Abstract

The Qur'an insists on the importance of care for orphans, thepoor and helping others in various fields. Orphanage AlHusna Malang, the vision and mission based on concern forthe orphans and the poor. A number of programs to helporphans, orphans and dhu'afa. The program was conducted onthe educational, social and religious. Al-Husna FoundationProgram includes six courses that regular donors program,the movement of the foster parents' caring school ", theprogram waqaf" RIDHA "(orphanages and orphans alHusna), independent nursing program, Barbepa (thriftrewarding) and program TABASAM (Savings dear orphans).One effort to educate and improve the ability of residentswere largely children of school age, including the ability ofmastering techniques of sewing and embroidery techniques.Of both skill capabilities will deliver on independententrepreneurship in the perspective of the future (as abusiness opportunity) in realizing the independent nursingprogram. The community service approach or method oflecture and hands-on ability to sew in children orphanage aswell as the ability to create design patterns clothes Resultsshowed that the strong enthusiasm of the children orphanageAl-Husna Dau to gain additional expertise in the field ofsewing and to develop or establish a pattern design clothes.

Abstract

Isu utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tidak adanya rujukan jelas pembagian hasil antara unit bisnis Ijabqabul.id dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). Ijabqabul.id adalah platform jasa keuangan Syariah yang berbasis wakaf produktif. Permasalahan  yang  kemudian  muncul  adalah  bagaimana cara menghitung bagi hasil unit bisnis ijabqabul.id yang nantinya berfungsi sebagai revenue generator bagi UMSIDA. Metode pelaksanaan pembagian hasil menggunakan pendekatan manajemen bisnis sahabat Nabi berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Hadist. Sistem bagi hasil ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu (1) Wakaf dan (2) membagi hasil usaha menjadi 3 yaitu, 1/3 untuk sedekah, 1/3 untuk tambahan modal usaha, 1/3 untuk operasional dan manajemen. Untuk 1/3 yang ketiga dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu operasional dan manajemen. Adapun UMSIDA selaku pemilik usaha akan memperoleh bagian dari manajemen. Sistem bagi hasil seperti ini selain adil, juga berkah sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Sahabat.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengab-dianpada TK ABA 4 di desa Princi adalah untukmewujudkan kerjasama antara pergu-ruan tinggidengan mamsyarakat. Secara khusus, para dosendiharapkan dapat me-nerapkan ilmunya dan mitramemperoleh manfaat, meningkatkan kinerjasekolah TK, melaui perbaikan manajemen danpening-katan kewirausahaan guru. Targetnya adalah adanya peningkatan ketrampilan mana-jemendan kewirausahaan guru. Luarannya adalahperbaikan warung sekolah yang mendukungpendidikan TK ABA serta SOP Manajemen dankewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalahpenyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendam-pingan.Penyuluhan dengan memberikan pemahamanpengetahuan tentang mana-jemen dankewirausahaan. Pelatihan dilakukan de-nganmengajari secara praktis melakukan pe-ngelolaansumberdaya dan manajemen usaha warungsekolah. Pendampingan dilakukan denganmemberikan pembinaan dan pengara-han secaraintensif pada guru dan wali murid yang dilibatkandalam pengelolaan usaha warung sekolah.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian inidiawali dengan pertemuan antara tim pe-ngabdiandengan beberapa orang guru TK ABA 4 dalamacara pelatihan koperasi dimana ditemukanpermasalahan manajemen dan ke-wirausahaanyang belum optimal dija-lankan. Kemudianditetapkan program yang dida-sarkan padakebutuhan mitra yang ingin me-ngembangkanwarung guna mendukung mana-jemen pendidikan.Selanjutnya disepa-kati be-berapa program antaralain adalah pelatihan manajemen dankewirausahaan serta pendam-pingannya agar paraguru memiliki ketrampilan manajerial dankewirausahaan sehingga dapat mengembang-kanwarung sekolah yang mendukung pendidikan.Harapan adanya program pengabdian ini adalahagar di masa yang akan datang TK ABA 4memiliki warung yang didukung ketrampilanmanajemen dan kewirausahaan para guru.Dengan demikian dapat terjalin kerjasamaberkelanjutan an-tara perguruan tinggi dan mitra.

Abstract

Agricultural and livestock products produce byproducts that have not received much attention, even considered as untreated waste. In general, the waste is used as manure. In fact, from agricultural waste and animal husbandry can be used as an alternative energy source, namely from biomass. One of the efforts to utilize livestock waste is to use it to produce fuel by using biogas technology. Biogas technology provides opportunities for rural communities, especially Rejomulyo Village, West District Magetan District which has a livestock business, both individual and group, to meet the needs of daily energy independently. The potential for biogas development in Rejomulyo village is quite large. That's because quite a lot of cows are kept by the community Rejomulyo village with the number of cows per 1 house about 1-2 tail. Each 1 cow / buffalo can produce approximately 2 m3 biogas / day. Abstract

