Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Di Kelompok Tani Ternak Gangsar Makmur Dusun Prapatan, Desa Asmorobangun, Kecamatan Puncu, dan Ngudi Rejeki di Desa Ngadiluwih Kecamatan Ngadiluwih Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember tahun 2021 – Maret tahun 2022. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 25 orang di Gangsar Makmur dan 45 orang di Ngudi Rejeki. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong pada kelompok Gangsar Makmur dan Ngudi Rejeki di Kabupaten Kediri secara finansial menguntungkan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada peghitungan analisis pendapatan dihasilkan angka positif, yang berarti usaha ternak sapi potong menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.750.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of balancing funds, including revenue-sharing funds (ISF), general allocation funds (GAF), and special allocation funds (SAF) on regional expenditure per city in the city of East Java Province in 2014-2021. The analysis tool used is panel data regression. The results of the study show that the variables of profit-sharing funds, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds have a positive and significant influence on regional spending in the City of East Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate alternative development strategies that are appropriate for Mbambingan Mount Kelud Drug Education Tourism. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The sample in this study were 30 tourist visitors (accidental sampling) and 5 tourism management people (purposive sampling). Data analysis used is SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Mbambingan Mountain Kelud Drug Education Tourism Forest has 5 main focuses of the program namely education, conservation, herbal preservation, community empowerment, and improvement of public health. Internal factors include human resources, marketing, production, finance, research and development and information systems with a total IFE score of 4.19. External factors include the economy, society, technology, competitors and disasters with a total EFE score of 4.36. the most preferred alternative strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.652, namely Cooperation between government agencies and similar companies in tourism-promoting activities, then in second place with a value of 6.554, which is more developing natural potential and managerial human resources, and in third place with value amounting to 6,208 namely by performing maintenance and repairing infrastructure to achieve satisfaction in service.

Abstract

Egg marketing is the final process of a business activity for breeding chicken eggs where farmers or producers convey the results of their production to consumers with the help of marketing institutions. The intense competition in the field of egg marketing is characterized by many egg agents that offer a variety of cooperation with various advantages. The level of satisfaction of farmers will determine the sustainability of business cooperation with egg agents. The purpose of this study is (1) knowing how the influence of pricing by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of chicken farmers layer, (2) know how the influence of service quality by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers and (3) know how the effect of determining the price and quality of service by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya for the satisfaction of chicken farmers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that pricing has no positive and insignificant effect while service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers, pricing and services simultaneously affect the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers.

Abstract

Social media marketing is an online activity and program designed to engage businessman, customers or prospects and directly raise awareness, improve product attributes, establish a brand image, or gain product sales.The objectives of the study were (1) to determine the partial effect of social media (X1) and product attributes (X2) on the brand image (Y) of the “jamur mantan” snack and (2) to determine the partial of social media (X1), product attributes (X2) and brand image (Y) on purchasing decisions (Z) “jamur mantan” snack. Type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires with 5 Likert scales. Data were analyzed using SPSS, the tests conducted were validity, reliability and t test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the validity and reliability tests were obtained that the instruments used were valid (rcount ≥ 0,3) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha value ≥ 0,6. The results of partial hypothesis testing are that brand image is significantly affected by product attributes, while social media has no significant effect. Purchase decisions are significantly influenced by social media. Brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions but is not significant, while product attributes have no effect.

Abstract

Budidaya komoditas hortikultura pertanian merupakan salah satu usaha yang memiliki prospek ekonomi yang menjanjikan. Nutrisi AB mix adalah pupuk atau nutrisi yang terdiri dari unsur mikro dan makro, dalam formula secara umum yang terdiri dari 12 unsur yaitu : Mikro : Fe, Mn, Cu, B, Zn, Mo dan Makro : N, Ca, K, Mg, S, P. Karena Beranekaragamnya jenis sawi maupun nutrisi racik AB mix maka perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis sawi terhadap produksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banjarejo Kec. Ngadiluwih Kab. Kediri tepatnya lokasi greenhouse pokmas parasku hijau. Waktu yang diperlukan untuk penelitian selama 45 hari pada bulan Januari – Februari 2022. Terdapat pengaruh sangat nyata pada perlakuan tunggal macam nutrisi ab mix (N3) dengan nama nutrisi ab mix premium grade mampu memberikan hasil produksi bobot segar terbaik

Abstract

This purpose of this research are to determine the characteristics of respondents from corn farmers in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency and to determine the factors that have a significant effect on corn production in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency. This study used as many as 39 respondents. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that the corn seed variable was added by 1 percent, so maize production would also increase by 6.576 percent. For the fertilizer variable added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 5,633 percent. For the pesticide variable added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 0.838 percent. For the labor variable, it is added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 0.120 percent

Abstract

The use of drip irrigation is currently increasingly recognized by the community, especially in areas where the level of irrigation management is difficult. This is a solution for handling irrigation so that the commodity crops cultivated are still good but the irrigation costs can be reduced. Drip irrigation systems have been widely applied to vegetable and fruit crops. This study aims to compare effectively and qualitatively the use of drip irrigation systems on 2 types of plants, namely melon plants and chili plants. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where the variables compared are the water requirements of each plant phase, the uniformity of plant growth, and the need for operational costs. The results of the comparison of melon plants with chili plants using a drip irrigation system on cultivation parameters produced good results, where all the observed variables showed an increase in growth rate where the average was in the fertilization phase. Meanwhile, in the calculation of operational costs, it suffers a loss if it is only planted once

Abstract

Sales of business units have decreased due to the implementation of Large -Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) by the government as an effort to suppress the spread of Covid-19 so that business units including “YUAN” industrial home-owners are required to consider post-pandemic marketing strategies to restore the economic condition of their business. Therefore, the aim of this study is (1) to analyze the existing strategy of YUAN’s home industry marketing; (2) to analyze the marketing strategy of YUAN’s home industry after the covid-19 pandemic; (3) to determine the priority of the marketing mix strategy after the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used this research is STP analysis, marketing mix and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results showed that (1) the owner has implemented segmenting, targeting, positioning, and marketing mix strategy however it does not reach the optimal; (2) the owner needs to evaluate the previous marketing strategies; (3) the priority of the marketing mix strategy after the covid-19 pandemic is distribution or place strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic and financial viability of the herbal drink tamarind, soybean juice, and pineapple juice from the practice of APHP subjects at SMKN 1 Plosoklaten Kediri. The method in this study uses 3 analyzes, namely marketing aspects, HR and operational aspects, and financial aspects. The results of this study are based on the marketing aspect, SMKN 1 Plosoklaten has potential related to herbal drinks that have been produced by its students. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to make the latest strategies related to the marketing of herbal beverage products so that the market reach is wider, based on HR and operational aspects, the students of SMKN 1 Plosoklaten have skills in making herbal drinks because they get assistance from professional teachers. The production of herbal drinks must be more continuous and scheduled so that sales can also be carried out continuously. Based on the financial aspect, the one with the most profitable business feasibility potential is the herbal drink with pineapple juice, while the one with the least profit is the soybean juice drink. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to focus on the production of one of its herbal drinks so that it can carry out production and marketing continuously
