Someone who lives in his invironment always useless or distrub him, and other people always makes something wrong and deterrent his carier. It’s the reason that conflic always be happen. Talking about the conflic there are some profits and ferruginous cause of conflic. Conflic happen by the self interest be in contradiction according to the human desire. <![CDATA[This paper discusses the implementation of caning in Tapaktuan. The author would like to examine how the application of the principles of the Islamic caning, why there is a fundamental difference between fiqh jinayah caning according to the applied caning in Aceh, which based on Islamic law, and what are the obstacles that impede the passage of the execution of this whip for criminals in Tapaktuan. In this study the authors wanted to explore how the principles of caning under Islamic law, how the application hukuman cambuk in Tapaktuan, what is the reason for the differences in the application of flogging jinayah Tapaktuan with principles, and how the public perception Tapaktuan with the caning. The research conducted in this jurnal is empirical legal research or research nondoktrinal known. Said, because this study examines the law and has been applied in the field by people in Tapaktuan South Aceh. This research is descriptive method of analysis is to describe the object of research based on data and facts on the ground. the means used to collect the data is the qualitative method is an approach that is not done by using formulas or statistical symbols, but directly collect data found from the research.]]>

<![CDATA[Statistics is the science that is very helpful for researchers to manage the data obtained can then become a starting point inference from the results of a study. Therefore, it is clear that the statistics have a pretty big role in the development of education in Indonesia. The development of statistical data processing has been growing rapidly, though as early researchers would have to understand first the terms or language used in the statistical analysis of the process of research, especially in educational research. <![CDATA[This research aims to: (1) Establish a youth of Muslim Village Binjai, sub-district of Medan Denai in order to have a personality that is knowledgeable, skilled and have the readiness to undergo marriage, (2) Establish a social sensitivities household conditions are not harmonized, (3) Deter and minimize the impact of domestic brawl occurred among Muslims, especially in Village Binjai, sub-district of Medan Denai. The method used in this study is a case-based reasoning (CBR). This method emphasizes problem solving based on knowledge of previous cases. The results showed an increase in program participants' understanding of marriage. From that initially only 19 people only considered to have knowledge about the wedding, rose to 61 people. The results also show high social sensitivity of participants to the dangers of the impact of domestic brawl, it was consummated by the formation of premarital education community.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine: (1) The difference in learning outcomes of students who are taught using learning strategies genius learning with expository, (2) Difference between the learning outcomes of students who have a kinesthetic learning style with students visual, (3) the interaction between the learning strategies and learning styles to learning outcomes. Implement strategies and learning outcomes measurement performed on the lessons Aqidah Akhlak apply finer material in class VIII MTs PAB-4 Helvetia Medan. The method used is the method of quasi experimental factorial 2x2. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes of students who are taught by the genius learnig learning strategies and expository. This is evident from the acquisition of p-value=0.000>0.05. There were no differences in learning outcomes of students with visual kinesthetic learning style. It looks acquisition p-value=0.119>0.05. There is no interaction learning strategies and learning styles on learning outcomes, it is seen from acquiring a p-value= 0:0 =0:05.]]>
