Abstract

Sektor pertaniaan dengan sub sektor perkebunan memiliki peran yang penting dalam aktivitas perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi adalah tebu, di mana tebu merupakan bahan baku utama yang diolah di Pabrik Gula sehingga menghasilkan gula kristal putih. Penelitian dengan judul kajian pola bagi hasil antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula di PG. Madukismo bertujuan mengetahui pola bagi hasil yang terjadi antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula dan mengetahui alur distribusi bagi hasil gula di PG. Madukismo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan lokasi dan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah petani tebu yang berada di Wilayah Barat dan petani tebu yang berada di Wiilayah Timur dengan jumlah masing-masing 10 orang petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola bagi hasil antara petani tebu dengan pabrik gula menunjukkan bagian sebesar 34% untuk pabrik dan 66% untuk petani, di mana 90% dibagi dalam bentuk gula dan 10% berupa natura. Pola bagi hasil tersebut khusus berlaku di PG. Madukismo di mana perjanjian bagi hasil tersebut dibuat berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama dengan masa berlaku 1 tahun dan akan diperpanjang pada tahun berikutnya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara especially the marketing strategy implemented by the company. Then to find out the results of the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats as well as an overview of the strategies so that they can be applied to increase product sales. By using the SWOT research technique, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS as well as quadrant diagrams. This research uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set forth in words. Data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to PT. Keraton Agri Nuantara to conduct interviews with business owners. The conclusion from the analysis carried out on the marketing strategy of PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara is a SWOT analysis calculation as outlined in the PT quadrant diagram. Keraton Agri Nusantara is in quadrant 1 position, namely Growt. PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara has many opportunities and strengths so that it can seize and take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats.

Abstract

Kota Batu adalah sentra apel terbesar di Indonesia, sehingga mendapat julukan sebagai Kota Apel. Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam budidaya tanaman apel di Kota Batu salah satunya adalah PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya. Fokus perusahaan ini dalam bidang agrowisata, yaitu budidaya komoditas apel dan wisata petik apel. PT. Kusuma Agrowisata ialah perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pertanian hulu hingga hilir mulai dari budidaya hingga pembuatan produk sari apel. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik budidaya, panen, serta pasca panen tanaman apel di perusahaan yang disasar. Pengambilan data primer didapatkan melalui metode observasi, praktek langsung di lapang, serta melakukan wawancara dengan pengawas kebun dan pekerja. Hasil perolehan data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif lalu dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah teknik budidaya tanaman apel, penanganan panen, serta pasca panen. Tahapan dalam budidaya tanaman apel yaitu penyulaman, pengolahan tanah, perompesan, pemangkasan, pemupukan, penyiraman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, pewiwilan, sanitasi, pemanenan. Tahapan pasca panen yaitu pembersihan buah, sortasi dan grading, pengemasan, penyimpanan, pengangkutan. Pemasaran apel dilakukan dengan menjual kepada pengunjung, tengkulak, wisata petik apel, dan pabrik sari buah apel.

Abstract

The development of chili farming businesses needs to be carried out related to needs of chili consumption in line with increasing population. The purpose of the study was determine the amount of costs used by farmers in carrying out red chili farming and analyze the income level of red chili farmers in Sawaru Village. This research was carried out in Sawaru Village, Camba District, Maros Regency with the data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study in the form of structured questionnaire, which is used to obtain the required data. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling, namely farmers who carried out red chili farming with the number of respondents taken as many as 37 farmers. Data collection techniques include documentation and structured interviews on number of respodents. The data analysis process in this study was carried out quantitatively. Quantitative analysis is carried out by tabulating analysis so that the data can be simplified and easy to read. The results showed that theaverage acceptance of red chili farming was Rp.17,228,378 and the average production cost is Rp.4,886,770 then the average income received by farmers is Rp.12,341,608 per growing season.

Abstract

Egg marketing is the final process of a business activity for breeding chicken eggs where farmers or producers convey the results of their production to consumers with the help of marketing institutions. The intense competition in the field of egg marketing is characterized by many egg agents that offer a variety of cooperation with various advantages. The level of satisfaction of farmers will determine the sustainability of business cooperation with egg agents. The purpose of this study is (1) knowing how the influence of pricing by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of chicken farmers layer, (2) know how the influence of service quality by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers and (3) know how the effect of determining the price and quality of service by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya for the satisfaction of chicken farmers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that pricing has no positive and insignificant effect while service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers, pricing and services simultaneously affect the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers.

