Abstract

In general, the objectives of the Islamic education curriculum are in line with the goals of Islamic education itself, namely guiding humans so that they understand the purpose, functions, and tasks that God created as Humans. The purpose of man is created to know the khaliq, its function is to serve or worship Allah, while his duty is to become khalifa on the earth of Allah. The curriculum has a vital urgency in the implementation of education. Al-Syaibany explained that the curriculum as a tool to support the success of students, the curriculum will be a reference for the success of children in the future. The curriculum also acts as a path that must be taken by all who are related, both students, teachers, principals and others. Without a path, hope, and aspirations in the future are merely wishful thinking. To realize the ideal curriculum, curriculum formators are not enough to base their formulation on only existing problems, but formators need to explore their philosophical foundations.

Abstract

The existence of conflict is unavoidable and will occur in the leadership process and leadership changes in it. Demonstrate that the organization needs managers, leaders, who are able to manage conflict into a joint force in building and achieving ideal goals Students and government who are directly involved in the conflict are faced with the choice to become aware of problems that are troubling the people and the government itself, the ideas of conflict resolution are emphasized in the process of mutual understanding of each party's decision making position. The goal is to unite differences in actions into a middle way to achieve common goals. Indonesia is a "means" of achieving these goals. An agreement that must be bound with a sense of unity and unity within the framework of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The system is a set of components or elements that interact with each other to achieve goals. In designing teaching and learning systems and educational and training procedures developed in industrial and military fields. The concept is the basis for identifying the objectives of a system. The purpose of a system can be natural and human. Education is more focused on the formation and development of personality. While training emphasizes the formation of education skills carried out in the school environment, while the use of training is generally based on the industrial environment. So, the principles of learning are instructions for teachers in implementing effective learning conditions. There are two characteristics of the teaching system approach, namely the system approach and the teaching and learning process to make it easy for students to learn.

Abstract

Maqāṣid ash-Shari'ah in language has the meaning ‘purpose of Shari'ah. Defines the maqasid of shari'ah with the meanings and objectives maintained by syara 'in all its laws or most of its laws, or the ultimate goal of the Shari'ah and the secrets laid by syara 'to every law. Maqāṣid syari'ah aims to guarantee the benefit of mankind in the world and the hereafter, including fulfilling the benefit of economic interests as well as the application of economics in sharia principles. Maqasid Syariah which is fundamental in the economic paradigm of Islam is: guarding religion, keeping lives, guarding offspring, maintaining property rights, and guarding reason.

Abstract

Ibn Mājah is known as someone who is an expert in the fields of hadith, tafsir, and history (Muhaddith, Mufassir, and Mutarrikh). Ibn Mājah with his famous book, sunan Ibn Mājah, is included in the ranks of the Kutubut Sittah. This book with a fiqh style is certainly a distinctive feature and a special advantage for special readers who study fikih and Ushul fikih. The presence of the book of hadith is certainly very useful for the benefit of the people. Its presence is certainly very a reference for Muslims in worship, prayer. But even so it cannot be concealed that this book is still contained in the traditions of the dead, it can even be denied that there are false traditions. But the advantages of Ibn Majah still provide comments on the quality of the hadith. In other words he did not open the Muslims to consume the Hadith without being filtered before.

Abstract

The development of democratic values in schools needs to be applied to face the era of globalization which is now believed to bring a lot of global changes along with the acceleration of the entry and exit of various new cultures and civilizations from various nations in the world. That means, the world of education in printing qualified and professional human resources must prepare a democratic generation, so that it has a strong resistance in the midst of civilizational conflict. Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure certainly need a touch of management theory and practice. Both in planning, implementation, and development. Unplanned facilities and infrastructure will certainly not go according to plan. In its implementation, the facilities and infrastructure will not function effectively and efficiently, in the sense that they do not hit the target as intended. Even in terms of development facilities and infrastructure that do not consider management aspects are certainly not able to look into the future, certainly not able to look at the needs of the community in the future. In this case the managers of educational institutions need to pay serious attention and involvement of management knowledge both in the provision of facilities and infrastructure, as well as in terms of maintenance even in the development of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

PERADI is an abbreviation of the Indonesian Advocates Association, it exists as an advocate organization which is a forum for the advocate profession. Establishment of PERADI, PERADI's professional development and oversight authority is fully exercised by PERADI. The authorities include: Carrying out special education of the Advocate profession; Testing for Advocate candidates; Appointment of Advocates; Make a code of ethics; Establish an Honorary Board; Establish a Supervisory Commission; Supervise; and Dismiss Advocates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) The causes of decreased interest and motivation for early childhood in participating in learning, (2) various forms of behavior that reduce the interest and motivation of early childhood, (3) Solutions for handling decreased interest and motivation of early childhood. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, all of which are done online. The results of this study are the Variety of Behavioral Forms of Decreasing Interest and Motivation of early childhood RA Hidayatullah Medan Marelan, namely: (1) Not enthusiastic about learning, (2) Tired of learning, (3) Disobedient or not following teacher orders, (4) Not follow or not follow the lesson. Meanwhile, solutions to reduce early childhood interest and motivation are (1) intense dialogue with parents and related students, (2) packaging learning with play activities, (3) special interest classes once a week, (3) visiting student home teachers, (4) Multi-Dialogue.

Abstract

Educational problems in the modern era are not only limited to systems, methods and strategies, but rather how to prepare future generations. The phenomenon in the modern era shows that the younger generation grows with an individualistic and pragmatic attitude. So that many graduates of educational institutions are trapped in understanding their teachings more deeply, so that the virtue of Islam, which is actually very broad, becomes stagnant and narrow because it is only for oneself. The Transitive Islamic perspective requires that the output of the graduates of Islamic education institutions be agents of change or be transitive. In the sense of an outward movement, which is not only selfish but also tries to make other people get safety, security, peace, prosperity and even the happiness of life in this world and the hereafter.