Implementation of the service was conducted in the village ofSekarpuro Malang. Activity focused on the environment RW9 because has some excellent potential that crops ofvegetables and spices. Each house is required to havevegetables and spices for minimal ten kinds, peppers,tomatoes, cabbage, basil, kale, spinach, mustard greens, beansand eggplant. While these types of spices are grown include:turmeric, saffron and white, kencur, ginger, white ginger, redginger, galangal, lemon grass andothers.The problems faced by partners are: (1)lack of knowledge inthe healthy beverage processing and medicinal herbs, so thatproduct quality standards and the sale price hasn?tcomptetive.(2) Lack of knowledge and skills of members in the field ofmarketing that they are pessimistic to sell to a wider marketProgram execution method of empowerment that carried thepotential members of the group and the potential of the naturalresources of the area environment. Based on the targetaudience who have been in service activities, it can be formedof two businesses that making herbal drinks such as cidertoga, passion fruit syrup and traditional herbal medicinemanufacture that produces fresh herbs and herbal instant. Inthe field of production has developed into six types ofproducts from only two types of products. While in thegeneral field of business licenses has been done so that theproduct is expected to be accepted by the market. In the fieldof marketing has made the introduction of products with avariety of activities and models of traditional marketing is stilldone through leaflets, door to door and exhibits SMEs.Besides, available change over hygienes packaging andlabeling. Administration and finance training activities hashelped entrepreneurs in setting records with good activity, andcan be used to determine accurately the costofproduction.

Abstract

Kedungbetik is an agricultural village and the majority ofthe farmer. Kedungbetik rural community with apopulation of approximately 6,842 person, that potential tomotivate H Taufiq to open a rice mill since 2008. Duringthis time, H. With such conditions, it is necessary to do thetraining and mentoring the preparation and financialreporting to determine the development of the business.The method used in training and financial reporting aretutorials and interactive method between instructor withpartners and performed assistance in the preparation offinancial statements.The results achieved in the implementation of scienceand technology program for Community (IbM) is activelyPartners financial records, but still a revenue receiptobtained from milled costs minus operating costs. Abstract

Currently a variety of strategies are strived by the entrepreneurs to strengthen their identity efforts amid new products popping up by presenting renewability in accordance with the interest that exists in the market. Partners in public service activities this is Kiki Adelya a young entrepreneur trying to do creative food products namely remahan beans and gnetum Brown named "Winsome". Partners often obtain orders for the event, wedding, and anniversary poems for personal consumption. Location of partners located in Banjar new temples, Gianyar. Currently owned by business partners are experiencing barriers in product development. The results of the solution that has been given is on product diversification done socializing by delivering the material results of scientific researchers on product diversification. Knowledge of product diversification which are much sought after on the market such as Yam, plantain, potato, maize and others. After the partners learned of the activities further granting of gifts in the form of additional flavor chocolate such as green tea, strawberry, white chocolate/vanilla as well as base material in addition to using a variant form of addition done Rau peanuts. Supplies product diversification has been given also practiced together with the team and partners so as to produce a new variant. The results of the second form of the creation of a more attractive packaging design to reinforce branding partners and granting standing pouch type ecobag as the site of the new packaging.

Community Service Program Internal entitledIbm Screen Printing And Offset Business Rizky,Welding Work-shop Jaya Makmur In The VillageSemanding Dau Malang District this is done withthe aim of increasing knowledge of entrepreneurs inthe fields of marketing, design and significance of thefinancial statements and the preparation of financialstatements, in order to improve Entrepreneursbusiness develo-pment.Methods of execution in this devotion is in theform of counseling, training and mentoring.Counseling is done to increase awareness and knowledge partner in the field of marketing, especiallyonline marketing. Further training and mentoringdone to train part-ners and assisting in thepreparation of financial statements partners. As forthe design of training we can only suggest to thecourse design program.Based on the discussions, review ofdocuments and interviews with Mr. Sulianto, themarketing system of prin-ting and screen printing aswell as tradi-tional and welding shop is still limitedto Malang, Surabaya, Jember, Banyuwangi andBanjarmasin. Next implementation team working oncreating a broader mar-keting models using theonline system, but it can not be applied because oflimited physical resources and human resources. Sothat the marketing system can not continue to usemarketing system is offered, as well as for programdesign there is also a shortage of human resources.Based on the results of this activity, it can besaid that the SME screen printing and offsetworkshop and Las potential to be developed further,although it is still managed by the management isvery simple, but from the aspect of management canbe said is good. From the marketing aspects ofexisting resources still have a problem in the masteryof technology, as well as from the production aspectwhen designing an employee is not able to design hisown, Mr. Sulianto it is evident that PITT design stilluse the services of design as a subscription to workof the subscription order. This conclusion is drawnwhen the team offered to sell the online system andoffers courses for its employees. Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Geneng Kecamatan Geneng yang sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai petani padi serta buruh tani, sehingga membutuhkan penghasilan tambahan sebelum musim panen. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat di Desa Geneng adalah dengan budidaya jamur tiram yang memanfaatkan limbah serbuk kayu sebagai media tanam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu memberikan sosialisasi pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu dan bekatul sebagai media tanam jamur tiram. Penggunaan mesin pemadat log bog jamur tiram dapat meningkatkan produksi jamur tiram, mesin dapat mempermudah pemadatan log bog dan mengurangi tenaga pekerja dalam memproduksi log bog jamur tiram. Prosedur kerja yang dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan sebagai berikut (1) Konsultasi: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebelum pelatihan. Ini bertujuan untuk menggali minat, bakat, dan potensi yang di miliki oleh warga Desa Geneng. (2) Pelatihan : Peserta diberi bekal teori dengan ceramah dan diskusi budidaya jamur tiram. (3) Pendampingan: Masyarakat diberikan pendampingan penggunaan alat pemadat log jamur tiram untuk mempercepat proses produksi. Kegiatan praktek yang akan dilakukan oleh warga adalah proses budidaya jamur tiram dan penggunaan alat pemadat log jamur tiram yang dibimbing oleh tim pengabdi.
