Abstract

Nowadays, some disasters hit the Indonesia cause a big loss from society. One of the disaster factors that is the human activity. Public awareness about the important of caring environment isnt growing well yet. So, need the implantation of environment-caring character, especially to the student. One of the ways that is training program of writing poem based on environment-caring to the student of State Junior High School in Surakarta. The efforts were intended to increasing the ecological literacy competence using training program of writing poem based on environment-caring to the student of State Junior High School in Surakarta. This research is a part of the program devotion to the community. Subject of this research are the students in SMPN 15 Surakarta and SMPN 17 Surakarta, the teachers of Indonesian language subject, and the core of MGMP Indonesian Language forum in Surakarta city. This program doing by three phase that are planning, implementation, and evaluation. Result from this program, that is training program of writing poem can increasing the environment-caring character of the student from State Junior High School in Surakarta. Increasing the environment-caring character can be proved through the idea have been formulate on the poem have been written. Increasing the environment-caring character of student on their poem can be classified on four category, that are 1) Caring character towards local environment; 2) Caring character against nature and abiotic factors; 3) Caring character towards plants and herbs; and 4)Concern for the environmental pollution.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of creative writing in the perspective of community psychology at Tebu Ireng Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. This research is a study that uses qualitative methods because it narrates and describes the process of creative writing activities in the perspective of community psychology at the Tebu Ireng Islamic Boarding School. The results and discussion of the research in this study relate to the process of creative writing, namely pre-writing, writing process, and post-writing. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, it was concluded that participants gained new knowledge in writing, especially writing psychological perspectives.

Abstract

Penerjemahan merupakan salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses penerjemahan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pembelajar bahasa Jepang Prodi Sastra Jepang Untag Surabaya terhadap materi promosi pariwisata kota Surabaya. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran bentuk orientasi proses penerjemahan dan menganalisis kesalahan penerjemahan yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik catat serta analisis dokumen digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menemukan dua hal, yakni orientasi yang digunakan saat proses penerjemahan dan analisis kesalahan dalam materi penerjemahan dan hasil penerjemahan pada bahasa target. Proses penerjemahan dilakukan dalam dua orientasi, yakni orientasi kepada bahasa sumber dan bahasa target. Hal ini dilakukan karena mahasiswa masih menemukan kesulitan memahami materi penerjemahan dalam bahasa sumber, meskipun bahasa tersebut telah dikuasai oleh mahasiswa sebagai warga negara Indonesia, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan tatabahasa dan sintaksis dalam materi penerjemahan. Analisis kesalahan pada hasil penerjemahan dalam bahasa Jepang, banyak ditemukan mahasiswa masih menggunakan metode penerjemahan literal (harfiah), penerjemahan kata demi kata, dan penerjemahan setia. Kesalahan pemilihan kata (morfologi), penggunaan tata bahasa (sintaksis), dan pemaknaan secara kontekstual (semantik) masih banyak ditemukan.

Abstract

Dalam interaksi percakapan, peralihan kesempatan bertutur antar partisipan seringkali disertai tumpeng tindih. Hal ini juga terjadi dalam interaksi percakapan antara pengajar dan mahasiswa di perkuliahan Keterampilan Berbahasa Bahasa Jerman sebagai bahasa asing. Selama ini aspek tumpang tindih dalam perkuliahan kebahasaan belum banyak diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan: (1) bentuk tumpang tindih dan (2) faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya tumpang tindih dalam interaksi percakapan di perkuliahan keterampilan berbahasa bahasa Jerman. Teori yang digunakan adalah the simplest systematics for the organization of turn-taking (Sacks et al, 1974). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan merekam dua perkuliahan yang diajar penutur asli dan bukan penutur asli bahasa Jerman pada tanggal 2 dan 8 Desember 2015. Rekaman tersebut ditranskripsikan, kemudian diklasifikasikan jenis tumpang tindih yang ada beserta latar belakang terjadinya tumpang tindih. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat tiga bentuk tumpang tindih yaitu tumpang tindih transisional (84,66%), rekognisional (13,86%) dan progresional (1,47%);(2) faktor pendorong kemunculan tumpang tindih yaitu: penutur memahami penjelasan, pertanyaan atau perbaikan dari mitra tutur; memberikan jawaban atau penjelasan, melakukan perbaikan, menegaskan bahwa jawaban mitra tutur benar, bertanya, dan penutur mengarahkan interaksi percakapanDalam interaksi percakapan, peralihan kesempatan bertutur antar partisipan seringkali disertai tumpang tindih. Abstract

