is a significant relationship between the variables of tourism development (X) with tourism destination variables (Y) in Guci Hot Springs, Pantai Alam Indah (PAI), and Guciku Hot water boom.                The tourism development model can focus on implementing green tourism, increasing promotional activities, and must involve many sectors (Multi-sector) because it requires cooperation from various parties such as the central and regional governments, the private sector, tourism managers, local communities and tourism associations.                This study will use Purposive Sampling data collection techniques, and the respondents are visitors to tourist destinations in Tegal, Central Java. The method that will be used to find out aspects of tourism destination development is carried out through statistical calculations, then an analysis of tourist attraction development is carried out using SWOT analysis techniques. Keywords: Tourism development, tourism destination

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out the effect of prices and facilities on the decision to stay at the Best Western Premier The Hive Hotel. The population in this study were guests who stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel The Hive Jakarta. The number of samples successfully processed was 88 people, using simple random sampling. This study uses quantitative research design with multiple linear regression testing and previously performed several classical assumption tests. From the results of the study it was found that the value of the determinant coefficient or number R is equal to 0.259, then the relationship between the variable price and facilities to the variable decision of the stay is positive and strong. This is because Rsquare must be more or equal to 0.6 and close to number 1. For t count equal to 2.336 and for t table value from the result n-k-1 is 1.663. Thus it can be concluded that for the value of t count 2.336 <t table 1.663 then, the price variable has a significant effect on the decision to stay, then in this test the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. In the Facility variable, the value of t count is 0.02 and the value of t table is 1.663, the facility does not affect the decision to stay. Suggestions that can be conveyed from this study include the price can be adjusted to the benefits that guests get when staying at a hotel, so the hotel can pay attention to the affordability of prices with the benefits obtained. In addition, the hotel should add facilities or have entertainment available in the lobby, so that guests who are waiting for the time to check in at the lobby do not feel bored and can make additional value for the hotel. Key words: facilities, guest, hotel, prices, decision to stay
