Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resources management practises  to employee attitude at State Own Company. Data were collected with purposive sampling technique and SEM - smartPLS 2.0 M3 analyses were used. The results prove that human resources management practices and intrinsic motivation influence to work attitude, while knowledge of psychological contract is not significant. Trust is not influence to knowledge of psychological contract, but intrinsic motivation and human resources management practices are significant

Abstract

The company always expects good performance for employees, because employees are the key to success for the company. In order to get qualified employees, it is necessary to pay attention to the procedures for recruitment and selection. The purpose of the study was to find out how much the impact of recruitment and selection on increasing the work productivity of employees of the Settlement Development Unit of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Settlement Development Unit of West Sumatra Province totaling 48 employees. The sampling technique is the total sampling method that is using the entire population as the study sample. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research obtained explain that recruitment and selection have a significant impact on the productivity of employees of the Settlement Development Unit of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Quantitative research design was used to analyze the effect between variables of the study. Fucos research is to identify and analyse the role of perceived educational support, perceived family support against entrepreneur intention on Faculty of Economics University of Bung Hatta fields (160 respondents with the method purposive sampling) data analysis using the method of linier regression analysis to test hypotesis. The results showed that the perceived family support and self-confidence is positive and significant effect against the entrepreneur intention, whereas the perceived educational support is not supported. The discussion and research that will come under discussion on this research.

Abstract

Plastic products contain ingredients that can harm human health, but these products are often used as food packaging. This article discusses the issue of consumer protection against the activities of businesses that use plastic products as food packaging and the government's role in supervising the use of plastic products for this purpose. This article is compiled based on juridical-normative literature studies, meaning that data is sourced from literature (secondary data) relating to consumer protection, both from the results of previous studies that are associated with statutory provisions. From the data analysis it can be concluded that businesses have violated the legal provisions of consumer protection because they use dangerous plastic products as food packaging. To minimize this adverse behavior, the government must provide information to consumers and businessman about the use of plastic packaging and supervise the use of plastic products by businessman. In addition, the government needs to require businesses to include symbols, triangle codes, and information on types of plastic used in places that are easily seen and read by consumers. Thus, consumers know clearly whether the plastic used is dangerous or harmless to package food products so that they make a decision to buy or not buy the intended product.

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically the effect of operational standard procedures and company facilities on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique with the number of samples used as many as 136 respondents.The data collection method used is the survey method using a questionnaire which is then processed statistically using the SPSS version 20. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the standard operating procedures had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and company facilities had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, it can be known simultaneously that the operational standards of procedures and company facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