As social creatures, humans live in a variety of diversity, ranging from culture, tradition, language, and habits. In terms of communication, most Indonesian people live in bilingual, Indonesian-language and local-language conditions, even multilingualism coupled with foreign language skills. Bilingual and multilingual conditions affect language skills, especially in writing skills. The results of this study show that Indonesian-regional bilingual students write better in Indonesian national languages compared to write in regional languages and in foreign languages (English). Many local language writings are interfered with in Indonesian because students assume that certain vocabulary is very difficult to find in local languages so that they are replaced with Indonesian. In terms of quantity of writing, on average most students produce more Indonesian language production than Madura, Javanese and foreign languages.

Abstract

Culture in the eyes of students different with adult thinking. They blinded by new cultures that suddenly appear on the surface, breaking the line of thought, releasing one by one the indigenous veins and regions that have actually become one in their souls. When they have to talk about culture, they look for things from Google, don't ask grandfather, or people who understand and are elder in their villages, because Google has a more interesting answer than they would ask the œancestors". This paper is interesting in the description of the results of student writing that tells folklore developing in the area, the results of stories written by students consisting of a collection of folklore divided into three volumes, Keras Cinta Jogopati, Mas Age and Mas Alit, and Darah Merah Sidopekso. The three collections of stories were written by students of SMAN 1 Banyuwangi within a period of one semester sourced from basic competencies 3.7 namely the assessment of values and content contained in folklore (saga) both oral and written ˜mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai dan isi yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat (hikayat) baik lisan maupun tulis.

Abstract

Herta Müller is a Romanian-born author who is currently internationally known for his resistance novels. She was deported by the Romanian ruler led by president Ceausescu as she was considered endangering the Romanian government. In her escape, Müller created a novel depicting the resistance to injustice perpetrated by the Romanian authorities, who practiced a cruel proletarian dictatorial system of government. Herztier is the most concrete novel that shows her resistance to the authorities. According to Ashcroft, Griffiths, and Tiffin, resistance literature is closely related to context, and Said said that the situation and condition of context, determine the characteristics of resistance in the novel. The forms of resistance carried out by the characters in the Herztier novel, show similarities to the resistance style of the characters created by the German playwright Bertold Brecht, resistance that tends to be individual and clandestine, or what Scott calls the Brechtian style of resistance . Based on this background, this study is intended to describe (1) the characteristics of popular resistance styles of the protagonists in the Herztier novel; (2) situations and conditions that influence the resistance styles of the characters in the Herztier novel. The results of the study show that (1) the characters in the Herztier novel take the fight against the authorities individually and are not organized by being stubborn but passive, pretending to obey, pretending not to know, stealing, or fleeing abroad; (2) the resistance is caused by weak humans under the oppression of authoritarian and cruel rulers. The results of this study are expected to foster public awareness of reality, and in the next stage move them to actively participate in the struggle to create a just society.

Abstract

Questioning about religious education in literature related to divinity and religiosity. Religiosity includes belief in God, belief in supernatural powers over humans, and belief in animism and dynamism. One of the media for religious education is through literary works. The author and / or poet with the sensitivity possessed captures religious symbols and the value of faith which then transforms them into a series of words into verses of poetry. The content of beauty and the meaning in literary works reflects the religiosity experience of the author and / or the poet. Regarding faith education in literature, the focus of the problem is how transformative religiosity in Gurit Bandha Donya and how the anthropodidactic value in Gurit Bandha Donya. To answer the problem, it is done through descriptive analysis and content analysis.