Abstract

The City of Kediri is one of the leading exporters of commodities. The largest Betta fish producing area is in the Pesantren District, Kediri City. The role of the regional and central government is given as an effort to develop the betta fish business. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in developing the betta fish business in Kediri City with qualitative methods. One of the efforts made by the local government of the city of Kediri is to designate the Ketami village as the Harmoni Betta Village. Meanwhile, the central government has designated Kediri City as an aquaculture village. The government's role is in the form of activities and the provision of infrastructure for betta fish cultivators. Synergy is needed between programs from each agency so that the betta fish business development can run optimally.

Abstract

In marketing a product or service within a company, an easy and flexible approach (marketing mix) is needed. One of them is promotion, promotion is called the company's marketing communication mix including advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. The purpose of this research is to formulate superior competitive marketing strategy alternatives and appropriate company policies using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method at PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara. SWOT analysis is carried out using the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix which describes the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix which outlines the company's opportunities and threats and the IE (Internal External) matrix which shows the company's current position. From the results of data analysis obtained a total score of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, each obtained the highest strength weight 0.71, the highest weakness weight 1.10, the highest opportunity weight 1.25, and the highest threat weight 0.25. The average total score on the IFE matrix is 3.48 while the EFE matrix is 2.84. These results put PT. Keraton Agri Nusantara is in quadrant III and the marketing strategy that must be implemented is to minimize internal problems to seize existing opportunities.

Abstract

Sumberejo Village is one of the villages in the city of Batu, where most of the people work as farmers, and one of the villages that has the potential to produce mustard greens, and other horticultural crops. This study aims to analyze the production costs of Green Sawi farming in Sumberejo Village, Batu District. This research was conducted in Sumberejo Village, Batu District, Batu City, East Java, one of the villages that has the potential to produce green mustard and other horticultural crops. This research will be conducted in July 2022. Determination of the sample from the population is determined using the Random Sampling method, meaning that the method of determining the sample that will provide the opportunity for each member of the population to be selected is simple random. Darmawati, Munjin, Goris Seran (2015). The data analysis method used in this study to determine the cost of farming includes cost calculation, revenue calculation, and income calculation. Calculation of costs is a calculation carried out by the company which includes: labor costs, the amount of production costs. The variables used in this study are: Farming Business Costs, Green Mustard Farming, Total Costs, Fixed Costs, Variable Costs, Farming Business Revenues, Farming Business Profits and Revune Cost Ratio (R/C). Based on the results and discussion described above, it can be concluded that the production obtained from mustard green farming in the Tanuse farmer group, Sumberejo Village, is 9,933.35 kg/ha. Total Revenue of Rp. 79,466,833.3 per hectare. Total Income is Rp. 62.456,628.76 per hectare. The R/C ratio obtained is 1.27. The value > 1, it can be concluded that the mustard green farming in the Tanuse farmer group, Sumberejo Village, Batu City for 1 (one) planting season in this study can be said to be profitable and feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

In purchasing agricultural drugs, farmers or consumers have different behaviors. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers who buy agricultural products at the Central Farmer's Palace. The samples taken were 50 respondents. The method used is accidental sampling. Data collection was done by interview. The analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the characteristics of consumers in buying agricultural products, the majority of respondents (86%) are male, aged between 51-60 years (48%), generally have a junior high school education (40%), who have an income of between Rp. 1,500,000 – Rp. 3,000,000.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a food plant with a hood that’s almost same as oyster shell, which currently great demand by consumers. This study aims to determine internal external factors of Oyster Mushroom Marketing Strategy in Basseang . The method used in this study is SWOT analysis to identify marketing strategic can be applied to farming with analyze of EFAS and IFAS tables and using SWOT diagrams to determine the position of farming. Based on the research the data showing that the strength factor can cover the existing weaknesses where the strength factor obtained a total value of 1.9 greater than the weakness factor with a total value of 1.23 this can indicate that strength can support the development of Oyster Mushrooms in Basseang. External factors have an opportunity factor with a total value of 1.56 greater than the threat factor with a total value of 1.44 this indicates that oyster mushrooms in the Basseang have a very large potential opportunity . Meanwhile, based on the SWOT diagram, the position of the oyster mushroom farming is in Quadrant I, namely aggressive criteria, where the business position is very safe, with this position the farm needs to increase production and increase promotion.
