Abstract

This study is aimed to gain the Catholic Youth understanding and the implementation of the Christian Sexual morality. The total sample was 24 the Catholic Youth which studied in STK St. Yakobus Merauke at fourth semester. The research method used was descriptive method by using questionaire as the instrument of the research. The result of the research was generally the respondents understood the moral value in Christian Sexuality, in fact they still couldn’t apply in their daily life especially how to reflect it in their attitude toward making date.

Abstract

This article provided short explanation about Christian Education which included on the Konsili Vatikan II document, Greavisimmum Educationis. This document underlined some point of view about the Church position in the relationship with education world. Church giving full and intensively supported in order to make the education touched by all elements of society with its rights. In this document, not only giving chance to society to take education as wide as possible, but also proposed the teacher and educator people to dedicate their ability wholy to improve children’s achievement. The Church greatly paid attention toward the youth’s education, because they are the churchmen of tomorrow. Through the holy Consili, Catholic Church wanted to stress out the increasing of human resources which started from the perfect education process by keep holding humans right. Eduction must become the main menu in spiritual life, in order to raise up the properous and happyness for all society

Abstract

This article analyzed about the greatest title of Mary based on Anthony M. Buono‘s book which title “The Greatest Marian Title ”. This book contain 24 titles of Mary, but this article focused only on the last title of Mary that is “Mary as Queen of All Hearts”. This article provided several elements related to Mary’s title, as follow: 1) The Culmination, 2) Christ the King of All Hearts, 3) Mary the Queen of All Hearts, 4) Meaning Of the Title, 5) Applications to Us, 6) Prayer to Mary, Queen of All Hearts, and 7) Some Points of Pastoral Implication.

Abstract

TPE has been renewed and changed. One of the reason is the change of the instruction of liturgy text translation from its original Latin Misal text. Comme Le Prevoit (1969) favored sense translation. And Liturgiam Authenticam (2001) instead changed for literal translation. For the example that will be explained in this writing is the changed of Greeting translation, notably the people’s answer. The former translation is “Dan sertamu juga”, based on Insctruction Comme le Prevoit. The new translation is “Dan bersama rohmu”, based on the principal instruction of Liturgiam Authenticam. We need to explain the reason of the renewal translation, the biblical context and the interpretation of the text.

Abstract

Kecenderungan untuk tidak mengikuti dan menerapkan sebagaimana mestinya setiap regulasi tentang perkawinan yang justru menjadi pedoman dan acuan demi validitas perkawinan itu, yang selanjutnya terarah dan bermuara pada bonum comune sebuah komunitas keluarga, semakin menggejala. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyak alasan, misalnya karena kurangnya pemahaman yang tepat dari masing-masing pihak terhadap setiap produk aturan perkawinan, atau dengan tahu dan mau melanggarnya, lantaran tidak ada lagi jalan alternatif yang dapat dipilih untuk keluar dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Salah satu bentuk pelanggaran, yang tidak lagi disebut kasuistik, adalah peneguhan perkawinan oleh pendeta di gereja protestan, khususnya perkawinan campur beda Gereja. Seluhur dan sewajar apapun alasan yang dikemukakan oleh pasangan, bahkan sekalipun dalam situasi darurat bahaya mati, tidak dapat membuat sah perkawinan yang diteguhkan itu, jika tidak mendapat dispensasi dari otoritas gerejawi yang berwenang, sebagaimana diatur dalam norma kan. 1078–1080 (dalam situasi normal adalah wewenang uskup diosesan, dan dalam situasi luar biasa dapat diberikan oleh pastor paroki, para imam dan diakon yang mendapat delegasi dan bapak pengakuan). Bentuk peneguhan perkawinan yang iregulir ini (karena cacat forma) bertentangan dengan ketentuan normatif yang diatur dalam kan. 1108, yang menetapkan bahwa perkawinan dikatakan valid jika diteguhkan di hadapan petugas resmi Gereja dan dua orang saksi. Di luar dari ketentuan forma canonica (dalam arti menggunakan forma yang lain), yang didukung dengan tidak adanya dispensasi, perkawinan yang telah diteguhkan itu menjadi tidak sah sejak awal. Menghadapi fakta invaliditas perkawinan para anggotanya, Gereja tidak tinggal diam. Solusi yuridis, yang membantu pasangan untuk kembali ke rel aturan yang sebenarnya, diberikan oleh Gereja yakni pengesahan perkawinan dengan penyembuhan pada akar (sanatio in radice). Hal ini didasari oleh jiwa dari setiap produk hukum yang diterapkan dalam Gereja yakni kasih yang diejawantahkan dalam tujuan setiap produk hukum Gereja yakni keselamatann jiwa-jiwa.
